Fantastic stay! We booked 3 nights, so the hotel provided free shuttle from Lijiang Railway station. The hotel has afternoon tea time from 2-6 pm while after 8-10 pm, there is also fire session for night tea. Our families are really happy. Breakfast is local noodles which is good; we have 1 day to leave hotel early, the hotel staff even prepare packing set of milk and crackers for us. Appreciated very much.The room is clean and like provided in Trip.com. Just only comment for drainage to fix. 6th floor hotel has really great view to see Jade Dragon Snow mountain especially on a sunny day. Hotel staff are really helpful and nice. Overall we are very happy with hotel staff, nice room and many hotel activities.

ロビーの環境はとても良く、入るとすぐに香りがします。ホテルの照明デザインはとてもリーズナブルで、設備も良く、雰囲気もとても強く、フロントデスクのスタッフはとてもプロフェッショナルで気配りがあります。ホテルの場所は市内中心部でとても便利で、衛生状態はとてもきれいです。すべての面で良いです。家族旅行に最適です、お勧めです!

ハードウェア設備もサービスも素晴らしく、細部にわたってゲストへの配慮が感じられました。カードキーはよくあるスロットに差し込むタイプではなく、底に溝があるホルダーに置くタイプで、差し込むよりずっと簡単で、暗い場所では特に便利でした。ハンガーや棚も十分に用意されています。スマートな客室制御システムも使いやすく、各所の照明を個別に操作できます。「使い捨て」のスリッパは非常に良く、清潔で履き心地も良く、しかも環境に配慮されています。部屋の床はフローリングと小面積のカーペットで、カーペットの快適さを保ちつつ清潔に保ちやすく、全面カーペットの部屋よりもずっと良いです。トイレはこれまでに泊まったホテルの中で最高でした。便座の暖房は熱すぎず適温で、洗浄音も静かで非常にきれいに流れます。幅広の便座や自動開閉機能は高級な機能ではないかもしれませんが、使用感が大幅に向上しました。シャワーのスイッチはユニークで、2つのスイッチがそれぞれハンドシャワーとオーバーヘッドシャワーを制御するため、同時に水量と温度を調整することはできませんが、慣れると非常に使いやすいです。もし欠点を挙げるとすれば、トイレットペーパーが一つです。弾力性がなく破れやすいのが気になりました。

予約する前は、一部のレビューで少し古いと書かれていたので、少し躊躇しましたが、実際に宿泊してみると、やはりフェラーリは古くなってもフェラーリだと実感しました！部屋の眺めは素晴らしく、カーテンを開ければベッドから雪山を眺めることができます。旬のフルーツの他に、ホテル自家製の花のパイも提供され、これが美味しくて、古城の店で売っているものよりもずっと美味しかったです！プレゼントされた小さな亀の飾りもユニークで可愛らしく、家に持ち帰って子供に渡したらとても喜ばれました。部屋のお茶は4種類も用意されており、麗江の特産品かどうかは分かりませんが、とても香りが良かったです。出会ったホテルのスタッフは皆、温かく礼儀正しく、特にバトラーのルーシーさんは非常にきめ細やかで丁寧なサービスを提供してくれました。滞在中は様々な要望にすぐに対応してくれ、サービス意識の高さは流石老舗の高級ホテルだと感じました。夫と私はとても快適に過ごせました。ベッドリネンも素晴らしく、私たちはベッドリネンにこだわりがある方なのですが、この2日間はぐっすり眠れました。この点は本当に書面で称賛に値します！朝食レストランの料理の質も良く、グループの経営が良いことが伺えました。レストランからの眺めも良く、スタッフのサービスも温かく、特に美しい民族衣装を着たレイラ・ヒーさんのサービスは素晴らしく、朝食レストラン全体が秩序立っていました。また、テニスコートも素晴らしく、ボールを打ちながら玉龍雪山を眺めることができ、宿泊客は無料で利用できるので、最高の体験でした！テニスをした後、夜はスパも利用し、150分間のロイヤルバンヤンシグネチャーケアを体験しました。先週バンコクで受けたスパにも全く引けを取らないほど素晴らしく、とても気持ちが良かったです。これぞ休暇ですね！テニス仲間にも勧めましたし、子供や家族の年長者も連れて数日間滞在する計画を立てるつもりです。

I had a truly memorable stay at YUNDU and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, tastefully designed, and warm place to stay in Lijiang. Overall, the experience was very positive, with excellent service, cozy design, and many thoughtful touches. There were a few minor areas for improvement, but they did not take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was excellent and honestly better than many meals I had outside. The local auntie who prepares breakfast is incredibly warm and friendly. The mixian is very foreigner-friendly, light, comforting, and not oily or salty like many outside options. I requested extra vegetables and additional boiled eggs, and she was more than happy to accommodate. This care really stood out. YUNDU’s Samoyed dog, Sanjin (三斤), is truly the heart and mascot of the hotel. He is extremely friendly and intelligent. Staff would say things like “去拍照，去跟姐姐玩” and Sanjin would immediately come over. During my afternoon tea, he quietly came over and sat beside me, which was a very heart-warming moment. Upon checkout, I even received Sanjin fridge magnets and a Polaroid photo, which was incredibly thoughtful. First impressions were great. As part of the package, YUNDU arranged an airport pickup from Lijiang Airport using a clean, comfortable EV. The driver was friendly, chatty, and helpful, and the ride to the hotel was smooth and relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, perfect for morning stretching, and included a large and very clean bathtub. Bath balls and a sheet mask were provided, which was a lovely winter touch. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me, but there were firmer ones available, and layering them worked well. The blanket was thick, soft, and warm, and even during power outages, I stayed comfortable. Facilities were well thought out, including a Laifen hair dryer with strong airflow, a large high-definition TV facing the bed with VIP streaming access, and a large humidifier suitable for overnight use. The bathroom layout was excellent for winter, with separated toilet and shower. The electronic toilet has heating and auto-flush, and the shower area includes warm air from above. The mirror lighting is also great for makeup. There were some minor layout quirks. There is no floor heating, and the slippers were placed far from the entrance. The electric kettle was placed on a cabinet with no power socket nearby. Service was one of YUNDU’s strongest points. Staff helped with luggage, provided room tours, and checked in regularly via WeChat. When I mentioned possible altitude discomfort, they even gifted me an oxygen tank. The boss was friendly and happily helped me take photos with Sanjin. The only small gap was the butler service. I only realised who my butler was on the last night, and one included service, a butler-accompanied visit to Baisha Ancient Town, which never happened — neither I nor the staff remembered it until I reviewed my package later on Trip.com. That said, my butler was extremely efficient in arranging transportation to Lugu Lake, with smooth coordination and reasonable pricing. The entire property is tastefully decorated, cozy, and inviting. The fireplace in the lobby is a highlight and perfect for winter evenings. During my first two nights, there were power outages. While this delayed some of my work, the room stayed warm. The upside was zero light pollution, and I could see a sky full of stars, which became one of my favourite moments of the stay. I strongly recommend YUNDU to anyone looking for a beautiful view, thoughtful design, warm service, and a cozy yet affordable stay in Lijiang. If you love Lijiang, come to Baisha. If you love Baisha, come to YUNDU.

とても満足のいく滞在でした。部屋は広々としていて、毎朝清掃のおばさんが各部屋の床を拭いているのを見かけました。外出から戻るといつも部屋はきれいに掃除されていました。テレビ、エアコン、照明、カーテンはすべてスマート化されており、本当に便利でした。屋上には小さなプールもあり、子供たちは大喜びでした。最も重要なのは立地がとても良いことです。予約した車はホテルの入口まで直接来てくれますし、すぐ隣には三輪車や電動自転車のレンタルもあります。ホテルは告庄の中にあり、傣十二は向かいにあります。ホテルの下には様々な果物店やスーパーマーケットがあり、ナイトマーケットもすぐ近くです。今回は朝食も付いていて、ホテルの米粉麺は特に美味しかったです。

We recently stayed at Paralloge and had a truly memorable experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful touches throughout. What stood out most, however, was the service from our butler 大波. From the moment we arrived, he was attentive and professional, and genuinely considerate, anticipating needs before we even had to ask. His presence was seamless, never intrusive yet always there when it mattered. Whether it was coordinating details, providing helpful recommendations, or ensuring everything ran smoothly, the experience felt personal and elevated. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality during our four-night stay. We truly had a wonderful time here. Although we stayed at many five-star hotels during this trip, we still feel that this has been the best accommodation experience so far. We made quite a few troublesome requests during our stay, yet you fulfilled all of them without hesitation. We are sincerely grateful for that. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends, and we will certainly come back again if we have the opportunity in the future! They were also very nice enough to pick us at the train station when we reached dali from lijiang and drop us at the train station again to catch the train to kun ming FOC! Highly recommend this stay to anyone who is looking to come to Dali!

Wow! This was one of the best hotels I stayed at during the trip, if not the best. The hotel is beautifully designed, and the food is excellent and plentiful, including the afternoon tea and treats we received. I must give special credit to the hotel staff. I have never encountered so much hospitality, and I want to especially mention Fannie, who was amazing and helped us with everything we asked for. We are very grateful for that. Besides the wonderful staff, our room was stunning- with a reflection view of the lake, a great and relaxing jacuzzi, impressive cleanliness, and a comfortable bed. Even though the hotel is not in the city center, it is close to everything- the three ancient towns, and not too far from Jade Dragon Snow Mountain either. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in Lijiang- we had a perfect experience!
