中国貴州省の5つ星ホテル

このホテルの評判は良いと聞いていました。今回友人が遵義に来たとき、迷わず予約しました。友人は滞在はとても良く、朝食は種類が豊富で、 12時までなので早起きの人には良かったです。ホテルに宿泊する人には最高です。ホテルの深夜のおやつは1時まで提供されていてとても便利です。本当に素晴らしいです。ホテルはまた無料のランドリーと洗車サービスがあります。ゲストが滞在している限り、ホテルで心配することは何もありません。解決しました。次回また来るときは、迷わずまた戻ってきます。

初めて水城に来たとき、もともと古城の旅館に泊まりたかったのですが、しばらく見て回った後、自分の気持ちに基づいて泊まる勇気はなく、古城で夕食だけを食べましたそして最終的にフォンチーの隣にある貴州ホテルを選びました。チェックイン後の感じも良く、値段と性能のバランスがとても良く、10年以上経っているお店ですが、今でも快適に過ごせました。朝食はネットの口コミではなかなか美味しかったのですが、水城の羊肉麺を考えて朝食なしを選んだので少し後悔は残るかもしれません。推薦する。

ホテルは高級な素材でデザインされ、装飾されています。国際会議場の近くにあります。私がそこに行ったときは、地下駐車場がなかったので、駐車するのが大変でした。チェックインも駐車も大変で、翌日出発しようと思って店に行ったら、駐車場で車に傷がついていたのをホテルに報告したところ、八尾さんに連絡しました。シンジュンはすぐに現場に来て確認し、写真を撮ったので、事故の原因となった車両は必ず発見され、上司に報告すると約束してくれました。その後、私がチェックインした日から翌日の午前7時頃まで監視システムを注意深くチェックし、最終的に事故の原因となった車両を発見した。その後、彼は事故を起こした車両の所有者と連絡を取り、責任の判断と保険会社への報告を一緒に行うためにできるだけ早くホテルに来るよう何度も説得しました。彼の継続的な努力のおかげで、私たちはその後の報告と請求について車の所有者と合意に達し、午後2時頃に貴陽を出発し、次の旅行を開始しました。彼の努力のおかげで、車の傷はその後の旅行に大きな影響を与えることはありませんでした。数日後、彼から再度電話があり、請求の進捗状況を尋ねてくれたので、とても温かい気持ちになりました。彼と貴州ホテルの他のサービススタッフの温かく思いやりのあるサービスにとても感謝しています。

設備：ランドリールーム、レストラン、会議室、ジムなどホテル設備は非常に充実しており、滅多に使用しないジムも含めホテル内は埃一つなくとても清潔です。 衛生状態: ホテルの衛生状態は非常に清潔で染みひとつなく、ハウスキーピング部門がすぐに掃除してくれます。 ホテルは市内中心部に近く、ワンダプラザにも比較的近いところにカフェやミルクティーショップがたくさんあります。

Best Hotel we've had so far on this trip. Great room with a bathtub on the balcony, smart toilet, nice slippers, great hairdryer and a huge TV. Just the makeup mirror didn't work. The gym was good and the breakfast was amazing. Lots of delicious options, much better than the other hotels so far. Location also good, quite near to the entrance to Huangguoshu. We were happy to find the free washing machine and dryer.

The place was nice , and the location super good for going around the old city . The room and views were amazing, the breakfast fantastic , i think the most variety of food i have seen in all the hotel i have been. The room could be cleaner it have a smell of oldness inside since the ventilation system wasn’t so good . And some of cloth chairs sealing and floor have marks and stains of previous stay. The shower was super old style have to regulate your self the temperature between hot and cold and pressure of the water on shower not strong and also not adjustable in the high. The bathtub perfect to relax and the pressure there very good .

I am a bit bias when it comes to review and critique 5 stars hotel in comparison to others. Having said that let's take a look at this hotel. For a start, and in short, it is a gem! The room is huge, cosy, great location and wonderful view at high floor. I didn't get the name of the receptionist who checked me in. She is so efficient. That was the first give away the standard of this hotel. As i explore the hotel and went to the gym and pool, i was totally floored. This put international hotel fitness center to a shame. The amount of equipments in the gym is unmatched anywhere I stayed. Superb!!! Then i explore the second floor restaurant and order my meal. If you don't eat there you are missing a big hole here. Very delicious. Next i explode and tested the quality at front desk to their limit especially the added value services (Ms Chu, Feng and Zhang). But there is one conceige or bell boy or PR person i wish to acknowledge with exemplary. His name is Mr Wu(?). His knowledge and advice had helped me to plan my stay in Tongren more meaningful. Lucky to bump into him last night around 8pm. I wish to put on record and recognise this young man and thank him. Finally, i couldn't end this review without acknowledging the housekeeping and breakfast restaurant staff for their top notch and tireless services. Watch how they clean the room and the tables and you can tell they had been hone to be the best. Without saying, the Chef De Cuisine Mr Zhang is the best of the very best by international standard. I see him dance at the restaurant like a waltz, smooth as a whiskey too. A sight to be seen how he managed the restaurant. Thank you Head Chef. And so, a 5 star is a disservice to this hotel. 良かった点：立地は最高でした。貴陽滞在は1日だけで、ホテルは国立博物館や嘉秀楼まで徒歩圏内でした。 悪かった点：設備は時代遅れ、サービスは平均的。私にとって一番の問題は、3人家族と子供1人で2メートルのキングサイズベッドの部屋を予約したことです。ぐっすり眠れるようキングサイズベッドをリクエストしたのですが、実際にはベッドが2つくっついていて、真ん中に大きな突起があり、とても寝心地が悪かったです。フロントに家族連れで宿泊することを伝え、子供の情報を登録しましたが、チェックイン時にタオル、バスタオル、その他のアメニティが1セットしか用意されていないことに気づきました。2メートルのベッドは自動的に1人部屋になるのでしょうか？受付係はいましたが、車のドアを開けるだけで、タクシーから荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれませんでした。これはちょっと冗談でした。
