スタッフはフレンドリーで気配りがあり、どんなリクエストにもいつでも対応してくれました。朝食ビュッフェはさまざまな選択肢があり、さまざまな好みに対応してくれました。施設は全体的によく整備されていましたが、ジムはもう少しアップグレードが必要かもしれません。マレーシア・シンガポール・コーズウェイと免税地区の近くの便利な場所にあるベルジャヤ ウォーターフロント ホテルは、手頃な価格で広々とした客室ときちんとしたアメニティを提供しています。予算重視の旅行者や短期滞在に最適です。👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

部屋のエアコンが効いていません。翌日のみ部屋の変更を確約しましたが、夕方のみで、当直マネージャーのイヴァンは非常に寒がっていました。無料の2日間の朝食が提供されましたが、満足のいくものではありませんでした。コーヒーマシンから出るアメリカーノはむしろ水っぽかったので、スタッフに伝えましたが、何の対応もありませんでした。また、このホテルは毎晩7時以降、エアコンを自動的に高温に制御し、部屋を暖かくしていることに気付きました。2晩ともひどいものでした。エアコンの通気口はほこりっぽく、私の喘息を悪化させました。コネクティングルームはキングルームとダブルルームのみであるのに、彼らは私たちにキングルームへのアップグレードを請求しました。これはTrip.comに詳細が記載されているはずで、私たちはこのホテルを予約しませんでした。きちんとした検査も睡眠も受けられず、だまされたと感じています。滞在に対する補償が何も行われない場合は、ソーシャルメディアに投稿します。

The best things about this room are - fantastic expansive view of the surrounding. - swing chair overlooking outside. - Japan style concept living room and 1 of the bedrooms. - easy to collect key. - have food shops nearby. - aircons good. - amenities provided. What I don’t like - toilet shower very cramp area - ants in living room and dining area - the Japan concept bedroom is right above aircon compressor so not good for light sleepers as it will run a loud humming sound every few minutes.

For the price we are paying, i dont think its worth. We are facing the construction site and the noise at night is horrible. Even the toiletries are not labelled properly.

レゴランドに近いホテルを探していて、こちらに決定。徒歩圏内なので便利だった。レゴランドとホテルの間にはモールやスーパーマーケットもあるので、食料には困らなかった。チェックイン前やチェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえた。朝食も野菜やフルーツなど種類は少ないが、付いているので助かった。

To the host: Although R&F are closed to custom but the location are really inconvenient. By walking at least 20-30min even covered walkway. Less shop lot and local restaurant surrounding the stay. Check-in instruction was unclear and mismatched the information with booking. Ultimately led me to wrong location and only found out there’s a mistake upon arrival. The network connection at the place are bad connectivity too. Spoiled the entire travel vibes by dragging the heavy luggage and caused inconvenience to traveller. At the end only got sincere apologise by the host since they found the mistake upon arrival. To Trip platform: CS and duty manager lack of empathy. Robotic replies. Duty manager does not know how to write an apology letter and need me to teach how to storytelling and combine all info in one sentence. Just sent multiple messages to interrupt me in chat box . In order to resolve the issue they provided trip coin as compensation but less sincere attitude. Which I understand they only a worker not the boss.

内装は伝統的なスタイルですが、とても清潔で、設備もすべて問題なく使えました。ビーチもレストランも素晴らしく、ジョホールバル地区では最高の休暇を過ごせる場所です。芝生ではイベントも賑やかに行われていました。早朝は人も少なく、日の出を見るのはとても気持ちが良かったです。

ウェスティン デサルでの滞在は最高でした。ホテルの申し分のないサービスのおかげで、最初から最後まで本当に楽しい滞在ができました。周辺をサイクリングして美しい海岸の景色を楽しみ、その後はプールでリラックスして涼みました。ホテルには素晴らしいレクリエーション施設もあり、卓球を楽しんだ後はくつろぎました。朝食はハイライトで、種類豊富なおいしい料理が並びました。全体的に、素晴らしいアメニティと一流のおもてなしが揃った素晴らしい休暇でした。ぜひまた来たいと思います。

stayed in the suite. spacious unit with awesome seaview and Tuas view. Packed breakfast was a sweet and surprise gesture ffrom Blue Horizon. They have a reception counter which they will also collect deposit (preferably in cash) for your unit. Pros - easy check in process, comes with simple breakfast and bottled water, no cumbersome parking security. Disposable toothbrush, huge bath and hand towels are provided. Also provided floor mat. Beach front just a few steps away. Comfortable beddings and new furniture. Cons - like all Forest City units, it can be quite inconvenient and inaccessible. The master bedroom shower water pressure is very weak but the common bathroom water pressure is super strong. There were no hooks/racks in the bathrooms to hang towels/clean clothes.
