モロッコマラケシュ＝タンシフト＝アルハウズ地方で、プールのあるホテル

On checkin day, the 1st room given, power point was damaged. Then i was given a 2nd room, on basement level. The room was very cold and no hot running water. I requested for a change and a 3th room was given on 2nd day on 2nd floor and it was ok. The chambermaid Ms Zaheera did a good job of maintaining the cleanliness of the room. I love the bathroom and good hot running water. The front desk generally everyone were helpful and responsive. Except for the lady who does the morning shift. She was a little unhelpful.

The Savoy is a very nice place to stay. Not too far from the Medina, right next to a mall.  The staff were all lovely and nothing was too much for them to make sure you have a great stay.  We stayed at Movenpick last time we came but we both preferred here.  Breakfast was great with a huge selection of hot and cold food and drinks, fruits, etc.  Morocco is a beautiful country with beautiful people - it won’t be our last visit. We will be back!!

ホテルの設備は良いですが、サービススタッフがアジア人に対して非常に無愛想です。フロントからレストランに至るまで、アジア人に対して非常に無愛想です。アジア人、ヨーロッパ人、アメリカ人に対する対応が異なります。モロッコで唯一無愛想なホテルです。アジア人へ。これを気にしない場合はこのホテルを選択できますが、そうでない場合は別のホテルに変更するのが最善であり、気分に大きく影響します。

It was a good stay. It’s a 15 min drive to downtown. Yet very relaxing place and surroundings. They just should keep a better maintenance as the toilet seat was broken so as well the shower. Breakfast is good but there should be more variety.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It’s located very close to the main markets, which made exploring the area super convenient. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to one of the receptionists who went above and beyond by providing us with some packed food as well as Moroccan shampoo and body soap — such a thoughtful gesture! Overall, we really appreciated the hospitality and cleanliness. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!
