アルゼンチンリオ・ネグロ県の3つ星ホテル

このホテルがなぜこんなにも高評価なのかわかりません。うるさかったです。私は5階の502号室に泊まりました。グエメス通り（だったと思います）に面した広い部屋です。大きなキングサイズのベッド、簡易キッチン、バルコニーがありました。少し古めかしいと感じました。バルコニーに続く壁は床から天井までガラス張りで、引き戸になっています。二重ガラスではなかったと思います。密閉性がなく、下のにぎやかな通りの騒音やバルコニーのうるさいエアコンのコンプレッサーの音が全部入ってきます。廊下のドアには密閉性がなく、ソフトクローズもありませんでした。二度と泊まりません。

これはとても素晴らしい滞在でした!スタッフ、特にゴンザロはとても親切でした。空港への送迎を手配することから、現地で見るべき場所についてのアドバイスをくれて、一般的に信じられないほど役に立ちました。スペース自体は、アンデス山脈が見える湖を見下ろす美しい景色を眺めることができます。部屋は魅力的できれいでした-床が暖められました!!!場所はバリロッチェの中心部から離れているので、私が大好きだったはるかに静かでした。また、ハイキングや滝を見るための素晴らしい公園のすぐ隣にあります。車は必要ありませんが、おそらくお勧めします。

予約時にホテルで支払う予定でしたが、事前にオンラインで支払いが行われました(デポジットではなく)。つまり、宿泊料金を予想よりもはるかに高価にしている観光料金を利用することができませんでした。これは、Tripとホテルの運営方法の混乱のようです。また、ホテルにはカードマシンがないため、直接でもオンラインシステムで支払う必要があります。 ホテル自体は素晴らしく、スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でしたが、支払いは本当に私たちの滞在の輝きを取り除きました。

All staff are very friendly, polite, and nice. Thry make people feel very welcoming. They give good recommendations of restaurants. The hotel is older and at the center of everything which is convenient for the first time visitors to Bariloche. The rooms on the street side can be very noisy, but you can request for the quieter side.

Reception asked us to make the check in ourselves with a link they provided which wasn’t working. After 30 mins trying without success they said it was ok and they could do it 🤨🤨 Plus they gave us a room and then changed us to a different one with 3 small beds (when we asked for a double and a single)

私たちはホテル全体で時間を楽しんだ。注意すべき1つのことは、ホテルは屋外の食事を許可せず、部屋で食事をしていないことです。スタッフのほとんどはとてもフレンドリーでした。否定的な点は、朝食がしばしば不足していることです。特に尋ねない限り、補充する計画はありません。

The hotel is located close to the central square. Very convenient. They provide hot and cold water    All day. Everything is basic but meets my needs.  Shower water is  good. Breakfast is typical  Argentina hotel’s  continental menu, limited options. Staffs are friendly and helpful .

Loved my stay at plaza hotel, the views are amazing from the hotel. The free buffet breakfast far exceeded my expectations, I could get fruit salad, eggs on toast, juice, cakes and coffee. The staff were very friendly, and I would come back and stay here again. Thanks Alex

SERVICE WAS GREAT, MARIA AND MELINA SO GENTLE AND READY TO HELP, FACILITIES VERY GOOD, GREAT INTERNET AND WIFI, GREAT BREAKFAST WITH EVERYTHING YOU MAY NEED, LOCATION CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, CLEAN SPACIOUS ROOM, CLEAN TOWELS AND SHEETS, I WILL BE BACK , THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Amazing hotel by the lake, it’s also beside the Havanna chocolate museum. There’s a small recreational area at the breakfast area. In addition there’s a pool at level -6. It gives you access to the lake. Was great value staying here.
