The location of the hotel is central. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel bar food is excellent and you can dine while enjoying the view of the river. Great selection of beers and the Guinness is awesome. We arrived late one night and Charlie from the reception helped us order a food delivery. Staffs are helpful and attentive. Rooms are big and we had good nights sleep. Will definitely come back if we visit Waterford.

Stayed here a few times and would highly recommend this hotel, great breakfast in the mornings in a plus

Hotel beautiful...central to everything. Staff are fabulous..Meals were superb. Would not hesitate to recommend. Only con is no hotel parking. Parking across the road in Merchat quay but expensive

The hotel was ok but walking too far to the room up 1 lift walk another 5 minutes then up a flight of stairs then up p another lift and then to the room 🤣and the car park was 8 minutes walk from the hotel 🤣 not a nice walking experience back to the hotel

Charming, comfortable and absolutely beautiful in every way- the service is wonderful, the location is great and the the ambience is just the thing for a relaxing summer break by the seaside.

A lovely place, very comfortable beds & lovely sheets/towels. The room I slept in had a strong must smell but was very clean.
