DDjonBooked this hotel last minute and it was okay for a one-night stay. The room was clean enough, but the amenities were basic. The staff was friendly, but the overall experience was just average. It served its purpose, but I wouldn’t choose it again if I had other options.

RReaBorjalI booked the family room because of the upcoming bagyong Opong. It felt secured and this was the cheapest option. It's in the town center. Next to a big grocery store and opposite is a convenience store and drug store. The room and bathroom are big. Two beds are comfortable.
No elevator.
Family room but there's only 1 chair.
Hot water costs 10 pesos.
You can hear every sound outside, even just walking you can hear it from your room.
The hotel was packed and this is not the hotels fault but because you hear everything the kids staying there were just unbearable and couldn't sleep.

RRachel_BVery accessible and convenient location. Malls and terminal are just walking distance. There's no Grab services though, just the local transportation service liken to Grab. As expected for Sogo Hotels, hotel staffs are courteous, not all but most of them. Thank you.

ゲゲストSo far the place is safe they have a safe parking space. Only the amenities is need to improve like the towels it should be a big towel and it should be two towels each rooms. I my self working in a cruise ship. So i know what is need to be improve And the tv as well need to fix the signal.

ゲゲストThis is an actual homestay hotel, which is located in a residential area, however, there is everything you need around, there are shops, there are some places to eat. The staff is very friendly and the view from the roof is amazing. Everything is clean.

ゲゲストLocation is good. Customer service is okay too. However, the actual room and its facility is not okay. I would not recommend the place for those having problems taking a flight of stairs nor the ones with heave luggages as there's no elevator. The bathroom is not good at all. Although there's a heater, the water pressure's not quite suitable with it. There were no toiletries provided. No TV at all. Not even complementary bottles of water. If given a chance to look for a better place to stay, I would look for another one.
