「I recently stayed at Langit Duyong Hotel, Terengganu for 2 nights. First of all, I would like to say that the ambience, location, and overall scenery were truly beautiful. The view was one of the main highlights of my stay. The peaceful waterfront setting and natural surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere, especially during sunrise and sunset. The property has great potential and offers a unique experience compared to typical hotels. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly affected by several issues. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. Upon check-in, the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and I had to contact housekeeping to perform a second round of cleaning. While the housekeeping team responded, guests should not have to request additional cleaning upon arrival. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any accommodation. Another concern was the maintenance of the surrounding area. The grass around the property was quite long and appeared untrimmed. As a guest, this raised concerns about the possibility of snakes, insects, or other animals entering the vicinity of the rooms. Regular landscaping and maintenance would greatly improve both safety and the overall appearance of the property. The most frustrating issue, however, was the ongoing renovation work at the neighbouring unit/building. There was significant construction noise starting early in the morning during both days of my stay. What made this more disappointing was that guests were not informed beforehand about the renovation activities. Had I known in advance, I could have managed my expectations or made a different booking decision. Transparency regarding major renovation works is important, especially for guests who choose this property expecting a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the beautiful view, strategic location, and unique atmosphere of the hotel. However, the cleanliness issues, lack of landscape maintenance, and unannounced renovation noise greatly affected the experience. I left feeling both impressed by the property’s potential and disappointed by the management’s attention to guest comfort. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously, as with better maintenance, communication, and housekeeping standards, this could be a truly exceptional place to stay in Terengganu.」

「リゾートの場所はクアラトレンガヌからは少し遠いですが、レダン島から来ただけなら十分近いです。とても美しい場所で、プライベートビーチや私の部屋からも素晴らしい日の出が見えます。この場所は、私がこの場所に関して多くの不気味な話を耳にした前の経営者の時代と比べて改装され、明るくなりました。リゾート周辺のアクティビティに乗馬が追加されたばかりです。スタッフは皆フレンドリーでしたが、ハウスキーピングの際にはもっと細かいことに気を配る必要があります。床がベタベタしていたので、部屋を再度掃除してもらうよう電話しなければなりませんでしたが、私のリクエストに応じて非常に迅速に対応してくれました。また、私が予約した別の部屋では、前のゲストがチェックアウトした後、タオルの補充を忘れていました。 朝食はRM20のビュッフェでとても安く、種類も豊富でした。クイムイとヌードルスープは本当に美味しかったですが、ナシレマとフライドビーフンは味がなくパサパサしていました。サンバルは素晴らしかったですが、料理が安定していることを願います。料理を作る人が多すぎるようです。全体的には、都会の喧騒から逃れてリラックスするためにここに来ますが、おそらく自分の食べ物を持って行くでしょう。」

「The stay was only for one night but it left me with a lasting impression that this will not be my last stay here…  Location was great 👍 nearby 2 major malls in Kuala Trengganu ie KTCC & Mayang Mall. Food outlets are ample situated within the vicinity. Room was spacious and basic amenities well provided. Bed was so plushy & comfy. Mostly, I was impressed with the bathroom… elevated from room floor with ample space for toilet & shower. Most hotels nearby will have problem with parking but here, no worries about parking as there are ample parking space behind the hotel with minimum daily rate. Overall, a satisfying stay and will repeat stay for future trips.」

「スタッフが皆親切で良かったです。 道聞いても即座にパソコン開いて検索してくれました。 かなり好印象 アメニティに関しては基本的なものは揃ってましたが、歯ブラシが無かったです。 ただ、水を2回のエリアで補給出来るのは、すごくありがたかった。 ボトル持参を推奨します。 立地に関しては、真横にレストランあるし、少し歩けば中華街やローカルマーケットもあるので食べ物には困りません。 近くに銀行、コンビニあり、川の近くとかなりの好立地ではないでしょうか。 部屋の清潔さは、潔癖症の方には厳しいかも… 気になる方はコップやケトルを自分で洗ったほうが良いかもしれません。 コスパ含めて全体的に満足してます。」

「快適な滞在でした。3 人掛けソファ エリアのある広々とした部屋です。シャワー カーテン、室内用スリッパ、仕事用の机と椅子など、ゲストの体験をより良くするための提案がありました。静かな場所で、フロント デスクのスタッフも素晴らしいです。KT に旅行するときは必ずまた泊まります。」

「すべて問題ありませんでした。ただ、頼まなくても対応してくれるベルボーイがいませんでした。ウェルカムドリンクもありませんでした。ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーでした。フロント、ハウスキーピング、ビーチ沿いのバー（名前は忘れました）のスタッフも。残念ながら、私たちが経験した悪い経験が 2 つありました。 バーでのバーベキュー ディナーは温かい状態で出され、食べ物はすぐに冷めてしまいました。メニューは限られており、質は自宅で開くバーベキュー パーティーとほぼ同じでした。ハイライトは景色でした。彼らが演奏する音楽は、お客様の気分を盛り上げるはずです。しかし、ほとんどのお客様が共感できない曲が演奏されていたのは残念です。 カンポン キッチン？（名前も忘れました）で朝食をとったとき、私は一番乗りでしたが、残念ながら、*ステーションのシェフはソラットを行う必要があったため、対応できませんでした。わかります。でも、少なくとも代わりの人を用意してください。私は 20 分そこにいましたが、シェフは結局現れませんでした。 この施設には大きな可能性があります。提供されるアクティビティのおかげで、ゲストは外出せずにただそこにいるだけで済みます。 RM100 の飲食クレジットが付与され、私にとっては A プラスでした。また来ますか? はい、もちろんです。部屋を改装し、欠点があれば修正して素晴らしいリゾートにしてほしいと願っています。」

「部屋はログスタイルで、とても清潔で広いですが、アメニティは完全ではありません。マレーシアの多くのホテルでは使い捨てアイテムを提供していません。部屋はオリジナルで、廊下には小さなヤモリがいます。空港に近く、無料で送迎してくれるのが利点です。ホテルの窓から空港が見えます。笑」

「部屋は広くはありませんが、ベッドは大きく、ソファベッドも大きく、寝具はとても清潔で快適です。周囲に雑然とした環境はなく、娯楽施設もありません。ペルヘンティアン島への中継地点として、食事も睡眠もとても良く、食事の水準も比較的高いです。レストランは大きくはありませんが、シェフが一生懸命働いているのがわかります。マリオットの経営は健在です。」

「とてもフレンドリーなスタッフ、清潔な部屋、清潔で広々としたプール。 3種類のプールがあるので子供から大人まで楽しめます。女性専用プールもあるので、プールに入りたい女性にも最適です。私たちの家族をよく扱ってくれて、ロビーのプールに落ちたボトルを拾ってくれたムハイミンと他のスタッフのライアに感謝します 🤣 物を拾ってくれてありがとう。るるうぇー。ここに滞在するのは2回目なので、何度も繰り返します（笑）」
