I recently stayed at Welcome Grand Residency, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The beds were super comfortable, and the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making my stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. From the smooth check-in process to their prompt service, everything was handled efficiently. Housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The best hotel I have stayed in in whole India. The service is better than at Hilton and Ramada. The manager and stuff make an impressive job to make their patrons’ stay impeccable. Rooms are clean, spacious, recently renovated and decorated to European standard. Quality of food is 5/5 and the stuff is always at your beck and call, genuinely, with a lot of respect. It’s the best customer service we have experienced in whole India. Moreover, one of the stuff members even came late at night to the bus station in order to be sure that we didn’t miss our shuttle. Truly, all hospitality sector in India shall learn at De Fleur hotel. Ps : best dosas of my life !

The french villa was a moderate stay. The distance to beach is 3-5 mins walk only. The location of the hotel is very appropriate as all the cafeteria and restaurants are nearby or better to say in the same location only. The negative was the reluctant nature of the staff. I would say a little motivation is required there. Overall budget can be slightly low as there isn't much special about the rooms. No cupboard to keep clothes also. Average stay. Cost can be less.

The rooms are clean and the staffs are polite. Everything is well maintained. We liked the stay.You can take bikes and scooters on a day basis... overall a very good experience...

Location - near to mg road so centrally located parking - yes breakfast - delicious and tasty (south indian) room - clean, ac, lights, fan provided and working in good condition bathroom was also clean with auto hot water i booked standard room which comparatively smaller in size but i am okay with it. Prices are also reasonable.

property location v good , close to tirunallar temple. The stay was fantastic with amazing ambience , food was great and staffs were v polite. Highly recommend for stay in this place if u visit karaikal

Property is centrally located and all main areas are near by from the property. It was wonderful and pleasant stay. I would recommend this book this place who is visiting pondicherry.

A budget stay with decent room and facilities: The stay was in the middle of street with lot of hustle and bustle. They have a parking which is good but its not attached and have to keep it in a place 200m away. The room was good enough but reception service was pathetic. You have to follow up 10 times. Breakfast is served in a closed room where they are frying poori and entire room is locked with smoke. Pros: 1. Good enough for a 1 day stay with good options for breakfast 2. AC was working 3. 4-bed room was very big with 2 bathrooms Cons: 1. Reception and front-desk service 2. No kitchen present 3. Breakfast area is pathetic

3. the hotel provided a comfortable stay & appreciate the cleanliness, decor and the location. the staff were friendly and their service was good. food was good.. the property was very good. the staff were friendly and their service was good. room was ok, but the bed linen were not so clean. bathroom was full of mosquitos. broken taps in bathroom. there was no kettle in the room. food was good overall regular maintenance is required.
