Lovely clean and welcoming hotel with great facilities. There is a spa and pool at the hotel and a restaurant. We ate in the bar area and the food and service was excellent. The receptionist was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

WE HAD A FRIDGE The toilet sit had some soap smudge on it and initially thought is something else but if foamed when tried to clean it (I always have sanitizer with me as is only human to miss a spot and do a mistake. Didn't kill me cleaning that myself. Housekeeping job ain't easy. Bless you all. Just keep a better eye to avoid Karen type❤️) The receptionists were all friendly and happy to assist me with both check in and check out. We absolutely loved our room and the view was magnificent. The dawn was heavenly seen from our window❤️ What I loved the most was the fact that in the room we had a FRIDGE. Many hotels don't have that anymore and imagine having a room without a fridge with this heatwave going on 🥵 I will attach a photo with our beautiful view🤩 This hotel will be my top choice whenever I'll need a room around the area. Clean room, clean hallway, clean reception area. Please keep an eye for the accessible rooms. Read all description and detail before booking as they have special rooms for people with a health condition and the room will have some things at a low level to the ground. Will be your fault for not choosing the right room not the hotel's as you need to read description always. Don't take it out to the staff for your own mistake😊 Seen a lot complaining about that, as I've seen also about the rooms accessible and didn't understand the term initially, until I went through the details. After reading the details I knew exactly what room I need to book and what would not be convenient for me🙌 Bless you all and hope this review will be of help to some of you at least 😊

We were surprised how nice the hotel is for the price we paid. I went with an old friend for a mid-week city break in Sheffield. The hotel is pretty close to theb train station and we walked there easily with our wheeled suitcases. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful The bathroom had a bath and a shower; the bedroom itself was a decent size. I don't think the electronic safe was working correctly, or maybe it was used error, not sure about that, lol. There was a fridge in the room which was great and unexpected; the wi-fi was also excellent. The staff were friendly, and we could get more coffee, tea and milk from reception. We didn't go to the gym or spa, we did go swimming and it's a lovely, big, well heated pool. There were also two steam rooms, a sauna, an ice room and a discovery shower (a hot or cold shower with four sprays and red and blue lights). There wasn't a machine to spin the swimwear in, but there were polythene bags for wet swimwear. A lovely touch in the gym reception was a coffee machine, where you could sit down and have a free cappucino or whatever your fancy is. We got the train to Meadowhall which took 5 mins and cost £2.90 return (with our senior rail cards). Some locals said the tram was even easier, but we found the train easy enough and very fast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city break in Sheffield.

This is the 2ed time staying here for 2 nights the price is ok the room is clean you get free tea and coffee in your room the breakfast is good value for money I believe it’s 15 pounds per person there is lots of fresh fruit cereal, a cooked breakfast as much tea and coffee as you like we didn’t go into the park this time as I have been in the wildlife Park before with my daughter this time we were visiting family the wildlife Park is amazing the staff at the Hex Hotel are super friendly . And professional. The only thing I would say negative about the hotel is checking after 4 pm. And you have to be out of the room by 10 am. I think check-in should be from 2 pm then that gives you a little bit longer in the room and maybe check out 11 am but apart from that I can’t fault this place but if you want to do an earlier check-in, they charge you £30. And if you want to upgrade your room, they charge you £15 per night to upgrade. . The shower is absolutely amazing. You have a rain shower and a smaller shower. You get two massive bath towels, two hand towels also shower gel body cream soap. That are individually. I will definitely be coming back and staying again. A short taxi ride into Doncaster town Centre where there is lots of bars that play music if you’re into that there’s also a designer outlet not far from the hex hotel. .

ダブルツリー・バイ・ヒルトン・シェフィールド・シティは、まさに出張中に私が求めていたものでした。快適で、信頼でき、そして静かな親切さ。到着した瞬間から、チェックインはスムーズで温かく迎えてくれ、最初の温かいクッキーは、長旅の後のささやかな、しかし心のこもったおもてなしのように感じました。 ロケーションは便利で、市内中心部に近く、それでいて静かに休むのに十分静かでした。会議とプライベートの時間の間をスムーズに移動でき、本当にありがたかったです。 部屋はモダンで清潔、そして静かでした。ベッドは快適で、照明は柔らかく、すべてが完璧に機能していました。贅沢さではなく、エネルギーを充電するための心のこもった快適さを提供してくれました。 朝食は種類が豊富で、レストランは落ち着いた雰囲気で、朝の目覚めを心地よく過ごせました。スタッフはフレンドリーでプロフェッショナル、そして押し付けがましくなく、いつでも親切に対応してくれました。 最も印象的だったのは、一貫性です。滞在中のあらゆる場面で、信頼でき、行き届いたサービスを感じました。この安定した雰囲気のおかげで、リラックスして旅の目的に集中することができました。 バランスが取れていて、穏やかで、心から快適に感じられる空間を創り上げてくださった DoubleTree by Hilton Sheffield City に感謝します。

This isn't my first stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, the customer service hasn't improved. Even ordering a simple drink from the bar was met with a frown. I stay here only because it's convenient for my business needs, but it's disappointing that the staff seems so disengaged, which leaves a negative impression. The breakfast was dry and unappetizing, almost like eating rocks. Given the standards of Ibis hotels, I'm quite shocked at the poor condition and service here.

The location is good and safe. Even though they don’t have room service, but the staffs are really nice. The breakfast doesn’t have that many options, but tasty! The toilet is clean.

全体的にとても良かったです。部屋はものすごく広くてびっくりしました。入り口でちょっとした運動ができそうなくらい広かったです。コップ、栓抜き、水があってとても良かったです。ビール好きなので栓抜きを見たときには嬉しくなり、近所のスーパーで瓶ビールを買い込みました。朝食はものすごく充実していました。2日間では全て食べきれないくらい種類が豊富でしっかり楽しめました。 １つ残念だったのはシャワー室の排水溝が大量の髪の毛で詰まっていたことです。入った後に水が溢れてしまったので自分で掃除しました…とても悲しい気持ちになりました。こういうことはそうないと思いますので、運が悪かったのだと思います。

このホテルが大好き❤️ 今年2回目の滞在 誕生日の御馳走を求めに来て、デスクのアントニアは私たちをレイトチェックアウトとバーでの2つの無料の飲み物に扱いました!素晴らしいカスタマーサービス。 ベッドは私が....で寝た中で最も快適なベッドです。できれば家に持ち帰るでしょう! 電車に最適な場所 運転する場合は、駅や駐車場の近くにたくさん。 バーは雰囲気が良く、カムデン ペール エールを含むマウス レンジのビールを販売しています。リーズナブルな価格で良いシッフィーアも。バーのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。 朝食を食べて飲むことができるのは10/10で、週末の11amnatまでです...大きな夜の後に完璧です 間違いなくお勧めします👌

Room was full of dust, bathroom had mold on the grouting, air contioning/ heating was broke, shower gel and shampoo watered down to almost just water, had a function on but sounded like the party was In our room even though it was 2 floors down, neighbouring room could hear them talking and getting intimate. Room was tin pot small and freezing cold...was so disappointed as stayed there previously for a lot less than i paid this time and the room was spacious and clean, so feeling extremely let down this time and hubby has refused to ever come back to this hotel.
