レイキャビクではかなり手頃な価格のホテルで、コストパフォーマンスは非常に高いと感じました。チェックインの際、予約日を間違えてしまい、少し慌てていたのですが、フロントの中国人の女性スタッフがとても親切で、焦らないようにと落ち着かせてくれました。そして、予約のキャンセル方法から再予約のプロセスまで、一つ一つ丁寧に教えてくれたんです。異国の地でこのような温かい対応を受けると、本当に安心しますし、サービスの質を高く評価したくなりますね。 ロケーションについては、市内中心部の観光スポットからそう遠くなく、レイキャビク大聖堂までは徒歩約10分です。ただ、空港からエアポートバスを利用する場合、一度バスを乗り換える必要があり、少し手間がかかります。アイスランドの天気は本当に厳しく、風雨が激しくて体感温度が低いので、短い距離でもバスの利用をおすすめします。徒歩での移動はあまりおすすめできません。 全体として、このホテルは価格がリーズナブルでサービスも素晴らしいです。物価の高いレイキャビクにおいて、コストパフォーマンスを重視する個人旅行者にとっては非常に良い選択肢だと思います。

立地：バス停9番と12番から近く、市内中心部に位置しています。教会からも近く、外に出てまっすぐ進むと海があり、左へ海岸沿いに歩くとクジラの骨格のランドマークがあります。 宿泊条件：42人男女混合ドミトリーの2段ベッドで、上下のスペースは十分です。コンセントが2つあり、1つは照明に使われていますが取り外し可能です。ベッドには型崩れしにくいマットレスがあり、自分でベッドメイキングする必要はありません。 個室のシャワーとトイレは一緒になっており、シャワーと便器はカーテンで仕切られています。男女共用です。男女兼用の個室トイレと、男女別の複数個室トイレがあり、女性用複数個室トイレの洗面台には風力の強いヘアドライヤーがあります。 共用キッチンは広く、多くの人が料理をしており、電気ケトル、電子レンジ、大きな鍋などがあります。滞在中は、このホステルには中国人がかなり多いと感じました。

I was so happy with my stay! We had an issue with some people near our room, but a staff member helped us immediately and even moved us to the best room in the house. We were so grateful for their kind and understanding attitude. I could truly feel their support and willingness to help. The room was clean with no problems at all, and the breakfasts were great! Thank you for your excellent service

This apartment is in a perfect, central location in downtown Reykjavík, within easy walking distance of the BSI bus station and all the major city sites. The room was impressively big and clean, and we were even pleasantly surprised by an automatic upgrade to a three-bedroom unit. One of the biggest advantages for those with a rental car is the free parking available right around the building. While there is no kitchen or cooking facility, which might be a drawback for longer stays, it was perfectly fine for our short visit. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base in the city.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality. The staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their face. Our room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it so easy to explore all the attractions. We will definitely be back!

The small room is simple, but has everything you need. I was especially happy about the large desk. The breakfast was surprisingly good, given that food is quite expensive in Island (only the coffee could be better). The location is great and really close to the heart of the city, but still relatively quiet.

The room is spacious but the shower area was flooding The fridge wasn’t working but we managed to contact them and they replaced a new one The light switch is sometime not working there’s few days we slept with light on. Others than that it’s a good location which nearby bus stop 4

Near city center, has free car park and few minutes walk away provided you can find an available one. Room is clean, 3 toilets with 2 showers, upstairs 1 toilet with shower. Quite a few rooms sharing the amenities. Full kitchen though a bit small.
