Modern and bright villa with garden 20 minutes from Amsterdam on 3 levels. The house has an area of 120 square meters and on the back there is a garden of 60m2. On the ground floor there is the entrance, a bathroom, the living room overlooking the garden, the kitchen and a large closet. The living room is large and bright, with an extra large black leather sofa, 55-inch 4k TV, internet connection and a dining table with 8 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric hob, toaster, espresso machine, electric oven, fridge, freezer and all utensils and kitchenware. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom with a Jacuzzi. On the second floor there is the laundry area and the fourth bedroom in the attic, very bright. In the garden there are several trees and plants on which different species of birds nest, a small lake with a waterfall where a fish and some frogs live.
