The hotel was very clean, staff was very nice a d helpful. The restaurant food was great last and hot, waitress was very kind , clean and on point with order. Rooms were very clean and nice, my experience was great would go again.

このホテルの場所は、リバーウォークモールのすぐ隣に素敵でした。フロントデスクのスタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。部屋のカーペットが好きでなく、廊下はそれらのエリアに匂いを与えました(廊下はもっとそうです)また、すべてのホテルがシャワーのみに更新されることを願って、シャワー/バスタブコンボのファンではありませんでした。しかし、私たちの全体的な滞在は良かった。

Easy to use Trip.com app/site. Got a good rate, room was large and roomy! Bed could have been more comfortable. More pillows would have been better, too The pool and jacuzzi area were nice. However, the jacuzzi was not hot it was more of a heated pool experience with bubbles! The slide was closed 😪 the attendant said it hasn't been on all summer! Except when the pool is closed to circulate the water. We were very disappointed!

フロントデスクからのサービスはとても良かった。最初の夜の後、誰も部屋を掃除しませんでした。つまり、ゴミ箱が空にされず、コーヒー供給が改装されませんでした。 2泊だったので、新しいリネンを期待していませんでした。部屋は全体的にきれいだった。引き出しで別のクライアントから服を見つけました。部屋には机があると宣伝されましたが、机のスペースには電子レンジ、コーヒーポット、アイスバケツがありました。そのため、机のスペースはありませんでした。部屋は基本的に同じ価格で他のモーテルと同じデザインでしたが、小さな冷蔵庫はありませんでした。場所が私のニーズに最適だったので、全体的に満足しました。

すべて順序で、フレンドリーなスタッフ/おそらくバレーチームに必要な泥沼トレーニング。良いバスルーム。部屋の毎日の改装。街とレッドリバーの素晴らしい景色。

We loved our stay at the Hilton Airport New Orleans! It is located right behind Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport and there is a free shuttle that drops you right off at departures. Rooms were comfortable and we were able to adjust the temperature, plus they have snacks in the lobby for purchase if you get hungry before your flight. Highly recommend staying here if you have an early morning flight out of the city like we did.
