Close to the city center, with lots of restaurants and museums nearby. Very kind and helpful staff, especially all the receptionists. Clean hotel and good breakfast. It can be a bit noisy with the music going on until late and starting early, even though it is calm music.

ホテルは素敵ですが、とても簡素です。タオルは1人につき1枚しかなく、ベッドも非常に狭いです。Trip.comで宿泊を予約した場合、アコーメンバーへのクレジット利用はできません。

The best hotel in Santa Cruz , lovely swimming pool and good breakfast.

Нормальный отель уровня 3*, все достаточно чисто, цена соответствует качеству. В номере было все необходимое, места хватило, все работало. Останавливаюсь не в первый раз, все устраивает.

This hotel is not connected with Trip so I had to pay again on site and I’m still waiting for the refund. Hard to get around the hotel with no Spanish.

很老的酒店了，在二環邊上，一定要入住前台附近的背對着馬路的房間。否則住在主樓的話，會非常吵。二環路上車流非常大，而且大量的老舊日本車噪音極大。房間的隔音不太好，所以會很吵。酒店早餐不錯，在當地算是比較不錯的早餐了。服務員的態度很好，很樂於幫忙。

酒店地理位置非常好，旁邊1km內就有商業區。前台服務員工作效率高，房間也是超大，非常乾淨。酒店早餐一如既往的豐盛。

La verdad ya e repetido por la tranquilidad del lugar y del hotel Los desayunos muy ricos muy ordenado y todo bonito!! Y sobre todo sus café.. jugo...todo Eso sii un frío!!!! La mantita me supo poco,pero bueno el jacuzzi espectacular, el servicio, la atención y los taxis para el aeropuerto viru viru , sobre Hugo y José 5 estrellas a ellos también. gracias!!! Stayed here for one night during a long layover. The hotel is a great value. The bathroom in the room was spacious and the rain shower head was very nice. The room had everything necessary and the pool and sauna were well-maintained. I also ate at the restaurant. This was a little bit pricey for the serving size, but the food was good. The hotel itself is a bit far from anything to do in Santa Cruz, but for me it was the perfect spot for just one night.
