I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

滞在は十分でした。JY モールから徒歩圏内で、マクドナルドが 24 時間営業しているので、深夜にお腹が空いたときにも便利です。フロントにはスープを買える小さな食料品店もあります。IT パークの近くに滞在したいなら、ここは良い場所です。その後、肌トラブルもなかったので、予算に優しい旅行には十分だと思います。

ホテルは悪くないです。全体的には比較的新しいです。隣には中華料理店もたくさんあるので食事にも便利です。部屋を選ぶときは、道路に近い部屋は選ばないようにしてください。ここの窓はすべて単層ガラスで防音ではありません。夜になるとバイクのクラクションの音がとてもうるさいです。

空港近くで1〜2泊の短期滞在には素晴らしいホテルです。プールはリフレッシュするのに最適でした。到着した時にはすでに暗く、隣接する道路もほとんど明かりがなかったので、周辺を散策することはありませんでした。そのため、ホテルで夕食を試しました。これは、注文後にスタッフが外部から調達してくるものです。朝食はまあまあでしたが、これも外部から運ばれてくるため、前日に時間を指定して注文する必要があります。プールの周りのエリアは少し散らかっていて、テーブルの上にもいろいろなものが無造作に置かれていました。そのため、タオルで覆って乱雑さを隠しているものもありました。シャワーのお湯が出ないことはあまり気になりませんでした。全体的に、朝食込みの低価格を考えると全く問題なく、小さな欠点には目をつぶることができます。

スタッフとロケーションは良い。 部屋は、シャワーのみ。バスタブはない。それはいいんだが、お湯が出なかった。時間帯によるのか、もっと長時間粘れば出てきたのか…わからない。 あと、ちっちゃいアリがときどきベッドの上にも出没。ちょっとだけ気になる。 値段の割には…ってとこだけど、ロケーションの良さと、致命的に悪い点もなかったので、こんなもんかと。

何時もマクタンニュータウンを利用する時利用させて頂いてます トータル的にとても満足してますが今回はフロントへ連絡が通じない 停電になったり ルームクリーニングの際タオルが置いていない エアコンが不調となったりエレベーターも一基修理中の為大混雑でした とても対応も良くてトータル的に大好きです 混乱があっても親切なスタッフ達でこれからも使わせて頂きます ハード面は老朽化してるのでそこだけが残念ですね

主要道路に近いという立地が気に入っています。周辺にはたくさんのレストランがあります。ビーチからは近すぎず、遠すぎず、ちょうどよい距離です。場所は清潔でした。エアコンはよく効いていました。配管に少し問題がありましたが、助けを求めたら直してもらいました。通りには建設中の家が何軒かありましたが、かなり安全でした。おそらく不便だったのは、メインドアがロックアウトされたことです。鍵は渡されないからです。おそらく、誤ってドアをロックしてしまったのでしょう。誰かが私のためにドアを開けてくれましたが、誰かが起きて開けなければならなかったのは残念でした。

チェックインの際、ルームキーのデポジットとしてP300/室取られます。 部屋は清掃が行きとどき清潔。 バスタオルはスタッフにお願いすれば交換してくれる。 シャワーの水圧は弱く、水シャワーです(暑いので問題無し) 洗面台の排水が漏れていたのは残念、メンテナンスをしっかりして欲しい。 アメニティは歯ブラシ無し、小さい石鹸とシャンプー有り。 朝食は何種類かのフィリピンスタイルの定食からチョイス、品切れもありました。 ゲートにはガードマンが常駐しているので、セキュリティは問題ないと思う。 マクタンのマリバゴエリアで格安に泊まれるホテルとして重宝しています。

- 海に直接アクセスできるので、このホテルは最高です。ホテルではカヌーやグーグルで泳ぐこともできます。注意: ホテルは海洋保護区にあるため、1人あたり50ペンスの環境料を1回支払う必要があります。 - スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、素晴らしい滞在ができました。 - 1階の部屋はすべて予約済みだったので、2階にあるファミリールームを利用しました。部屋は広々としていてとても清潔でした。ただ、少し値段が高かったです。1階の部屋には屋外パティオがあり、屋外ソファで夜を過ごせますが、ファミリールームからの眺めはとても美しかったです。 - ホテルにはレストランがあり、夕食をとりましたが、食事は美味しくておいしかったです。 Wi-Fiはそれほど良くありませんでしたが、出発時にもっと良いインターネットシステムを設置していました。次回は良いWi-Fiを楽しみたいと思います😉 全体的に、リラックスしてエネルギーを充電するのに最適なホテルです。 おすすめしますか: 100% はい。 理由は何ですか?立地、静けさ、フレンドリーなスタッフ。

快適で心地よい滞在 パートナーと私はこのホテルに約1週間滞在しましたが、全体的に素晴らしい滞在となりました。部屋は2人で泊まるには十分な広さがあり、小さな家族でも快適に過ごせました。大きなベッドはぐっすり眠るのに最適で、エアコンもよく効いて滞在中涼しく過ごせました。 バスルームは清潔でしたが、シャワーヘッドに少し問題がありました。最初は黒い粒子が出てきましたが、すぐに対応してくれました。また、初日は少し古臭い匂いがしましたが、建物が少し古いせいかもしれません。それでも、料金と部屋の広さを考えると、間違いなくお得です。 毎日のハウスキーピングサービスには感謝しています。スタッフが部屋を片付け、ゴミを回収してくれたので、滞在中ずっと清潔に保たれました。魔法瓶がない場合は、午前7時からキッチンスタッフにお湯をリクエストでき、心遣いが感じられました。 ホテルのスタッフは皆、常にフレンドリーで親切で、必要なことなら何でも快く対応してくれました。まさに滞在中のハイライトと言えるでしょう。立地も便利で、セブンイレブンや複数のお店が近くにあります（ただし、夜は早く閉まるお店もあります）。地元の料理を味わいたい方は、ホテルのすぐ外で夜になると本格的なフィリピン風バーベキューを楽しめます。徒歩圏内にもレストランがたくさんあります。 全体的に、リラックスして快適に過ごせました。またぜひ利用したいと思っています。お手頃価格で居心地の良い宿泊施設をお探しのカップルやファミリーに、強くお勧めします！
