イギリスカーディフで、朝食のあるホテル

ホテルはカーディフ駅から徒歩わずか10分、カーディフ城にも非常に近いという絶好のロケーションです。スタッフに尋ねたところ、400年以上の歴史を持つホテルだと教えてくれました。かつてはカーディフ城へ続く地下道がありましたが、2014年のNATOキャッスルディナーを最後に閉鎖されました。ホテルの外観は古城を彷彿とさせ、ミニエレベーターはまるでタイムスリップしたかのような感覚を味わえます。朝食も美味しく、無料の荷物預かりサービスも受けられます。

高評価だったので予約しましたが、実際の滞在は理想とは程遠いものでした。 立地は最高です。駅まで徒歩1分、バスターミナルもすぐ隣にあります。ミレニアムセンターやカーディフ湾まで30分、城やショッピング街（飲食店街）まで徒歩10分です。 部屋はとても狭く、荷物置き棚もなかったので、20インチの機内持ち込み用スーツケース2つを床に置かなければならず、スペースを占領してしまい、移動が非常に困難でした。

Everything was excellent. Great welcome by Karl. Useful local tips. Spacious room. Quiet neighbourhood. Great parking. Superb breakfast. This hotel offers has an uniqueness, which we thoroughly enjoyed including the lounge / library area. Nice broad selection of books available as well.

私たちは本当に何を期待するかわからないままロイヤルホテルに行きました。  素敵な建物に囲まれています。建築は美しいです。  ホテルは奇妙な方法で設定されていますが、それがキャラクターを追加すると思います。 1階に入り、2階を上ってレセプションへ。そこには無料の紅茶とコーヒーを提供する小さなバーがあります。  階段を下りたスラグとレタスが、キーカードを見せると20%の割引が受けられます。  スタッフは本当にフレンドリーで、地元のことについてよく知っています。  場所は良いですし、私たちは4階にいたので、下の通りの騒音を聞くことができませんでした。  部屋は大丈夫だった。お茶とコーヒーが入った部屋のエアコン。  今、私が節約してきた2つの素晴らしいポイント....!!  1.シャワー!台風に座ったようなことを教えてあげましょう。カディフは明らかに水圧に問題はありません!  2.ベッド、豪華で、とてもぐっすり眠れました!私たちの家にはこのベッドが必要です!

この新しいホテルはとても清潔で立地も最高なのですが、ドアの鍵がうまく機能していません。部屋の設備も完璧とは言えず、鍵をかけるには少し力を入れないと開けられません。また、部屋には電話がないので、助けが必要な時に不便です。何度も階下まで行って助けを求めるのに1時間もかかりました。 お客様の利便性のために、フロントデスクの電話番号をメモに残しておいていただけると助かります。

Booked room with walk in shower and large bed. First room had interconnecting door shower over bath and double bed. Second offer of a room was a disabled room still with just double bed. Then found out that all rooms only have double bed with shower over bath. Staff were very helpful but didn’t tell us upfront so we wasted a lot of time. In fact we didn’t have enough time to eat before we had to leave for our event. So finally we had to have a snack at 11:30 when we returned. Even then we had to go out to get it as room service is only available via an app

素晴らしいホテル、広とした客室にはダブルベッド2台、さまざまなレストランから徒歩10分、市内中心部から徒歩20分、無料駐車場、KWを使用しているかどうかにかかわらず、午後4時から午前10時まで10ポンドのEV 7kva充電。ここに戻ってきます。

Great location, convenient for sites. Good rate which included breakfast. Difficult to get to by car. Using Waze is much better. Didn’t get the room type booked but managed for 2 nights. Agent at checkin took several minutes before acknowledging me in the queue. I would have been happy being told ”I’ll be with you in a few minutes” instead of being ignored whilst he chatted with his colleague about what seemed to be an issue. I believe because he was distracted, we weren’t given any hotel information - i.e. location of lifts, breakfast time etc. which is standard. Breakfast service wasn’t great the first morning. Second morning was much better. I think it’s because we arrived at approx. 10:30 on the first day and the team was ready to go as I could hear them counting down the minutes to the end of their shift. No hot drinks offered; told drinks were on the buffet when in fact they needed to be ordered. Drinks eventually brought on asking again, but no cups. Had to ask for them. Quite noisy at night because of all the bars and restaurants outside, which meant the window couldn’t be left open, as the room was quite warm, despite adjusting the temperature of the HVAC system. Very nice, modern hotel, could improve with better staff training.

今回は何人かの家族が一緒に旅行しましたが、皆さんのフィードバックから判断すると、ホテルの立地、スタッフのサービス、ホテルの価格など、すべての面に非常に満足しています。まだ許容範囲です。次回旅行するときは、ヒルトンホテルに宿泊することを検討します。
