The house is very quaint. It’s a Victorian inspired house. The room we stayed in called The Elizabeth room was just like the picture. We met the Innkeepers the next morning and were offered a delicious breakfast. It was a very quiet and relaxing quick getaway.

Mike and Barbara were great hosts from start to finish, the Woldert-Spence Manor is an amazing place with a very interesting history. Breakfast was made fresh each morning by Barbara and we had a great time chatting about our mutual shared travels and a lot more. Room was large and spacious and the bed very comfortable. There were plenty of complimentary tea and coffee available in the dining room all day long with some nice food treats as well. The gated parking area worked well and the digital lock access to the house and room also worked very well. Location was ideal for all that Tyler has to offer along with the surrounding area, and only a five minute drive to the excellent rose gardens, plus plenty of nice food outlets a short drive away. The Woldert-Spence Manor is a rare 5 star experience not to be missed if you are in the area. 10 out of 10 for this place and have already recommended it to our Texas friends.

Mike and Barbara are very welcoming hosts and the house is beautiful and well-kept. Breakfasts were large and excellent. Barbara was very good about communicating with us in advance of our stay. Every room is unique. Our party stayed in the rooms that are upstairs.

My husband and I had a lovely couple of days, staying at this B&B in Tyler. Barbara made us feel very welcome & was a true hostess. Barbara cooked the most amazing breakfasts, that kept us going strong everyday, as we spent our time hiking the Tyler State Park & exploring the Tyler Rose gardens.
