Had a big problem at check in time. Had 2 separate bookings and both of them caused alot of stress and issues. Had to check in on both occasions and at one point i was charged again but luckily my payment never went through. I was notified half an hour after payment was attempted. Booking with this website caused so much confusion with the hotel rates. Rates on this site are definitely cheaper however it dors cause alot of confusion and un-necessary stress with does not help the situation. Great thanks to Vincent and Beata who were a great help and managed to solve the situation out and they did a handover in the morning and yet we had a problem!!!

Fantastic value for money. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom new and fresh too. Food was also excellent value and the pub quiz on Thursday was fantastic. Staff all friendly, welcoming and chatty. Couldn’t do enough for you. Would definitely recommend.

Better when it was ax Marriott. It looks like it needs a good scrub. Duvet was paper thin, asked for a blanket still waiting!!!!

Place very dated but clean, with lovely staff and nicely presented breakfast. I also appreciated the water always available in the reception!

Lovely hotel,really friendly staff,great location and clean rooms. Very quiet location even though the hotel is on the high street. Would definitely book again and it’s dog friendly

An interesting place to stay as its an amazing building and will gave been some place back in its grand house days. High ceilings everywhere. If you need a lift, don't go because there aren't any. Food good, but limited menu choice. Spa very good. Easy to get to Stratford
