Ctripの価格はとても良いです。驚くばかり。
このホテル自体は大丈夫なので、出張のニーズを満たすことができます。
朝食の価格は20ドルで、非常に平均的です。フロントにはほとんど笑顔がありませんでした。アイロン台はとても古いです。とにかく。価格を買う余裕があります。

レセプションのスタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーです。部屋は広としていて清潔です。私が気に入らなかったのは、入るために3階まで階段を上らなければならなかったことです。荷物が多い場合は難しいかもしれません。

非常に良いサービス、安全な住居、歩行者通りに非常に近い、近くにレストランバーのレンタカーショップがあり、ドミニカの蚊は非常に強力で、蚊がいなければ無意識のうちに噛みつきます。コロンバス広場まで歩いて行くことができます。

客観的に見て、あまりお勧めできません。階下にカジノがあり、かなり騒がしいです。シャワーは確かにお湯が出ず、設備もかなり古いです。しかし、プールはとても綺麗で、プールサイドのレストランで作られるハンバーガーもとても美味しかったです。お子様連れの方にはお勧めしません。

You cant go wrong with this one. Very nice staff, good location, good bed shower and modern. Plus is the self laundry- washing and drying. Very good and new facilities and it is free. Will def go with this one again.

中心エリアのど真ん中にあるとても綺麗なホテルでした。サービスもよく、カウンターの方も清掃の方もよく対応してくれました。
無料の朝食はオーダー制で、作りたてを出してくれます。私たちは朝食の開始時間より早く出なければいけませんでしたが、快く朝食開始時間より早く朝食を出してくれました。
写真はホテル近くの通りで、警察が各所にいてくれているため、夜遅い時間に歩いても治安が悪いと思いませんでした。

ゲゲストI had stayed here before the pandemic about 3 times. The property is very clean, it is located in the older ”colonial” part of the city. Traffic in this area is a nightmare due to the narrow streets. SAFE area, police presence all over.
The GOOD: Clean, Safe, Staff Friendly, plenty of places nearby to eat. Breakfast supplied is ample and of decent quality, food for linch or dinner in the hotel restaurant is good though limited menu, space for seating is very limited inside the restaurant, water pressure in the shower is excellent the room safe is large. The BAD: Room Small like an IBIS, Bathroom smaller than an IBIS, A/C in my room was ”marginal” at best and previous stays here noticed this, Elevator very slow, the worst part this is not a business hotel. While the Internet provided is decent, there is NO work space available at all in the rooms. NO electrical outlets available all are hidden behind furniture or the bed and no desk type area. Had to charge my phone in the bathroom outlet and use computer on battery. Also had a room phone and minor toilet issue which I reported twice and nothing was done. DO NOT have the hotel arrange for the hotel taxi to drive you to the airport cost is $50.oo ! Make your own arrangements or get an UBER. CONCLUSION: While on vacation for a couple of days this is a Nice place to stay and see the colonial sights and enjoy the atmosphere. However, ”on business” this is not the place to stay. I will be returning on business for a longer stay in late January or early February, unfortunately I will have to stay elsewhere.

FFranciscoMuy buena ubicación. Lamentablemente, la habitación que me ofrecieron no coincidía con la de las fotografías mostrada en el portal web. La ventana era muy pequeña. Me prometieron un cambio de habitación al día siguiente pero al final dijeron que no tenían disponibilidad para los días en que me quedaba en el hotel.
Por otro lado, el mal diseño de la ducha ocasiona que el agua salga y se inunde todo el baño.

KkaryisamermaidThe hotel is now called casa colonial, it is extremely well located! Nearby the conde street and beautiful alleys, there is a big church across the street and a cozy cafe. The hosts were very nice, they make your breakfast and customize it according to your preferences, they serve nice coffee with it or juice as well. The hotel inside is an old colonial house, it has rooftop areas, green areas and a pool, each part of it looks very romantic. The rooms are nice, some are small and others are bigger but you feel you’re in another time zone. Will definitely go back!

- Breakfast is simple but good enough: toast with cheese and ham, coffee and a boiled egg.
-Spacious and clean room, friendly staff, can refill drinking water.
-500m walking to the gate of the colonial area.
- Taxi stand is at the same street
- Nice, spacious outdoor, sitting area
- A personal fridge in the room
Cons:
-A bit noisy from the road/a bar until around midnight.
- Shower is not really hot (only slightly warm).

Antique building, interior, breakfast, service and help from employees: all this made the staying very pleasant and comfortable.
- the sink was leaking. The repairman came fast, however the problem appeared again after.
Suggestion: make available hot water during the day for the guests without a need to ask for it on reception.

LLeopoldI have no complaints. My stay was well pleasurable. I would like to, however give special thanks to Wesley at the front desk, he was very courteous and accommodating, especially that he speaks English well, we were able to communicate with ease and also the cleaning staff who always have a warm and pleasant look on their faces. One in particular name Molin.
