フロントスタッフからのひどい態度。店員は私たちのパーティーに割り当てられた部屋を混ぜ合わせ、それから、部屋の交換を非難しました。実際には、元の部屋のヒーターが機能していなかったので、私は部屋を変えなければなりませんでした。 長い旅の後に誤解があった場合でも謝罪したが、プロフェッショナルに解決しようとするのではなく、疲れていると答えた。さらに悪いことに、この混乱は、手書きのマークが付いた紙に部屋番号が記されている部屋割り当てシステム自体から来ていることが後に明らかになりました。 他のスタッフの皆さんが落ち着いて理解し、親切にしてくれなかったら、荷物をまとめてすぐに出発しました。 これは、有料のゲストを扱うための正しい方法ではありません。カスタマーサービスは、非難をシフトするのではなく、問題を解決することに焦点を当てるべきです。残念ながら、この経験は、そうでなければ快適な滞在だった可能性が非常に否定的な印象を残しました

A really lovely hotel and country club which is tucked away in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex. The driveway is a wonderful welcome with all the purple rhododendrons in bloom. The decor of the entire hotel was contemporary mixed with tradition - loved it. We had amazing service which made us feel very welcome. We stayed in a family room within the hotel with an amazing view of the golf course (9th tee) - it was perfect; beautiful interior, comfortable bed and pillows, fluffy towels, great balcony, tea/coffee and biscuits and lovely toiletries. It had a lovely country cosy feel to the room and the entirety of the hotel. The service in the restaurant was brilliant and super friendly and the breakfast was superb - the perfect amount of choices. The view from restaurant was brilliant, the first tee! We used the health club in particular the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The changing rooms and showers were clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful as was the family cat 😊. The only slight down side was the swimming pool closed at 5:30pm for children. The golf pros in the golf shop were super friendly and made us feel welcome. We were pleasantly surprised how lovely this hotel was after booking very last minute, it was very reasonable and we would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. Highly recommended, thank you very much.

レセプションのスタッフは親切で、リクエストに応じてバスのある部屋に移動しました。部屋は広く、コーヒーマシンがありましたが、少しほこりっぽく、インターネットではなく通常のテレビを好み、朝、部屋の外の騒音で目が覚めました。ベッドは硬く、2人のシングルが一緒になるのはそれほど快適ではありません。残念ながら、私たち二人ともよく眠れませんでした。無料駐車場は良かった。プールとホットタブ、ジムを試してみたいと思っていましたが、一晩だけ滞在し、時間がありませんでした。ガトウィック空港への旅行に便利です。お金の価値。

Good option price/qualitywise if you need to stay next to Gatwick. Cheap to reach by bus, but with a lot of luggage it had to be a taxi, so mind this expense. The room is quite alright, and nice to have access to the pool of you are travelling with kids. The food at the restaurant is not great, and room service is not included in the price of ordering food there. So if you are planning on eating dinner, ordering from other places in Crawley. Breakfast was ok though, quite standard.

We booked overnight so that we could surprise family who were at Butlins for the week. We were impressed by the Hotel, its proximity to Butlins and the warm welcome we received. The staff were genuinely happy which was very refreshing. The car park was right outside and everything was so close we didn't need the car to get around. The sea view from the room was spectacular and the ability to book the small pool in the Hotel was an added bonus. We will definitely book again

We had a great night stay at Baliffscourt, we did however find the spa busy, all the loungers reserved with towels but few people actually on them. We therefore spent the duration using the facilities which are all fab. The staff are helpful, attentive and we really enjoyed the breakfast! Overall a great stay.

The stay was close to perfect. Very nice spa, beautiful ground, high quality restaurants, good service. The room did get a bit too hot on a 30 degree day despite the electric fan provided by the hotel.

ホテルの環境は清潔で快適で、部屋は整頓されていて、チェックインプロセスはスムーズです。スタッフはフレンドリーで、駐車場は便利で、全体的な宿泊体験は良いです。近くを再び訪れる機会があれば、また泊まることを検討します。宿泊が必要な旅行者にお勧めです。

Felt like a princess staying in this lovely room. Everything I needed, friendly staff, and a lovely cooked to order breakfast in the morning. A true British manor house experience.
