This was my second time staying at this budget hotel, and overall it was still a pleasant experience. The room was clean, though noticeably smaller compared to my previous stay. Water pressure was a bit low, but manageable. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel remains a good choice thanks to its convenient location, making it easy to access nearby places. Still a great stay for the price! ▶️ No deposit required! ▶️ Water dispenser & car parking provided!

Except for location.. the price charge as compare to amenities provided as well room nothing to ‘shout about’ .. thin towel, for long term traveller (3 days or more) no cabinet to store your luggage etc

Receptionist not so friendly, while check in, one of the girl sit with one leg are lift on the chair. And while sleeping, cockroaches flying everywhere next to pillow. My kids scared and cried. I wouldnt book if its not a last minute plan. Total Rm140+ im sure the basic cleanliness should meet. ‘Boutique’ hotel always pleasant with good smell at lobby. But not this hotel. Im sure theres always a room for improvement. Please do something. Otherwise The location is top notch 👍🏻easy to go to attraction place.

Hotel must focus on cleanliness. Overall, I/you can stay for a short period with that price especially when you have a job around the area.

ホテルに着くまでドアを開けませんでした。でも叔父が修理してくれるのを待たなければなりませんが、その後は使えなくなります。幸運を祈ります。そうすれば、もっと良い部屋が見つかります。チェックインが遅くなり、適切な部屋を見つけるまでに長い時間待たなければなりません。私にストレスを与えます最初の部屋はトイレも汚いです。本当にストレスがたまる。でも安全だから、もう少し良い部屋にしよう

excellent staff n good deals! this is not my first time & each time i arrived all staff is very helpful and smiling, make our long journey become warm and welcome. Lexis is a must visit !

このホテルの立地はかなり良く、イオンモールやマクドナルドまで車で5分、KTMや高速道路の料金所まで車で10分です。 また、徒歩圏内にピザハット、Mr.DIY、セブンイレブン、KKマートもあります。ロビーの亀はかわいいです。 残念な点は、路上駐車券を購入する必要があること（午前8時から午後5時まで）、テレビでNetflixやYouTubeが見られないことです。

Owner baik. Request nak bilik yg bersih. So far dapat yg ok. Harga murah, air laju, toilet bersih. Hotel bajet tapi siap provide shower gel dispenser. Kedai makan jgn risau, belakang hotel ada mamak n kedai makan. Eco pun ada. 7e n bustand depan hotel je. Petronas 24jam n tealive 5 langkah je.
