インドネシアリアウ州の3つ星ホテル

チェックイン時間は午後 2 時のはず。チェックインは午後 4 時頃まで待たなければなりません。2 部屋を予約しましたが、先にチェックインできるのは 1 部屋だけです。もう 1 つの部屋はまだ清掃中です。部屋にはコーヒー メーカーしかありませんでした。お湯は部屋の外にあります。アイロンもリクエストに応じて利用できます。ベッド シーツにシミがあり、かなり臭いです。バスルームはアップグレードが必要です。 良い点は、スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで責任感があることです。このホテルは、インドマレットと素敵なカフェ Kangen 49 の向かい側にもあります。メニューは最高でした。

SKAモールのすぐそばという好立地なので、食べ物や必要なものはすべて簡単に手に入れることができます。部屋は大丈夫です、ただベッドシーツと枕に少し奇妙な匂いがあります。それ以外は、すべてが良いです

It's a convinience place to stay. Easier to go anywhere for food hunter and shopping. Staff is excellent. For next holiday for sure I will choose this hotel again.

The location is very strategic, easy for looking for food, shopping and hanging out but they need to improve their responsiveness especially the manager in accepting the inputs from travellers like us. Overall, thanks to Uty one of the staff was very kind to us. Very appreciated for the responses. One more, need to increase the cleanliness.

ホテルは空港から10分以内に位置し、無料の空港シャトルも提供しました。それだけでなく、ホテルのすぐ隣にはベーカリーショップ、インドマレットなど多くの飲食店がありました。部屋はきれいで、素晴らしい景色を眺めることができ(高層階をリクエストする必要があります)、シャワーを浴びるのに良い水圧があります。唯一の欠点は、ACが滞在中に十分に冷たくなく、部屋が少し小さかったことです。ホテルがACを修正できることを願っています。朝食ビュッフェはまともで、バラエティに富んでいました。全体的に、それは私のペニーとまともな滞在の価値がありました。

The hotel is quite run down There isn't a saucer for using the soap The shower dies not drain properly and the floor very slippery making it quite dangerous for use The breakfast spread is quite reasonable and staff very courteous

部屋は清潔で快適で、ベッドは柔らかかったです。 アメニティも充実しており、すべてスムーズに機能しました。 ハウスキーピングサービスは毎日提供されました。 部屋は清潔で快適でしたが、日中は日差しが強かったため少し暑かったです。 朝食は絶対に欠かせません。アヨラに泊まって朝食なしではもったいないです。メニューは種類豊富で、ほぼ毎日変わります。醤油チキン、ソテーポテト、野菜炒めは特におすすめです。

Kamar deluxe twin bed tapi tidak ada jendela. Sudah hubungi ke CS hotel tapi tidak ada respon. But overall good!

Hotel yang selesa dan bersih. Sesuai untuk couples. Dihadapan hotel boleh berjalan kaki untuk makan di kedai-kedai makan. Lagi-lagi penggemar air bandrek

the room size is good,just nice for 2 of us.the bed was comfort and soft.the bathroom hot water not so good,took long time to get hot but still not so hot as we expected.there was no labelling of whether it is shampoo or bath soap.we requested iron but never come. the location was at city centre but not noisy as it was not in front of main street.you can go anywhere from the hotel especially STC Ramayana. the breakfast was not as we expected,too basic as what Cititel names should have.but the dining area was clean and spacious. the lobby was small and not enough sofa to seat while waiting for check-in,please improve on this!. the motorcycle parking is good but please put spotlight to make it brighter. overall was okey for us as we only spend time at hotel during sleep as day we outside at Pekanbaru city.
