イギリスサウス･ヨークシャーで、バーのあるホテル

Lovely clean and welcoming hotel with great facilities. There is a spa and pool at the hotel and a restaurant. We ate in the bar area and the food and service was excellent. The receptionist was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great location, husband and father in law stayed the night before a visit to see the Vulcan. The room was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the food was superb (best fish & chips theyve had for a long time). They both had a great time and would definitely recommend.

We were surprised how nice the hotel is for the price we paid. I went with an old friend for a mid-week city break in Sheffield. The hotel is pretty close to theb train station and we walked there easily with our wheeled suitcases. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful The bathroom had a bath and a shower; the bedroom itself was a decent size. I don't think the electronic safe was working correctly, or maybe it was used error, not sure about that, lol. There was a fridge in the room which was great and unexpected; the wi-fi was also excellent. The staff were friendly, and we could get more coffee, tea and milk from reception. We didn't go to the gym or spa, we did go swimming and it's a lovely, big, well heated pool. There were also two steam rooms, a sauna, an ice room and a discovery shower (a hot or cold shower with four sprays and red and blue lights). There wasn't a machine to spin the swimwear in, but there were polythene bags for wet swimwear. A lovely touch in the gym reception was a coffee machine, where you could sit down and have a free cappucino or whatever your fancy is. We got the train to Meadowhall which took 5 mins and cost £2.90 return (with our senior rail cards). Some locals said the tram was even easier, but we found the train easy enough and very fast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city break in Sheffield.

This is the 2ed time staying here for 2 nights the price is ok the room is clean you get free tea and coffee in your room the breakfast is good value for money I believe it’s 15 pounds per person there is lots of fresh fruit cereal, a cooked breakfast as much tea and coffee as you like we didn’t go into the park this time as I have been in the wildlife Park before with my daughter this time we were visiting family the wildlife Park is amazing the staff at the Hex Hotel are super friendly . And professional. The only thing I would say negative about the hotel is checking after 4 pm. And you have to be out of the room by 10 am. I think check-in should be from 2 pm then that gives you a little bit longer in the room and maybe check out 11 am but apart from that I can’t fault this place but if you want to do an earlier check-in, they charge you £30. And if you want to upgrade your room, they charge you £15 per night to upgrade. . The shower is absolutely amazing. You have a rain shower and a smaller shower. You get two massive bath towels, two hand towels also shower gel body cream soap. That are individually. I will definitely be coming back and staying again. A short taxi ride into Doncaster town Centre where there is lots of bars that play music if you’re into that there’s also a designer outlet not far from the hex hotel. .

立地は良く、部屋も快適で広々としていました。しかし、スタッフの対応が少し遅く、受付には3人のスタッフがいて、私の前に1人いたにもかかわらず、チェックインに時間がかかりました。2人は電話中でした。忙しい時期なのは理解できますが、彼らは特に急いでいる様子もなく、説明も謝罪もありませんでした。バーで飲み物を注文した際も、スタッフの対応は少し遅かったです。スタッフの対応は悪くはありませんでしたが、特にフレンドリーというわけではありませんでした。 私は接客業の経験があるので、過度な期待はしていませんが、中には宿泊客を歓迎するためにあらゆる努力を惜しまないホテルもあります。ここのスタッフは、この点において間違いなく改善の余地があります。このホテル自体に問題はなく、私のニーズには十分でしたが、わざわざまた泊まりたいとは思いません。

素敵なきれいなホテル、広とした部屋、快適なベッド、必要なものすべて。最初の夜にラジエーターがオフにならないため、ラジエーターに問題がありました。スタッフに伝えたらすぐに整理されました。 最後の夜、キーカードを持って部屋に入ることができませんでした。もう真夜中だったので疲れて寝たかっただけです。これが解決される前に最上階からレセプションまで2回の旅行がかかり、かなりイライラしました。 最後の朝、朝食代を払ったのですが、少し残念で、コンチネンタル側の非常に基本的な選択で、ソーセージの品質が非常に悪く、食べられませんでした。しかし、道路の向かいにはトビーカーベリーがあり、前日に安い価格で朝食をとりました。代わりにそこに行くことをお勧めします

The location is good and safe. Even though they don’t have room service, but the staffs are really nice. The breakfast doesn’t have that many options, but tasty! The toilet is clean.

The only bad thing were the pillows. Staff are great nothing is too much trouble . We even had me a meal in the restaurant which was lovely

チェックインとチェックアウトは迅速で簡単で、とても快適でした。列車の出発が午後 8 時までなかったので、チェックアウトの日は荷物を 1 日中保管室に保管してもらいました。 部屋はとても清潔で、ベッドは快適でした。 朝食は選択肢が豊富で素晴らしかったです。 バーの食事は美味しく、値段も手頃でした。 全体的に滞在にとても満足しました。

Upon arrival I got a very warm welcome from staff and they upgraded the room that was nice it's very clean and looks modern the beds comfy TV works great and WiFi is good very warm room and slept well had the breakfast continental was a good selection staff was very polite then had the full English didn't have the works but was full would definitely stay here again it's in the middle of town and 5 mins walk away from train station so u have everything you need close by
