Mixed bag here. The hotel is walking distance to the Stadthalle, our main reason for booking. Lots of transport links around. Many Ubers and bolts, and about 30/40 minutes to the airport via taxi. Room size was adequate, with a mini fridge, which was unplugged with food and drink inside. It didn't really cool well, when we managed to plug it in. The beds were comfy. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. Room had electric blinds which were cool, and room was good and dark when the curtains were closed. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard, nothing special. But still good to start the day with. Rooms on the street side are very very noisy. The hotel is near a shopping mall, so deliveries 5am-10am every morning. Vehicles lloading, banging, noise, men shouting, doors slamming etc. But not really the hotel's fault. At night people smoke outside. So you can't really open windows overnight if you want a decent night's sleep. The room got very stuffy and no real aircon. The cleaning staff start very early, around 9am, so again prospect of good sleep is hit and miss, but they are very friendly and polite. Room generally clean, but there were hairs in the sink and shower. Also hairs on the supposedly clean towels. Staff mostly friendly and accommodating. However, the price of drinks seemed to change every round, (normally increasing). There was one member of staff who had the most appalling attitude. On our last night the shower flooded badly, into the hallway of our room. We couldn't shower or use the toilet. We phoned reception. The staff member claimed he didnt understand what bathroom is flooded means. After 5 attempts at explaining. He said he would send a colleague up. Surprise! Surprise! No one came. We needed sleep due to early flight the next day. We went down to reception, we were ignored, treated with contempt, eye rolls, and he told us he couldn't help, he said he was on his own. So sending someone was a LIE!? He was at the bar pouring drinks slowly, while looking at us blankly and rolling his eyes. He demanded we take a seat, no apologies, no offer of a solution. Basically appalling customer service and no communication. He was quick to check in guests that came to reception, inbetween pouring drinks deliberately slowly to avoid us. The only thing he said was he was on his own and there were no spare rooms. Eventually, he came to our room and saw the problem. With a bad attitude he did try to unblock the drain to no avail. We were lucky enough to have him mop up the floor and give us more towels, upon us asking, no offer. The staff in the morning when we checked out were apologetic when we told them, which we appreciated, and did make us nice coffee's to go. Unfortunately it doesn't take the bad taste away, and we had a poor night's sleep as a result of the stress. No one deserves contempt, utter rudeness and unhelpfulness as a paying guest, especially when we should have been resting, ready for flying

全てにおいて最高のホテルでした！隣にはおいしいレストラン、ジェラート屋さんがあり駅も目と鼻の先！シェーンブルン宮殿には歩いて行きました！スーパーやドラッグストアも近くにあり、ホテルの部屋でも楽しめました！スリッパや歯磨き等は備え付けがありませんでしたが、朝食のオムレツも美味しく最高の宿泊になりました。

このホテルは、市内を長時間ツアーする前後の楽園です。地下鉄の停留所のすぐ隣にある中心地にあり、雪が降っていてもすべてに簡単にアクセスできました。フロントスタッフはとてもプロフェッショナルで、フライトプランが変更され、美しく静かなコーナールーム#304にアップグレードされたときに追加の夜を確保できました。朝食ビュッフェは、卵、ウェイナー、チーズ、肉、ヨーグルト、果物、コーヒーケーキ、パンの選択の真のスモーガスボルドです。朝食の最高の部分はスタッフです:チュニジアのジャミルは非常に親切で丁寧です。フィリピンのメリンは、街や特別な出来事や出来事に関する素晴らしい知識の泉でした。私はこの魔法の街への次の旅行で必ず戻ってきます!

10代の2人の子供と私は2022年6月にファミリールームに3泊しました。ホテルの場所は、市内中心部とショッピングエリアの真ん中にある、圧倒できない場所です。地下鉄の停留所とセントスティーブン大聖堂から石が投げ出されます。近くに食事をするレストランがたくさんあります。州立オペラハウスは4-min散歩です。ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で親切です。私たちの荷物はアムステルダムで接続されず、ホテルのスタッフは航空会社に電話するために出かけました。空港からホテルへ行きたい場合は、CAT(シティ空港トレイン)を12ユーロ(15歳未満の子供は無料で乗車)で乗り、最初のシティ停留所(ランドスラーベ/ヴィエンミッテ)で下車。その後、U3地下鉄線(2,40ユーロの別途チケットを購入)に乗り、Stephanplatzで2つの停留所を降りてください。約25分です。

ウィーンのムーンズに短い4日間の都市休憩に宿泊しました。私たちは、完璧で美しく装飾されたQuartier Belvedere部屋を選びました。充電ソケットがたくさんあり、窓に座って世界が通り過ぎるのを見ていたのが大好きでした。私たちは最近のヨーロッパの熱波で旅行をタイミングをとりましたが、エアコンは部屋でとても良かったので、まったく苦しんでいません。滞在のハイライトは屋上バーだったと言わなければなりません。素晴らしいカクテルの選択があり、早朝の屋上からの眺めは素晴らしいものでした。屋上バーのスタッフはとても歓迎され、フレンドリーでした - 特に私たちがよく知り合った2人の若いチェコのウェイター。私たちは間違いなくウィーンの誰にでもこのホテルをお勧めします - 間違いなく屋上バーは、すでに素敵なホテルに加えて大きな追加でした。

ホテルの部屋は35平米とヨーロッパではかなり広く、値段も朝食なしで1泊700程度と高くはありません。 私はそこに4泊しましたが、ヨーロッパでボトル入りの飲料水を提供していない唯一のホテルでした。水道から直接水を飲む必要があります。 1日目の夜にチェックインした後、チップを5ユーロ払ったのですが、シェーンブルン宮殿の約束の9時に出発したため、チップを忘れてしまいました。夕方戻ってきたら、古いタオルが落ちていました。タオルは取り上げられ、新しいものは与えられませんでした。これまで20か国以上に行ってきましたが、タオルを交換していないホテルを見たのは初めてで、フロントデスクに申し訳ありませんでしたと言いました。まるで私のせいだったかのように。 私が泊まった部屋にもバスタブはありませんでしたが、他の部屋にはバスタブがあるというレビューを読みました。 また、私はエレベーターの隣にあるコネクティングルームの323に宿泊しましたが、初日に到着が遅かったため、隣の部屋にコネクティングドアがありました。 ホテルでは朝食をとりませんでしたが、1泊目はアナンタラ・ブダペストに宿泊しましたが、ニューヨーク・カフェでの朝食は30ユーロでした。 交通機関はとても便利です。ウィーンシティカードを購入したので、空港までのS7を除くすべての場所への交通費が含まれています。 王宮とウィーン美術館まではバス 71 番で 4 ～ 5 分以内で行くことができます。 外に出たら、左折し、シェーンブルン宮殿の入り口であるトラム 71 番に乗ります。 外に出たら左折してトラム71番に乗ります。その道沿いに創業100年を超える老舗があります。 サルムブラウ、リブも美味しい、ビールは自家製、レモンビールも美味しい ホテルから空港へ出て、右側の道路を渡って 3 ～ 4 分です。S7 で空港まで直通です。チケット料金は大人 4.5 ユーロ、子供 1.1 ユーロです (18 歳未満と 19 歳が対象です)。子供) シティカードには割引があるはずですが、割引後は大人 2.1 ユーロになるはずです。 ホテルから鉄道駅までの地下鉄 S2/S3 と S7 はすべて 1 か所にまとめられており、ブダペストから電車に乗ってウィーン駅までは 2 ～ 3 駅で到着しました。 また、地下鉄駅には中型スーパーマーケットLidlがあり、果物、ヨーグルト、ソーセージ、パン、様々な日用品を買うのにとても便利です。

市内中心部の良い場所、主要な都市のアトラクションは徒歩で行くことができ、サービスは行き届いています。

Where to start , well let's start at Check In, we have arrived at the Hotel around mid day which we were lucky to be provided with a room straight away, after taking our way into the room well.. The carpets are horrendously dirty to the point i had a walk around Vienna looking for flip flops just not to step bare feet on the carpet. At this point we have contacted the reception in hopes of getting an upgrade which we were willing to pay but got immediately shut down as they were at full capacity, the shower room was fine big walk in shower fairly modern and clean, big TV although do not be fooled it is not a smart TV if you phone does not have Screen Cast do not forget HDMI cable or you will be stuck watching German TV. The restaurant was only open for Breakfast they do not open for Dinner only upon request and availability, now this was a first for me.. Nevertheless we prefer to eat out always and Vienna has some Fabulous places where you can have a nice Dinner. Be careful as well when you wake up a bit later and have to come down to reception to ask for Housekeeping to come and tend your room as they will leave your room door wide open whilst you are parading around Vienna, this actually happened to us we requested them to go to the room to change the towels and nade our way to the center, once we cane back to the hotel after several hours we found our door wide open left by Housekeeping, next morning we made our way to the reception and made a complain as all our belongings where in the room and they would not take accountability if they were stolen, they only apologized and that was all not a voucher not an upgrade absolutely nothing, if you are looking for a Hotel were they dont care about you no good morning no good evening this is the place for you if not DO NOT STAY HERE. This is for the Doppio Hotel team please dont bother replying to my review and rather look into making changes when providing training to your team, people want to feel welcome and safe when staying abroad and you guys failed at both those points, seek out to Train and Develop your team because there is a long way for you guys to go. コンディショナーとローションを提供する必要があります。ホットシャワーでとても乾燥しています。朝食は多様である必要があります。 5日間の同じ朝食メニューは疲れていました。朝食は1人あたりEU19で、標準的ですが、提供される選択には高価でした。場所は良いです、スタッフはいいです。清潔で、エアコンやヒーターが機能します。部屋に小さなアイロンがあればいいのにと思います。ジムは小さくて基本的でしたが、私がそれを使ったときは1つか2つしかなかったので大丈夫でした。

Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.
