イギリスグレーター・マンチェスターで、スパのあるホテル

先日このホテルに滞在した際、設備や調度品はどれも上質で、全体的には快適な滞在でした。しかし、改善が必要な点もいくつかありました。ホテル自体は快適ですが、サービスと客室清掃を改善すれば、ゲストの満足度は格段に向上するでしょう。 スタンダードルームを予約したにもかかわらず、バリアフリー対応の部屋が用意されていました。スタンダードルームへの変更を依頼したところ、すぐに何の質問もなく対応してもらえました。当初、部屋にはミネラルウォーターが用意されておらず、リクエストして初めて提供されましたが、小さなボトルが2本だけでした。さらに、客室清掃サービスも不十分でした。4泊の間に2回清掃を依頼したにもかかわらず、シーツ交換は1回のみで、ゴミ箱の回収、掃除機がけ、タオル交換、バスルーム清掃は一切行われませんでした。ほぼ1週間の滞在だったことを考えると、これは特に残念でした。 朝食は美しく盛り付けられ、様々な種類がありましたが、残念ながら毎日同じメニューで変化に欠けていました。特に残念だった点もありました。例えば、スクランブルエッグは独特の臭いがし、水っぽすぎました。トマトを加えたり、数日ごとにメニューを変えたりすれば、もっと良い滞在になったでしょう。 一つ気になったのは清掃スタッフです。清掃員が2回、部屋に誰もいないことを確認しずに、共用カードを使って部屋に入ってきました。当時、パートナーはシャワーを浴びていて、幼い赤ちゃんは寝ていました。ノックの音が聞こえましたが、ドアを開けるのに間に合わず、ようやくドアを開けた時には、すでに清掃員が部屋に入っていました。このようなことが2回あったため、翌日はプライバシー保護のため、ドアにチェーンをかけることにしました。 これまで宿泊した他のホテルでは、スタッフはプライバシーを最優先に考えており、確認なしに鍵のかかったドアを開けるようなことは決してしませんでした。このホテルでは、もっと良いシステムを導入する必要があると思います。

no parking at this establishment and no dropping off available at times as their maintenance and delivery vans might take up the small space cut into the front pavement. They do provide you with a discount voucher at nearby public carparks. Rooms are clean but the decorating is a patch up job throughout. The noise from the tram it is horrible and through the night as windows are not soundproof. In our room the heating was out of order and oil filled radiators were put up instead. Television sets have either the option for TV channels or to connect to your phone: bad aerial prevented viewing most channels and TV only connected to the staff's androids and not to our iphones. There was no options for apps such as youtube or netflix and kids have to entertain themselves on their tablet. Swimming pool is the size of a private one in a residential home. Staff is courteous and the breakfast is way and beyond satisfactory. The majestic hall from their photos was nowhere to be seen. Would go again if no other options shall be available at the time.

The room was spacious with a huge king-size bed. We had complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar which was a nice touch. Breakfast was nice, there were hot and continental options from a buffet. I used the sauna and gym during our stay around 8a.m, I was the only person in there so very pleasant. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

週末にマーキュリーマンチェスターノートングランジホテル＆スパに3泊しましたが、正直なところ、とても楽しい時間を過ごしました。 スパ施設は完璧でした。プールとジャグジーは素晴らしく、スチームルーム、2つのサウナ、アロマティックルーム、さらにはコールドルームまであります。リラックスするのに十分な設備が整っています。 場所は本当に穏やかで、畑の素晴らしい景色が広がっています。ヤギや羊がぶらぶらしているのを見かけるかもしれません。 部屋自体は清潔で整頓されていて広々としていました。スタンダードのプリビレッジルームでしたが、短期滞在には最適でした。バスルームも十分な広さでした。ホテルは2階建てですが、それでも2つのエレベーターがあり、便利でした。 スパ施設は一日中かなりの時間利用でき、利用時間に厳密な制限がないのは本当にありがたかったです。 朝食付きで第三者機関を通じて予約しましたが、ホテルのシステムには表示されていませんでした。しかし、スタッフはとても親切で、私の予約確認書を見せるとすぐに手配してくれました。朝食はまずまずでした。豪華ではありませんでしたが、期待されるものはすべて揃った標準的なホテルの朝食でした。 駐車場は無料でスペースもたっぷりあり、受付のタブレットで車を登録するだけです。 全体的に、非常に快適な滞在で、私の経験からはすべてポジティブでした。喜んでまた宿泊したいと思います。

Hotel is lovely & very central to all the shops pubs etc all walking distance & NCP car park 5 mins walk away. We had afternoon tea when we arrived & yes it’s more than you would pay but the service & quality of the hood was second to none !! Cakes were so light you wondered if you ate them 🤣🤣 Pool & spar was so relaxing, we went 3 times & never really busy. Staff were all excellent as you would expect & we would definitely like to go back . Highly recommended x

The hotel is only a 5-7 minute walk (all indoors) from the arrivals section of Manchester's T2. Importantly, it is only about a 5min walk to the train station where you can take a 30min train ride into the city. The return trip for my wife and I was just under GBP16.00. Despite proximity to the airport, we didn't hear any planes at all! The rooms were modern, well furnished, bright and comfortable. The toilets were spotlessly clean and importantly the beds were very comfortable. Note that if you have a lot of luggage, there is a luggage trolley ”rental” thing right outside the doors of the hotel. BUT DON'T DO THIS! Instead, just go to the ground floor of the train station (5min walk away) and pick up a luggage trolley for free instead of paying EUR2.00 for the ”rental” of one. Check-in was not an issue and Alexandra handled the process very well despite the 'trainee' tag on her jacket. If I need to stay at an airport hotel in Manchester in the future, this is no doubt for me the one I'd book.

My husband and I booked this hotel to stay on the celebration of our daughter’s wedding and we were very impressed with all aspects of it the location was beautiful and all public areas were stunningly dressed to celebrate the festive period food and service in bars and breakfasts a very high standard the room we had was also very nice the only small thing that let it down was cobwebs and the amount of dust in corners and behind the tv apart from that a very pleasant experience Mrs D Langley

room was clean beds and ere comfy, the staff weren’t that cheery. The gym and pool facilities which are included and really good. Would stay again.

マリオットは決して私を騙しません、相変わらず素晴らしいです！立地、設備、サービス全てが素晴らしく、部屋もとても広いです。朝食ビュッフェは美味しいのですが、欠点を言うなら、朝食に緑黄色野菜が無いことです。*屋台のアジア系の顔のウェイトレスはいつも臭い顔をしているので食欲が失せます。彼女の揚げた「オームエッグ」を見てください（写真3） 顔や体力に頼って生きていくことはできませんが、どうしてそんなにおいしいのでしょうか？

We had a truly wonderful Christmas Eve stay at The Lowry Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. Our room was absolutely beautiful — spacious, stylish, and perfectly prepared for a festive getaway. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, with plenty of choice and great quality throughout. It was the perfect way to start Christmas Day. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank you to the team at The Lowry for making our Christmas Eve memorable. We can’t wait to return.
