I’ve stayed here multiple times on separate visits to Wuhan. It’s a good location near the university and good streets catering towards students. It’s also a quick taxi ride to many of Wuhan’s good malls. Only complaint is that some rooms are naturally cleaner than others (more carpet = less clean, as is the case for all of China)
I stayed here 2 nights and It was good, not the better place but it works, warm water to shower, warm room.
The owners are a really nice persons.
I reccomend it.
SShardaleWe loved this apartment and its location was beautiful! The view was great. We are near many great restaurants and easy to walk to spots. Food can be delivered with ease. It was a self check in and super easy to navigate. We had good communication with the manager. They also provided free parking. It was pet friendly. The bathtub was great, the bed was comfortable and the shower was wonderful!
HHeu Jen Yinghotel review example praises positive aspects like cleanliness, staff friendliness, and location, while also noting constructive feedback, such as uncomfortable pillows or a lack of power outlets. A balanced review gives a more complete picture, like in this example: ”The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and spotless with a great view. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. However, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, and the pillows were too firm for my liking, but I would still stay here again”.
Example 1: Positive review
Focus: Staff, room comfort, and location.
Review: ”We had an absolutely amazing time. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The location was also very convenient for exploring the city.”
Example 2: Balanced review
Focus: Strengths and a minor drawback.
Review: ”The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and offered a warm smile. My only complaint is that the pillows were very firm, and I would have liked softer ones. Overall, a great stay.”
Example 3: Critical review
Focus: Cleanliness and service issues.
Review: ”Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room was not very clean, with dust under the bed and a dirty fridge. When I asked for clean sheets, the staff member was unhelpful. While the location was convenient, the poor cleanliness and rude staff made for a very negative experience.”
CCAris99We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return.
The location is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view of the lake from the balcony. The surrounding nature is peaceful and relaxing, and we particularly enjoyed watching the many birds around the property.
Our cabin was spotless and very well furnished. It had everything we needed, including a great bathtub with plenty of hot water, an excellent air conditioner, a kettle, TV, and even a smart toilet. The balcony was another highlight, with a table and chairs where we could sit and enjoy the scenery.
The staff were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. As foreigners, communication can sometimes be challenging, but the team went out of their way to help us, using WeChat to communicate effectively. They were always friendly and thoughtful, even picking some fresh berries for us and giving them to us as a complimentary gift, which was a lovely touch.
On our first evening, there was a team-building event for an external company, which created a little noise. However, the event finished promptly at 10:00 pm, which we felt was very respectful and did not significantly impact our stay.
Overall, this is a fantastic place to relax, enjoy nature, and experience genuine hospitality. Highly recommended.
FFadzillahThis is the 1st hotel i stayed, when i arrived in China. I had a pleasant experience overall. The 24-hour front desk was a lifesaver for my late check-in at 12:30 am, and the staff were welcoming despite the odd hour.
The room was clean and cozy, with a queen bed spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my family of three. The room was quiet providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Although the staff didn’t speak English, they went above and beyond to assist us using a translator app. They were incredibly helpful in setting up the Wi-Fi, explaining food options, and ensuring the room heater was functioning properly—this made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Their breakfast was basic but with lotsa options and delish. We love the mantao. And they lemonade tea qas so soothing. Oh and they welcome drink at front desk was good too.
Another bonus was the hotel's convenient location. Right in front of the building, there were several small convenience stores stocked with drinks and snacks, perfect for quick necessities. And easy excess to taxi.
Overall, this hotel provided a great balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service, even with the language barrier. I’d happily recommend it to other travelers visiting Enshi.
