インドネシア東カリマンタン州で、駐車場のあるホテル

ホテルのサービスはとても良く、比較的清潔です。しかし最大の問題はバリクパパンの市街地から離れすぎており、周囲にオフィス街はなく、近くにインドネシア石油会社の工業団地があるのみである。その場所に行かないなら、ここにいる必要はありません。バリクパパンのダウンタウンにあるスイス ガーデンとグラン サヌは、それぞれ 4 つ星と 5 つ星の非常に優れたホテルで、ビジネス ツインまたはシングル ベッド ルームは通常 400 元程度なので、こちらの方が便利です。

ホテルは老朽化が目立ち、スタッフはホスピタリティ業界での経験不足でした。 部屋：8階に宿泊しました。枕は汗の臭いが強く、しばらく交換されていないようでした。 部屋の内装はごくシンプルで、床はラミネート加工されていました。 バスルームには無料のシャワージェルとシャンプーがありましたが、ボトルを押すと水っぽくなり、スタッフがただ普通の水を足しただけのようでした。 部屋のインターネット接続も非常に悪く、30分ほど試した後、諦めました。 朝食は種類は豊富でしたが、質は高くありませんでした。ブブールはダマでした。フライドチキンは味がなく（おそらくしばらく冷凍されていたのでしょう）、インドミーを調理していたシェフは、半分しか水を入れていない湯せんに麺を放り込んだだけで、かき混ぜたり、調理の様子を確認したりしていませんでした。そのため、インドミーは半生でした。 朝食コーナーには喫煙席もあったため、巨大なタバコ工場のような臭いがしました。 良い点：ショッピングモール開発地にあるため、立地は抜群です。 ロビーには快適なラウンジがあり、会議や午後の打ち合わせに最適です。 ロビーラウンジのスタッフはとても親切で効率的で、私たちのカップを素早く片付けたり、新しい注文を取ったりと、いつも笑顔で対応してくれました。 このホテルは、前泊したメルキュール・スマランとは全く対照的です。

great hotel in central part of balikpapan. very comfortable room. very quiet. in fact great overall. very large bed. i just loved my time here

Very comfortable stay at Mercure Berau. The room was clean, spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and well-maintained bathroom. The hotel facilities were good, especially the swimming pool, and the overall environment felt new and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Location was convenient for our short stay in Berau. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience. Would stay here again when visiting Berau.

We had a very nice room it was quite clean ( Could be cleaner perhaps) but the room average was good. We had a funtime during weekend at the aqualand just little bit disappointed that during week days the slides during the day wasn’t operational. The breakfast was good with quite some choice. Overall definitely a place i could go back to

I stayed at Whiz Prime Hotel Balikpapan for a business trip and booked a room without breakfast. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. However, when I first tried to enter the room, the key card did not work and required a reset. Fortunately, the hotel staff responded quickly and resolved the issue promptly, so it did not significantly affect my stay. The hotel is located in an urban area, which is very convenient. At night, it is easy to find food as there are many street food vendors and various meal options right across the hotel. The check-out process was also efficient and assisted by friendly staff. Overall, the hotel is comfortable for business travel, with responsive service and a location that makes it easy to find meals in the evening.

사마린다에서 가장 깨끗한 신식 호텔입니다. 다만 식당에서의 메뉴가 상당히 제한적이고, 로비층 카페의 주문은 서빙도 상당히 늦고, 접객 능력이 다소 부족한 편입니다. 시설이 중요한 분께는 강력히 추천드리며, 호텔 내 서비스를 많이 이용하시는 타입이시라면 사마린다 시내의 Mercure Hotel이 대안이 될 수 있을 것 같습니다.

room size is big enough. for the price of US$55 incl breakfast is good value BUT Unfortunately i think housekeeping skipped on changing sheets….there were blood stains, “semen or some weird” stains on bedsheets, comforter sheet, pillow cases…

pertama dapat kamar ada kecoa, bau dan super lembab😢 padahal dah 2x nginap disini dpt unit yg aman tapi minta ganti resepsionis dan untungnya bisa diganti terus kamar yg sudah di ganti bermasalah di ac kamarnya yang ga dingin sama sekali😢😔 tapi untungnya lokasi apartemen strategis jadi mudah kalau mau kemana mana
