イラクバグダードの3つ星ホテル

The hotel is brand new, with beautifully finished, spacious rooms. The lobby is also tastefully designed, with comfortable sofas that create a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service and management do not yet match the quality of the physical facilities. The health club is unmanned, with the spa and sauna seemingly left to their own devices. Guests have to ask the receptionist to call a staff member to provide towels and turn on the facilities. There is also no bench or seating area where guests can relax after using the sauna. The rooftop restaurant is ideally located and nicely maintained, offering a setting that could be excellent for both breakfast and dining. Sadly, however, the quality of the food was disappointing. There was also an issue at checkout. Although I had already paid for my entire stay through Trip.com, the receptionist asked me to pay again. Fortunately, the matter was resolved satisfactorily after a phone call with a more senior member of staff. Overall, this could be an excellent hotel. The building, rooms, lobby and facilities have considerable potential, but the hotel needs much more professional and attentive management to bring the overall experience up to the standard its impressive physical facilities deserve.

イラク出張中にお宝ホテルを発見！ホテルは中国人が経営していて、オーナーはとても親切で、3枚目の写真のお兄さんです！実は、引っ越してきてから、ここがイラクだということを忘れていました。1日3食が中華料理で、十数種類のビュッフェです。毎週金曜日にはビュッフェ鍋もあります。オーマイラ神様！昨夜夕食後にホテルに戻ったら、彼らが鍋を食べているのを見ました。私はレストランの前でとても落ち込んで立っていたのですが、ハハハ、友人は気にすることができなかったので、出張中だったのでもう一度食事をしました海外に行って久しぶりに食べた鍋、美味しかったです😋🥰🥰🥰

Great rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, and good central location and price!

The palm residence is respectfull, honest and get what you expect. Comfortable,clean, good size apartment.
