這個民宿我住了兩晚，我是商務出差，住這裏主要是想洗洗衣服，不然還是住酒店比較好。停車，入住都是自助的還可以吧

We booked this hotel through *********** and were looking for a room for the four of us. When we checked in at the reception, we were told that we have one king-size double bed for two, and the other two should sleep on the pull-out couch. We started to complain about that fact, and we were told that if that couch didn't suit us, we could return and that they would provide us with a new room with more suitable beds. After we were in the room and saw that the couch was very hard, we came back and asked them to give us another room. The same man (I thin he is the head of reception) who offered us a replacement after 5 minutes says that the room cannot be replaced??? We called a taxi because we were late at dinner and wanted to leave the car in front of the hotel, so we asked the reception if we could leave it for 3-4 hours and put it in the garage later. The same guy refused us with the reasoning that this is not allowed. So we must park our car in the garage for 12€ daily. For the next two days, two identical cars were parked in front whole time!!! Audi and Volkswagen. I don't know why we were treated like this, but someone in the hotel should deal with the reception (I mean the man who seems to me like the head of the reception; saw french flag on his badge). The room was clean, the maid did her job very well. Shower in the room was broken and it mixes cold and warm water even you are doing nothing.

このホテルはミュンヘンからかなり離れていますが、地下鉄や鉄道駅に簡単にアクセスできました(いくつかの建設を通り過ぎて歩いてすぐ)。私たちは素敵な大きなクリーンルームとここで休日の最高の朝食を食べました!選択肢がたくさんあり、朝に新鮮なオムレツを作るとても素敵な女性でさえありました。すべてのスタッフはフレンドリーでしたが、可能な限りお金を稼ぐために外出していたようでした。たとえば、傘を雇わなければならず、ゲストとして小さな駐車場に駐車するために支払った後、週末の駐車場すべてに特別なオファーがあることがわかりました地元の人が使用しているため、安全に駐車することはほぼ不可能でした。大きな部屋、素晴らしい朝食、ミュンヘンへの通勤を気にしない場合は、これが理想的です。

Comfortable stay at the hotel. Rooms were kept very clean throughout our stay. Had a room just opposite train rails, but had good soundproofing and never heard any train noises. Friendly staff, who were very helpful in answering all our questions. Hotel is located just a 15-minute ride to the city centre, with S-bahn stop just across the street. Convenient supermarket just underneath hotel, with a vast choice of groceries, even for vegetarian or vegan food choices.

ドイツ地下鉄の U 線と S 線のすぐ近くにあり、ミュンヘン中心部まで約 15 分でアクセスできる絶好のロケーションです。

地下鉄に簡単にアクセスでき、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、駐車場は外から見つけるのは少し難しかったが、指示を受けたらアクセスしやすかった(おそらくウェブサイトに示すべきなので、顧客は車から降りる必要はありません。中に入って尋ねてください)、部屋は思ったよりも小さいですが、文句を言うことは何もありません。本当に寒くてシックなホテル。市内中心部までわずか数分。最高のロケーション!

とても清潔で整頓されていて、ホステル全体が居心地が良くて寒いです。ホステルは若者向けの近代的なコミュニティに位置しているので、近くにすべてを見つけることができます。チェックイン手順は迅速です。唯一のことは、荷物を保管する(ロッカーに保管する)には5ユーロが必要であるということです。

This is a lovely warm hotel. We arrived late due to rail strikes, which made transport to the hotel a pain. However, once we were checked in, we were straight up the the room which was toasty (really toasty!). Breakfast was a continental buffet style with plenty of everything and some of the items changed on a daily basis. The hotel bar was open on Saturday and Sunday, where their barman, Boris was extremely friendly, warm, polite and helpful. He also takes a keen interest in football. I would also like to give Filip and his team at reception a shout out as they were extremely helpful. For those who read the reviews saying they could not speak either English or German, we found this to be simply not true. Their English was fluent as was their German. We had wanted to come back out to Munich specifically to stay here again this year but unfortunately that will now have to wait until next year. If you want the u-bahn, it is a 2 minute walk from the hotel reception (turn left from the door, left again, cross at the lights and you are there).

素晴らしいサービスとアメニティ。ヨガクラスなど、住民が無料で参加できるアクティビティもあります。ロビーは美しく装飾され、コーヒーショップ/バーとワーキングスペースが備わっている。屋上バーもあります。この場所の最も良いところは、部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機があり、無料の洗剤が与えられることです。 100%お勧めします。
