「I recently stayed at Langit Duyong Hotel, Terengganu for 2 nights. First of all, I would like to say that the ambience, location, and overall scenery were truly beautiful. The view was one of the main highlights of my stay. The peaceful waterfront setting and natural surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere, especially during sunrise and sunset. The property has great potential and offers a unique experience compared to typical hotels. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly affected by several issues. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. Upon check-in, the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and I had to contact housekeeping to perform a second round of cleaning. While the housekeeping team responded, guests should not have to request additional cleaning upon arrival. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any accommodation. Another concern was the maintenance of the surrounding area. The grass around the property was quite long and appeared untrimmed. As a guest, this raised concerns about the possibility of snakes, insects, or other animals entering the vicinity of the rooms. Regular landscaping and maintenance would greatly improve both safety and the overall appearance of the property. The most frustrating issue, however, was the ongoing renovation work at the neighbouring unit/building. There was significant construction noise starting early in the morning during both days of my stay. What made this more disappointing was that guests were not informed beforehand about the renovation activities. Had I known in advance, I could have managed my expectations or made a different booking decision. Transparency regarding major renovation works is important, especially for guests who choose this property expecting a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the beautiful view, strategic location, and unique atmosphere of the hotel. However, the cleanliness issues, lack of landscape maintenance, and unannounced renovation noise greatly affected the experience. I left feeling both impressed by the property’s potential and disappointed by the management’s attention to guest comfort. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously, as with better maintenance, communication, and housekeeping standards, this could be a truly exceptional place to stay in Terengganu.」

「When we checked into the hotel, the front desk informed us that there would be renovation works in the hotel, and there might be noise from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. They asked whether we would like to move to the neighboring Ming Paragon Hotel instead, and I agreed to change. Both hotels share the same parking area. When booking the hotel, it was stated that parking was free. However, in reality, there is a charge of RM2.20 per day, which is actually acceptable. The problem is that every time we exit the parking area, we must inform the front desk staff. This morning, I left early and there was no staff at the front desk. A phone number was left, but when I called it, the phone was switched off! With no other choice, I had to leave, and I was charged RM8.00 for parking. When I returned to the hotel and explained the situation to the front desk staff, he told me that this was the parking operator’s charge and that the money could not be refunded!? I am extremely angry!」

「スタッフが皆親切で良かったです。 道聞いても即座にパソコン開いて検索してくれました。 かなり好印象 アメニティに関しては基本的なものは揃ってましたが、歯ブラシが無かったです。 ただ、水を2回のエリアで補給出来るのは、すごくありがたかった。 ボトル持参を推奨します。 立地に関しては、真横にレストランあるし、少し歩けば中華街やローカルマーケットもあるので食べ物には困りません。 近くに銀行、コンビニあり、川の近くとかなりの好立地ではないでしょうか。 部屋の清潔さは、潔癖症の方には厳しいかも… 気になる方はコップやケトルを自分で洗ったほうが良いかもしれません。 コスパ含めて全体的に満足してます。」

「快適な滞在でした。3 人掛けソファ エリアのある広々とした部屋です。シャワー カーテン、室内用スリッパ、仕事用の机と椅子など、ゲストの体験をより良くするための提案がありました。静かな場所で、フロント デスクのスタッフも素晴らしいです。KT に旅行するときは必ずまた泊まります。」

「すべて問題ありませんでした。ただ、頼まなくても対応してくれるベルボーイがいませんでした。ウェルカムドリンクもありませんでした。ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーでした。フロント、ハウスキーピング、ビーチ沿いのバー（名前は忘れました）のスタッフも。残念ながら、私たちが経験した悪い経験が 2 つありました。 バーでのバーベキュー ディナーは温かい状態で出され、食べ物はすぐに冷めてしまいました。メニューは限られており、質は自宅で開くバーベキュー パーティーとほぼ同じでした。ハイライトは景色でした。彼らが演奏する音楽は、お客様の気分を盛り上げるはずです。しかし、ほとんどのお客様が共感できない曲が演奏されていたのは残念です。 カンポン キッチン？（名前も忘れました）で朝食をとったとき、私は一番乗りでしたが、残念ながら、*ステーションのシェフはソラットを行う必要があったため、対応できませんでした。わかります。でも、少なくとも代わりの人を用意してください。私は 20 分そこにいましたが、シェフは結局現れませんでした。 この施設には大きな可能性があります。提供されるアクティビティのおかげで、ゲストは外出せずにただそこにいるだけで済みます。 RM100 の飲食クレジットが付与され、私にとっては A プラスでした。また来ますか? はい、もちろんです。部屋を改装し、欠点があれば修正して素晴らしいリゾートにしてほしいと願っています。」

「部屋はログスタイルで、とても清潔で広いですが、アメニティは完全ではありません。マレーシアの多くのホテルでは使い捨てアイテムを提供していません。部屋はオリジナルで、廊下には小さなヤモリがいます。空港に近く、無料で送迎してくれるのが利点です。ホテルの窓から空港が見えます。笑」

「子供たちをホテルに泊めて休暇を過ごすのは素晴らしいアイデアです。海に行く必要はありません。マリオット ビーチでのシュノーケリングは美しく、魚もたくさんいます。ホテルから島まで行く船はとても豪華で新しいです。 部屋： 部屋の全体的なデザインは良いです。バルコニーがあり、バスルームにはTOTOのスマートトイレ、マウスウォッシュ、いい香りのバスエッセンシャルオイルが備え付けられています。バスルームは広く、お子様の入浴にも大変便利です。入浴用のバスタブもあり、バスソルトも用意されています。 食べ物： レストランは3軒あります。西洋料理、特に肉料理とラムチョップのグリルが美味しいです。唯一の欠点は中華料理があまりないことです。数回食事をした後、*チャーハン、空芯菜の炒め物、蒸し魚などの中華料理が食べたくなりました。ホテルでは中華料理を追加できると提案されています。 施設： プールは3つあり、水はきれいで冷たくありません。ジムに行く時間はありませんでしたが、親子センターで子供たちを預かってもらえ、手芸教室もあります。ヨガ教室、料理教室、サンゴダイビング入門などもありましたが、時間がなくて体験できませんでした。ホテルにはダイビングセンターもあり、海上ツアーの予約やダイビング器材のレンタルが可能です。」

「とてもフレンドリーなスタッフ、清潔な部屋、清潔で広々としたプール。 3種類のプールがあるので子供から大人まで楽しめます。女性専用プールもあるので、プールに入りたい女性にも最適です。私たちの家族をよく扱ってくれて、ロビーのプールに落ちたボトルを拾ってくれたムハイミンと他のスタッフのライアに感謝します 🤣 物を拾ってくれてありがとう。るるうぇー。ここに滞在するのは2回目なので、何度も繰り返します（笑）」
