Palais de mahe is like a ritual, it calls you back .. again and again and again. We are regulars but still, there is something new and better every time. This time it was the expanded breakfast menu. Our trip in February was after a hiatus of 8 months, there was some new staff hence. It is a given however for the staff to have a broad smile on their face and be courteous to a fault Over a 3 day stay, we had all our meals were at the restaurant as were all drinks. Lip smacking Fare at a proposition that is luxury but still value for money. When we were leaving, the car had starting problems. We figured that getting it fixed at pondy was wiser. The hotel front desk made a few phone call and viola we had a mechanic who came over and did the necessary repairs .. and all this time we were in comfortable luxury at the restaurant Can’t wait to go back

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Good heritage property to visit in white town good looking rooms. There was a staff at reception everyone helped to give good comfort stay special thanks to jemima she gave her full effort to make us feel gud like home she was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was limited menu but awesome and house keeping staffs also very nice they did not take more time also to give our request thank u le dupleix team

I recently stayed at Promenade and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were comfortable, and the food was excellent. The location is also fantastic, as it's so close to all the major attractions, making it very convenient. I want to give a special mention to Supraja at the front desk, who made my stay even better. She was incredibly helpful in suggesting places to visit and ensured that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Her assistance truly made a difference, and I highly recommend this place !!!
