Soundproof is very bad. I can hear someone talking clearly in the next room. Breakfast is average level. Front desk and staff off work after 9pm, it’s hard to reach out to them in the night in case you need help.

私はレトロなホテルがとても好きです。ホテルに入った瞬間から、ホテルのサービスはイギリスの映画に見られる通りです。ホテルの内外の環境はとても良く、ドアはシンプルでエレガントで、外は絵のように美しいです。朝食の食事環境はとても良く、食事はとても豊富で、サービススタッフも気配りがありエレガントで、食事環境全体は非常に満足のいくものです。

Great location in a quiet area with ample parking. The room is clean, cosy, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the staff provided impeccable service. Highly recommended!

本來覺得酒店還是不錯的，可以看到懸空修道院，但是進房間不久就打了一衹飛蟲，不是蚊子，睡覺起來後身上就發癢，且起疙瘩。還有一件事就是第二我們清早去拍了日出就回來休息，但有位男士先後二次不敲門就進來，發覺裏面有人直接關門就走了，什麼都沒有説，不是做清潔的，估計是修理工，但是我們房間沒有報修呀。
不過酒店位置還是不錯的，圖片都是在酒店陽台上拍的，周邊還有idel超市，東西非常便宜，馬路對面就是步行街的起點，有很多吃的。
酒店早餐也不錯，清早七點開始，吃完飯就可以開車上山拍日出，車少人少。

Lovely location, easy to go to town and everywhere. The only problem is the tiny bathroom. You must be skinny, otherwise need to step into shower area, then close the bathroom door. Shower curtains was too short. All water on floor when shower. Could not put bath mat in the bathroom.

ゲゲストThe staff were very helpful even though it was nearly the end of the season. My room on the first floor (no lift) had an electric kettle and mugs, a small refrigerator and a hair dryer. It was a double room with a balcony. (I was on my own but there is no discount for single occupancy, but this appears to be normal everywhere). The room might seem small to some, but I found it's compact design, including large walk in shower, separate wash basin and separate toilet, very acceptable. Maps of the island and the town are provided in reception. The guest house is very close to the town centre, a short walk down a little hill and you are immediately in all the little streets that run down towards the port and front. There are many cafes and restaurants on the front, just be aware you will always pay more to drink or eat at these and there are plenty of bars and restaurants just a little inland. Think twice about hiring a car because the bus service is excellent.
NB This is for Trip.com: you were not very helpful when I received a message regarding opening times for reception, which meant my flight would arrive too late in the afternoon to get into 8Kto. I used your live chat and was told to use the 8Kto number to which I could never get a response. I tried live chat again and was assured that you would find out what I should do before my arrival date (mid-September) - you never did. Using the net I finally found an email address for the guest house and they immediately responded to my message, giving me instructions on how to get in and find my room when I arrive. Surely you should have been able to give me the email address in the first place, especially as you advertise your service as always giving immediate support to travellers.

LluvlifetravelLoved the location, the villa and the management. Our villa had a beautiful balcony view over the lake and a wood fire inside a well as central heating. The owners were super kind and friendly. The hotel villas are in a very remote location high in the mountains and that's what we loved about it. Stunning scenery all around, it was beautiful. Dinner was available at the hotel but we wanted to go for a drive. We had coffee and a light meal at Plaz Pezoulas which was about a 15min drive away. The shower was hot and breakfast was nice. The owner gave us 4 bottles of water for our drive upon checkout which was very thoughtful. 10/10

I totally recommend. We had a great experience though we were in off season so during summer we believe it would be a bit more crowded. Breakfast was very nice and all the people very kind.

TThoreThe studios are right across the street from the sea and there is a nice view of the bay from the rooms. The street though is quite noisy well into the evening. So its a balance. Room was nice spacy and clean - the kitchen utensils not so much. Very nice service, nice people.
