設施：總體挺好的雖然老舊了一點點 衞生：很好哦 環境：挺方便的，周圍小吃很多 服務：服務是非常非常的好，前台美女妹妹們個個都是熱情周到細緻，小帥哥小張也很貼心的。我是第二次入住了，早餐也挺好吃的，下次還會再來的，就像回家的感覺。

まず、最も重要なことは、部屋は清潔で整頓されており、プライバシーが非常に優れています。ホテルの周囲の環境は非常に美しく、フロントデスクの女性のサービスは非常に優れています。部屋には無料のヨーグルトがあります。夜の安眠をサポートしてくれます。とても丁寧です。設備も充実しています。全体的にとても良い時間を過ごせました。素晴らしい滞在体験、とても満足で幸せです😁

ホテルは高級な素材でデザインされ、装飾されています。国際会議場の近くにあります。私がそこに行ったときは、地下駐車場がなかったので、駐車するのが大変でした。チェックインも駐車も大変で、翌日出発しようと思って店に行ったら、駐車場で車に傷がついていたのをホテルに報告したところ、八尾さんに連絡しました。シンジュンはすぐに現場に来て確認し、写真を撮ったので、事故の原因となった車両は必ず発見され、上司に報告すると約束してくれました。その後、私がチェックインした日から翌日の午前7時頃まで監視システムを注意深くチェックし、最終的に事故の原因となった車両を発見した。その後、彼は事故を起こした車両の所有者と連絡を取り、責任の判断と保険会社への報告を一緒に行うためにできるだけ早くホテルに来るよう何度も説得しました。彼の継続的な努力のおかげで、私たちはその後の報告と請求について車の所有者と合意に達し、午後2時頃に貴陽を出発し、次の旅行を開始しました。彼の努力のおかげで、車の傷はその後の旅行に大きな影響を与えることはありませんでした。数日後、彼から再度電話があり、請求の進捗状況を尋ねてくれたので、とても温かい気持ちになりました。彼と貴州ホテルの他のサービススタッフの温かく思いやりのあるサービスにとても感謝しています。

都雲を訪れた際、スターリバーホテルの眺めの良いキングサイズベッドルームを予約しましたが、このダブルベッドルームの真ん中に仕切りがあり、フロントエリアが2つに分かれており、非常に寂しい感じです。フロントデスクのシャオ・ユエはとても親切で、部屋のタイプを選択できたときにスイートにアップグレードされました。部屋は広く、豪華な装飾が施されており、快適でした。ベッドの外の景色は都雲の建河に面しています。フロントデスクのXiao Yueのサービスの良さはスターホテルの基準に沿っていると思います。ホテルの朝食は少し悪く、種類も少なく、5 ダイヤモンドホテルの基準に達していません。改善されることを願っています。

This hotel is genuinely one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve visited several times now, and every stay has been consistently wonderful. The service is always friendly, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere just makes you feel relaxed and taken care of. I recommend this place to everyone — friends, family, coworkers — because I know they’ll love it just as much as I do. I’ll definitely be back again in the future. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. You won’t regret it!

這次是一家三口入住本酒店，我和爸媽都非常滿意，房間環境很好，智能化，衞生乾淨，衞生間配備緊急呼叫細節很到位，媽媽説很少看到酒店會配備護髮素，一般衹有洗髮水和沐浴露，早餐很豐盛，一樓大廳環境優雅，適合談話和辦公，是一次不錯的入住體驗。

We were really satisfied with the room design – it was both Instagrammable and comfortable, and the view was absolutely lovely! The location of the hotel is quite good too – just around a 12-minute walk to the metro or bus, which made getting around the city very convenient. Special thanks to the captain during breakfast; his service was truly top-notch. He consistently checked on guests with a warm smile, which made our mornings even better. Also, a big shoutout to Rabby for kindly assisting us when we asked about taking the bus around the city – really helpful! There was just one issue we encountered during our stay. On the first day, we noticed that the hair conditioner couldn’t be pumped out and the hair dryer wasn’t functioning well. After we reported it, the team responded quickly by providing bottled conditioner and a replacement hair dryer – which we appreciated. However, a few days later, housekeeping took away the replacement conditioner bottles, and we were left without any again. When we brought it up a second time, the team finally discovered that the original conditioner pump was broken and fixed it immediately. While we’re happy with how quickly the staff responded, we do feel that for a 5-star hotel, it’s important to ensure that room amenities are checked thoroughly before guests check in. Overall, we still had a great experience and appreciate the excellent service from the team!

I am a bit bias when it comes to review and critique 5 stars hotel in comparison to others. Having said that let's take a look at this hotel. For a start, and in short, it is a gem! The room is huge, cosy, great location and wonderful view at high floor. I didn't get the name of the receptionist who checked me in. She is so efficient. That was the first give away the standard of this hotel. As i explore the hotel and went to the gym and pool, i was totally floored. This put international hotel fitness center to a shame. The amount of equipments in the gym is unmatched anywhere I stayed. Superb!!! Then i explore the second floor restaurant and order my meal. If you don't eat there you are missing a big hole here. Very delicious. Next i explode and tested the quality at front desk to their limit especially the added value services (Ms Chu, Feng and Zhang). But there is one conceige or bell boy or PR person i wish to acknowledge with exemplary. His name is Mr Wu(?). His knowledge and advice had helped me to plan my stay in Tongren more meaningful. Lucky to bump into him last night around 8pm. I wish to put on record and recognise this young man and thank him. Finally, i couldn't end this review without acknowledging the housekeeping and breakfast restaurant staff for their top notch and tireless services. Watch how they clean the room and the tables and you can tell they had been hone to be the best. Without saying, the Chef De Cuisine Mr Zhang is the best of the very best by international standard. I see him dance at the restaurant like a waltz, smooth as a whiskey too. A sight to be seen how he managed the restaurant. Thank you Head Chef. And so, a 5 star is a disservice to this hotel. 此次貴陽之行入住珍珀酒店，收穫了遠超預期的暖心體驗，滿心感激溢於言表。初入房間時，曾因空調電機聲響及貴賓手寫信的小誤差略有失落，卻未料後續接連迎來諸多驚喜，真切感受到酒店每一位服務人員的用心與熱忱。得知同行夥伴恰逢結婚紀念日與生日，酒店貼心按我們的需求精心佈置房間，滿室温馨盡顯誠意；多樣的管家禮遇細緻周全，定製功能性枕頭兼顧舒適與需求，每一處細節都盡顯考量。早餐豐富且充滿本地特色，各式地道小吃暖心暖胃，盡顯人性化關懷；頂樓酒吧氛圍絕佳，為行程增添了別樣愜意。全程服務周到貼心，尤其要特別感謝小管家Momo、river與Caleb，以專業細緻的服務全程保駕護航，讓此次入住體驗格外舒心難忘，也讓貴陽之行更添温暖回憶，衷心為珍珀酒店的優質服務點贊，期待未來再次相逢。

良かった点：立地は最高でした。貴陽滞在は1日だけで、ホテルは国立博物館や嘉秀楼まで徒歩圏内でした。 悪かった点：設備は時代遅れ、サービスは平均的。私にとって一番の問題は、3人家族と子供1人で2メートルのキングサイズベッドの部屋を予約したことです。ぐっすり眠れるようキングサイズベッドをリクエストしたのですが、実際にはベッドが2つくっついていて、真ん中に大きな突起があり、とても寝心地が悪かったです。フロントに家族連れで宿泊することを伝え、子供の情報を登録しましたが、チェックイン時にタオル、バスタオル、その他のアメニティが1セットしか用意されていないことに気づきました。2メートルのベッドは自動的に1人部屋になるのでしょうか？受付係はいましたが、車のドアを開けるだけで、タクシーから荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれませんでした。これはちょっと冗談でした。
