サウジアラビアタブックで、駐車場のあるホテル

This is my first time in Tabuk therefore I can't compare Mena Hotel with other hotels in Tabuk City. As a solo traveller, I truly enjoy staying in this Hotel. All I need are available though the bathroom is a bit small but still ok for me. Since Tabuk is not a big city, staying in this Hotel consider strategic and you can easily go anywhere around the city. The are two mosques near to the hotel and retail shop ,(bakala) located right in front of the hotel. In conclusion, I can say this hotel is one of the best hotel to stay in Tabuk City.

I was disappointed with the room assigned to me because the water heater was not working. I reported the issue to the reception, and a staff member came to inspect it. He informed me that the hotel electrician was not available at that time and that the issue would be fixed the following morning. I explained that I needed hot water for a shower, and he said he would check with the receptionist—but he never returned. I called the reception again to follow up, and the receptionist told me that the staff member had reported the issue as resolved, which was not true. The receptionist then offered to transfer me to another room. I agreed because I needed to take a shower. Unfortunately, the new room was smaller and lacked some basic facilities. I called the reception once more to request a floor towel, but I was told that none were available at the moment due to certain reasons. Overall, the experience was very inconvenient.

到着前：「送迎なしで1泊2万5000ルピーも取るなんて、一体どういうリゾートなんだ？」 到着後：「わあ、これは絶対に泊まる価値がある！」 私はレッドシー・グローバル傘下のデザート・ロックとシェバラの両方に宿泊しました。どちらも料金に見合うだけの体験でした。 タヒチのボラボラ島など、私がこれまで訪れた世界中のどの場所とも違う、他に類を見ない体験で、誰にとっても最高の旅先となるでしょう。 シェバラはまるで異星人の宇宙船のドッキングステーションのようで、デザート・ロックは山と谷にひっそりと佇む火星基地のようです。 何百万年も前、この地域は海底だったため、独特の形をした岩が見られます。客室は山の斜面と見事に調和し、細部にまでこだわったデザインが卓越した美しさを反映。夕暮れ時に吊り橋を歩き、息を呑むような景色を眺めていると、静寂と安らぎに包まれました。 これら 2 つのホテルは、今後何度も泊まりたいホテルのリストに載るようになりました。

シェバラに行ってみなければ、「どんなに遠くても、何度も海を渡る価値がある」という言葉の意味は分からないでしょう！サウジアラビアの紅海への旅が終わる前から、夫と私はすでにシェバラへの再訪を計画し、心待ちにしていました。それほど息を呑むほど美しく、私たちの夢の異星人に近いこの場所は！サービスは完璧で、特に夕食は格別に美味しかったです。以前、別のプラットフォームで「料理があまりないからインスタントラーメンを持参した方がいい」と誰が言っていたか覚えていませんが、私は断固反対です。インスタントラーメンを持参するところだったのですが、あの素晴らしい食事体験を逃してしまいました。しかも、こんなに美味しい味と完璧な雰囲気の中で！ここのシーシャは最高でした。夕食後、夫と私はそれぞれ違う味を楽しみ、シェバラのホテルの美しさに感嘆しながら、午後11時までゆっくりと過ごしました。Ctripと、献身的なカスタマーサービス担当のYilunさんには、私たちのスムーズな旅を静かに支えてくれたことに心から感謝しています。近いうちにまた必ず戻ってきたい場所です!

الغرفه صغيره ومنديل الحمام من النوع الردئ ولاتوجد أدوات الحمام كامله مثل باقي الفنادق فقط هذه ملاحظتي عدا ذلك كل شيء جيد جدا ..للعلم طلبوا مني رسوم زياده ١٠٠ ريال على مبلغ الغرفه لأنني سجلت دخول الصباح وهذا لم يعجبني لكنني كنت مضطره من تعب السفر .

قضينا وقتا ممتعاً ٢٥-٢٧ يناير في هذا المنتجع الفاخر جدا كل شي بيرفكت فوق الخيال لا استطع الوصف بدقه الموظفين رائعين مهنيين لديهم تدريب عالي وأخلاقهم عاليه . وأخص بالشكر الانسه ريناد والسيد منصور خالد اخجلونا من شدة حفاوتهم واهتمامهم قررنا العوده مراراً في هذا المنتجع شكرا لصاحب فكرة هذا الصرح في هذا المكان المناسب الخلاب وشكراً للاداره على اختيار هؤلاء الشباب الرائع وعلى الجوده في كل مكان بالمنتجع We had a wonderful time in this luxurious resort. Every was thoughtful and perfection and it was an indescribable experience. The staff are professional and highly trained and have been a great addition to our experience. Being a 4 start hotel..I was expecting it will be nice trip but it was average . Room furniture old and found no tooth paste in bathroom need to call room service . AC was chilled n the remote was not working It was an average experience

As you are advertising your hotel to Westerners, they will be coming in increasing numbers thanks to the opening up, receptionists will need to receive increased training to deal with them. They must learn to less intimidating
