Staff was very courteous. However, one day we had hot water issues. Difficult to take shower.

This is without a doubt the most posh hotel in NB. It's very elegant and provides the service of a 5* hotel and has the activities of a resort. However, our room was not well maintained. Many electric outlets were impossible to use, they were wonky and loose. One if the pillowcases hadn't been changed. In a hotel where the ambition is so high, even the broom closets should be impeccable. It advertised as dog friendly but a 50$ charge is added for the dog. Might I suggest providing at least a few dog enabled rooms for that price? They could have dog beds/treats or at least a bowl for water at that price. The other unpleasant surprise was a resort fee that remained hidden until check out. The price of the room was already well above all other hotels in NB, and making that fee a hidden charge is unacceptable. If you need to charge more, show it in the booking price.

We enjoyed our night. The breakfast was great. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. We did not use the pool but will definitely return with the kids. The room was clean

Great for athlete's staying for a competition. I just did not like my room by the stairs. You could hear all the heavy walking people or kids running up and down the stairs.

Everything was alright except that there were only 2 towels 2 facecloths other hotels you get at least 3 of each h. Also drinking glasses only 2.

房間各方面算是對得起這個價格，停車需要另外付17刀感覺略差，房間依然和所有的北美酒店一樣沒有拖鞋，乾淨程度還行，前台印度口音太重

価格は人に比較的近いです。朝食も大丈夫です。一時的な休憩所として使用でき、フロントデスクのサービスはかなり良く、受付スタッフはより暖かくて礼儀正しく、辛抱強く質問に答えます

This is a return visit to this hotel for me. The hotel is situated right in the middle of town close to all restaurants and stores. The hotel does not provide breakfast but does have a restaurant downstairs but at an extra cost. The parking lot is across the street from the hotel and a bit of inconvenience when it’s raining/snowing.

Excellent service. Exceptional great service by the breakfast corner staff. Very friendly. Go around to chat with customers. Make us feel like home.
