Amazing service because from start to finish they tried their hardest to accommodate every request that we have. Thankfully the location we found out was in the middle of a shopping district. Wish they have laundry service
YYuna OyangLocation is within walking distance to saishang street, dazhao temple, guanyin temple with many choices of food.
Hotel room is clean and staff are all so helpful. Our kids love the tea tasting held by the hotel. Very recommended.
WWei Shing LiawThe unique structure of the accommodation and the friendliness of the owner/staff was the highlight of the place. It was a low season towards end of Sep so there were not many customers at the resort, but we were greeted with warm smiles. There is a skyline window that can be opened up to see the night sky and stars, and also provided with Gatlin firework to play which were fabulous! The breakfast in the morning was also great as it is prepared individually so we don't end up wasting food.
We booked the double bedroom unit but unfortunately the staff didn't inform us that we had to use the shower separately in order to maintain the hot water and pressure as both showers share the same. Also we were not used to how the air-con/heater works so the temp went up to 31 deg at around 3am and we had to open the side door to let in cold air.
TTJ TuvsheeSpent last night at the hotel for 2 rooms with my collegues. It was hard to choose good hotel through the online from the distance. I chose it with the best rank Erenhot and it did not disappoint 😊. Thanks for the clean rooms, good foods and hospitality service! Great experience! Absolutely choose this hotel next time!
ゲゲストWe checked into the hotel fairly late, around 8–9 PM, and were pleasantly surprised when the receptionist informed us that we had been upgraded to a higher room category—something we truly appreciated. However, upon entering the room, we were immediately hit by a strong cigarette smell, which was disappointing given that this is a non-smoking room.
We informed the front desk and requested a room change, but our request was flatly denied with the explanation that the hotel was fully booked. We couldn't help but feel that this particular room had likely been complained about by previous guests and, with no other options available due to our late arrival, it was passed off to us under the guise of an ”upgrade.”
To their credit, the receptionist did offer to send a housekeeping staff member to address the issue. Shortly after, a lovely housekeeper named Zhang Li Jie arrived. She was incredibly kind and proactive—wiping down furniture and mopping the floors in an effort to remove the odour. While the cigarette smell still lingered slightly the next day, her efforts made a big difference. Speaking with her during the process was a highlight of our stay—her warmth and professionalism truly turned a negative experience into something more bearable. If not for her, our entire impression of the stay might have been ruined from the start.
On a more positive note, breakfast was delicious, and overall, it was still a decent stay—though we did joke that our lungs took a bit of a hit sleeping in that room.
