I really enjoyed my stay at Sheraton Guiyang. I had a very nice spacious room with a separate bathroom (ie not open plan); the staff were always very helpful. The concierge working the forecourt was terrific. I will very likely stay here again in the future.

友人との初めての宿泊でしたが、このホテルには驚かされっぱなしでした。入口では警備員さんがすぐに荷物を運んでくださり、部屋は広々として明るく、開放感があって圧迫感が全くありませんでした。部屋のレイアウトや細部に至るまで、お客様のことを考えて作られており、私たちが思いつかないようなことまでホテルは提供してくれました。アメニティやドライヤーにも大満足で、特にヘアコンディショナーの質が素晴らしく、使用後は髪がなめらかになり、香りも残りました。部屋にはウェルカムフルーツがあり、夜にはデザートの白キクラゲスープも。屋内外の環境はどちらも素晴らしく、目を楽しませてくれました。ホテルに到着すると、フロントの美しい女性がとても親切で、すぐに部屋の手配をしてくれました。特にボニーさんは美人なだけでなく、私たちの気分を最高に盛り上げてくれ、荷物運びや部屋までの案内までしてくれました。ホテルのレストラン、フィットネスジム、プールはどれも非常に高級感があり、私が今まで宿泊した中で最高の五つ星ホテルです。ホテルには景勝地へ直接アクセスできるVIP通路があり、そこを出るとすぐに大七孔橋が目に飛び込んできます。橋の隣には遊歩道があり、木々に囲まれていて、朝のジョギングは最高に気持ち良かったです👍👍👍。今後はこのホテルに泊まりたいと思いますし、他の場所にある系列店も調べてみました。これからは出張や旅行の際は、このホテルが常宿になりそうです！

こだわりが詰まったホテル。地理的にも優れており、旅行にも便利です。朝食は5階で、窓の外には噴水があり、様々な木々で作られた屋外庭園があります。これは満点です。朝食は中華、洋食と種類が豊富で味も良かったです。浴槽の前にテレビがあるので、入浴しながら見られるのも嬉しいですね。チェックイン前に、ゲストリレーション部門からチェックイン時間とチェックイン要件について問い合わせがありました。サービスはとても良かったです。

I am a bit bias when it comes to review and critique 5 stars hotel in comparison to others. Having said that let's take a look at this hotel. For a start, and in short, it is a gem! The room is huge, cosy, great location and wonderful view at high floor. I didn't get the name of the receptionist who checked me in. She is so efficient. That was the first give away the standard of this hotel. As i explore the hotel and went to the gym and pool, i was totally floored. This put international hotel fitness center to a shame. The amount of equipments in the gym is unmatched anywhere I stayed. Superb!!! Then i explore the second floor restaurant and order my meal. If you don't eat there you are missing a big hole here. Very delicious. Next i explode and tested the quality at front desk to their limit especially the added value services (Ms Chu, Feng and Zhang). But there is one conceige or bell boy or PR person i wish to acknowledge with exemplary. His name is Mr Wu(?). His knowledge and advice had helped me to plan my stay in Tongren more meaningful. Lucky to bump into him last night around 8pm. I wish to put on record and recognise this young man and thank him. Finally, i couldn't end this review without acknowledging the housekeeping and breakfast restaurant staff for their top notch and tireless services. Watch how they clean the room and the tables and you can tell they had been hone to be the best. Without saying, the Chef De Cuisine Mr Zhang is the best of the very best by international standard. I see him dance at the restaurant like a waltz, smooth as a whiskey too. A sight to be seen how he managed the restaurant. Thank you Head Chef. And so, a 5 star is a disservice to this hotel. Excellent facilities. Excellent amenities. Excellent service. Excellent location. And most of all, I was truly impressed with the service and friendliness of Bianca (Guest Relations Manager). Bianca made sure my arrival and check-in were smooth. Likewise, Bianca arranged for delightful in-room welcome amenities to ensure my stay was comfortable. I am very grateful for Bianca’s hospitality - my stay was a fantastic experience. I look forward to visiting the hotel and Guiyang again!

This hotel is genuinely one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve visited several times now, and every stay has been consistently wonderful. The service is always friendly, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere just makes you feel relaxed and taken care of. I recommend this place to everyone — friends, family, coworkers — because I know they’ll love it just as much as I do. I’ll definitely be back again in the future. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. You won’t regret it!

This is our first time staying at this property and we enjoyed our stay here. It’s a beautiful property with great views of Guiyang city and we will come back. I highly recommend having the breakfast buffet as you are greeted with beautiful views of the Guiyang skyline. Breakfast options is the typical hotel breakfast but the view makes up for it. Location is at the City Center and you are close to万象城 mix c with plenty of food options. The gym is spacious and you have basic cable machines but you will get a solid workout in. Reception staff at the spa and gym counter have a bit of attitude but they are probably contract staff as the hotel staff have been very professional and courteous. Thank you Raby for checking us out she greeted us with a smile and was very helpful and gave my kids some small farewell gifts which they played with throughout our plane trip back home. The hotel lobby is located on the 55th floor so if you drive or have rooms downstairs you do have to change lifts each time. Breakfast is served on the 57th floor. I m glad to see that the hotel staff uphold the Sofitel Service standard which is very rare when you are in busy Chinese cities. Keep up the good work!
