Franchement j’ai trop aimer et le service a eu un bègue j’ai appelé le service client il sont régler directement le problème même pas 10 minutes je recommande trop.com
Booking Numbers: *********** (PIN 5187/hotel confirmation number: ***************) and *********** (PIN 8304/hotel confirmation number: ***************). We arrived at the hotel just before 8.00 pm on 22/03/2024 - tired after after a long day of travelling. When I presented our ”Check-in vouchers” for the two rooms that we had reserved and pre-paid for online with Trip.com, the lady at the reception said that they were only room guarantees and did not represent that we had already paid for the rooms before arriving at the hotel. Therefore, I gave her our written receipts from Trip.com for our payments for the two rooms and asked her to call Trip.com to confirm that we had already paid for the two rooms. She then gave us incorrect entry codes for our two rooms, for which I had to return to the reception where she then gave me the correct entry codes. Later that evening when we passed the reception to to go out of the hotel to find somewhere to eat and I asked her if she had telephoned Trip.com yet, she acknowledged that the rooms had already been paid for online.
by late arrival easy to miss the elevator activation procedure (press activate & call- to connect with reception) and you have to climb up to the 6th floor.
Next hussle the payment of 75€ deposit for the room payable by credit card but no amex 🙈🙈🙈 So it wasnt possible as with my german debit card it never worked in france too 🙈🙈
Finally after messaging the boss n waiting his reply it was possible to pay cash for the deposit…..and dont forget you are in france so tourist tax have to be paid as well 🙈😬😬
lets see how the breakfast will be tomorrow morning.
clean room but no fridge, glasses or any nice complimentries/ greenery in the steril room.

Magnifique, chambre très propre et service manifique.
Hotel pas cher pour passer une ou deux nuits. Chambre rénovée mais salle de bain à revoir.
Petit dejeuner minimaliste à prendre dans le bâtiment en face.
Bon accueil du gérant et lit fait le second jour avec changement des serviettes.

ゲゲストA good budget hotel for a night on our way back home. Reims is a must to visit for sure!
The room was small and it would be hard to use it for more than 2 people.
However the location is great and easy to reach from the motorway. And next to the ibis hotel there is Mercury hotel where we went for dinner And it was superbly delicious;))))
