イギリスコーンウォールの3つ星ホテル

部屋、アメニティ、サービスに非常に驚いた。道路の向こうに無料駐車場、たくさんの飲食店 私はレセプションの女性に尋ねました-Jayneは私が好きな食べ物の種類についていくつかの提案をしてくれて、彼女は私に最高のオプションを提供するために最善を尽くしました。大きな声を上げることができます あなたの助けと前向きで温かい態度に感謝します! 間違いなく親指👍👍をこのホテルまで上げることができます。

セント アイヴス ベイは、ポートミニスター ビーチとテラスに面した大きなホテルです。部屋はシンプルですが、少し古めかしい装飾はあるものの、清潔で整然としています。私が訪れたときは、エレベーターが故障していたため、3 階の部屋まで少し歩く必要がありました (でも、階段を使ったほうが健康にいいでしょう!)。セント アイヴス駅を利用する場合、このホテルは絶好のロケーションにあり、町の中心部からも歩いてすぐです。ホテルの設備には、フロント、バー、広いダイニング エリアがあり、裏側には駐車場があります (垂木に止まって車にフンをする鳥に注意してください!)。ホテルでは、コンチネンタル ブレックファーストとフル イングリッシュ ブレックファーストの両方を含むビュッフェ スタイルの朝食を提供しています。全体的に良いホテルです。少し古くて、古びて見えますが、提供されるサービスは良く、周囲の景色は素晴らしいです。

プレミアインは私たちの目的に合っていましたが、隣のレストランも同じとは言えません!    最大の不満は、障害のあるトイレにトイレットペーパーがないという事実でした!本当に恥ずかしい状況と床は一般的に良いスクラブを必要としました。レストランの注目の鏡は輝きで行うことができ、テーブルトップは粘着性があり、外の窓枠は明らかに数ヶ月間掃除されておらず、スカートボードは同じです。一般的に、良いオーバーホールが必要です。家に書くべき食べ物はなく、とても平凡です。これは悲しいことに   プレミアと再び滞在することを2回考えます。  この悲しい報告を送って申し訳ありませんが、正直に言うと、私は本当に申し訳ありません。

We stayed here both Friday and Saturday night and booked on the Thursday, we stayed here 10 years prior! The staff were fantastic! The food was fantastic, the hospitality was second to none! This is so dog friendly! The guests were friendly and made a magnificent stay, spare of the moment stay away for a couple of nights and really felt most welcome! Well done to all your team!! Room 12

It was a wonderful stay ,perfect place to explore tent stay.

朝食は驚くほど量が多く、調理の質も良かったです。冷菜ビュッフェは種類が少なく、サービスも少し遅かったです。ベッドはとても快適でした。寝室に開閉可能な窓と扇風機があったのは良かったです。初日の夕食はレストランでとりましたが、チキンは美味しかったです。部屋のテレビチャンネルは天候によって制限がありました。ペンザンスを拠点に、バスでの移動には良い選択肢だと思います。

The location and hotel was lovely. Good room and fantastic food. The grounds are outstanding and the view in the morning was wonderful. An outstanding stay in a great location. Highly recommended!

Clean, comfortable room with good heating - which was appreciated during a cold snap that coincided with our visit. The wi-fi was reliable, and there was a TV, tea and coffee making equipment and a modern bathroom. Contrary to what some other reviews say, the beds are comfortable with good pillows. There is no fridge or in-room safe, but we did not require those things. The staff were friendly and bar and restaurant facilities were available if required. The ”full Cornish” breakfast was good although not over large. The location is excellent for a range of local services and beaches. Constructive suggestion: add a soap tray in the shower. even if this is just one that clips on to the shower head riser bar.

A clean, well staffed and inviting hotel which is currently going through an upgrade. The rooms have character and the hotel has kept a lot of tradition in it's feel. The restaurant breakfast was efficient, good choice, with friendly staff. The location is amazing, very close to town, beach and wonderful views. We will be returning.

很英式的酒店，前台小姐姐非常熱情，房間不大，但很乾凈，停車免費，記得和前台要停車券，早餐很豐盛，海景也很棒，游泳池開放到晚上十點👍 老酒店隔音都不好
