Always wonderful

Have stayed in many hotels. For the price this was probably the worse I have stayed. King bed without night stand on each side. Bed old and uncomfortable. Very bad experience. Surprised Hampton allows this. I won’t be back and might never go back to Hampton

Very nice accommodation. Clean and comfortable. Easy on and off from 95. Lots of food choices nearby.

The hotel and room was nice. Our problem was the family in a room next to us who were loud goofing and jumping around until past midnight. We notified the front desk with our complaint and other people had too. The people at the front desk handled it well and did call the family who quieted down within the hour.

The stay was great except for the ice machine not working on the 3rd floor.

First room, 206, was dirty. We pulled the sheets and blanket back to get into bed and it was visibly dirty (sheets had yellow substance and hair). Went back to desk and was given a different room. Rebecca was pleasant every time I spoke with her and is a great asset because without her things could have gone south. Please make sure you are only giving us clean rooms.

Easy to get to from the highway. Large room. Very nice breakfast spread. Bed was comfortable. Heating/cooling unit kept clicking so we turned it off and the room was still comfortable

This property is conveniently located right of of interstate 95. My room was not entirely clean (crumbs on tables, and black mold in areas of the shower). The worst part was that there wasn't any hot water in the room. We had been driving for 12 hours and all we wanted when we arrived was a hot shower. When we called the front desk to report the problem with the water. They just said "thank you". In the morning as we checked out I reported the water issue again. This time the representative said "Oh yeah, that's a problem in the entire 4th floor". Why are they renting rooms on a floor of a hotel where they know there is no hot water? I will never stay there again!

This hotel is perfect for a good rest while on the road. The front desk person was super nice and the hotel is right by 95, which is convenient. Super clean room, spacious, and just what we needed.

The clerk at check-in was very pleasant. The bathroom wasn't particularly clean--the bathroom counter hadn't even been wiped off and had what looked like coffee splattered all over it. The garbages didn’t have any bags in them. The rest of the room was clean enough. The sheets didn’t fit the bed and kept coming off all night. There was only ONE towel in the bathroom when we arrived and when I went to get more towels later in the evening (different clerk) I was handed one towel and had to ask for more (because like most women I use one towel for my hair and another to dry the rest of me, and my Mom does the same....so 4 towels needed per day).....and then was given a whopping one additional towel and told I would have to come back tomorrow for another towel even after explaining we would need 4 per day with two women. My Mom had to go down and ask for another towel as if she was a guest in a different room just so we wouldn't have to share towels--ridiculous. We didn’t eat breakfast, so can’t comment on that.

Very nice hotel, only meet one staff so far she was very nice.

Great room. Everyone was nice and the facikity is well taken care of.

My husband and I drive from Florida to New Jersey a few times a year, and we always try to pick a place that is midway to stop on the way north, and then south. We have stayed in Dunn, and Rocky Mount NC before, this is the first time we picked Wilson NC. This will now be our go-to on our trips. The hotel was situated right off 95, and there was easy access to gas fill up, Starbucks, and about 10 quick food options. We actually picked a Mexican restaurant that was about 3 miles from the hotel,(La Rancherita) the food and service was terrific! The hotel looked brand new! It was clean and comfortable, and the shower was fantastic! We will definitely stay here again!
