設備：景勝地の東門から徒歩圏内という絶好のロケーションです。100メートル圏内にお店がほとんどなく、とても静かです。 環境：ホテルの内装はエレガントでスタイリッシュ、客室の家具もクラシックな雰囲気です。 清潔感：新しいホテルなので、部屋はとても清潔で、カビやカビ臭さはありませんでした。寝具、バスルーム、その他のアメニティも清潔でした。 サービス：ホテルのサービスは大変満足です。予約後、ハウスキーパーの方からホテルのサービスについて連絡があり、チケットの予約や景勝地のルート案内もしていただき、エリアの旅程に詳しくない方でもとても親切に対応していただきました。また、アフタヌーンティー、夕方のお粥、プラットフォームでの無料カクテルも提供されました。今回の旅行写真撮影では、時間があまりなかったので、これらのサービスを受けることができませんでした。旅の最後には、冷蔵庫用マグネット、スナック、そして地元産の葛の根のクリスプというプレゼントまでいただきました。本当に心遣いを感じました。ハウスキーパーの趙趙さんには、私の質問に丁寧に答えていただき、親切な対応をしていただき、本当に感謝しています。張家界を訪れる方はぜひ一度体験してみることをお勧めします。他の観光地では、このようなサービスを受けるには少なくとも2,000～3,000ドルはかかりますが、コストパフォーマンスは非常に高いです。

This hotel was exceptional! The prompt response of the team through trip.com made bookings of amenities easy. The provision of in-room snacks and afternoon tea break was a kind gesture by the hotel for tired and hungry hotel guests who needed a short break from the journey. The tub provided in our room was very nice as well. Breakfast was a unique concept comprising of Changsha’s delicacies. Pity we don’t take stinky tofu so we didn’t try it. Hotel is clean and located in a quiet district. Getting a Didi can be a little hard as there are 2 pickup points (one directly outside the hotel and another just down the stairs in front of the hotel. The provision of self service laundry and laundry detergent is a plus. Hotel provides most if not all amenities required for a trip.

ここは車で行くのにとても便利で、高速道路からもすぐに到着します。フロントデスクの弟と妹は熱心に私たちを迎えてくれました。子供たちは他の人とコミュニケーションを取るのが好きで、チェックインも早くてとても満足しています。広くてユニークで、朝食も悪くなく、ホテルの旅行相談の女性もとても丁寧に計画を立ててくれて良かったです。

古都の路地裏にひっそりと佇むYijian 6500は、それ自体がまるで絵画のような空間です。客室の床から天井まで続く大きな窓からは、古びた路地や家々の景色が一望でき、室内には極楽鳥花と本の香りが漂い、静謐な雰囲気を醸し出しています。細部にまで行き届いた心遣いが感じられ、朝食は午後に届けられ、アフタヌーンティーは丁寧に用意された美味しいもので、執事はまるで友人のようにティータイムの列に並ぶのを手伝ってくれます。ルービックキューブのパズルにはサプライズが隠されており、チェックアウト時には荷物を空港まで運んでくれるサービスも利用できます。何も心配する必要はありません。ただリラックスして、至れり尽くせりのサービスに身を委ねてください。ホテルを後にして初めて、湯気の立つ温かい食事や、外の風の音、人々のざわめきが、すでに忘れられない印象として心に残っていることに気づくでしょう。ここは、きっと何度も訪れたくなる場所です。

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, and exceptionally clean. One of the highlights was the stunning swimming pool with a breathtaking panoramic view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. In addition, included in the price of our room, we were offered a delightful afternoon tea with a selection of cakes, pastries, and fresh fruit, as well as an evening beer accompanied by tasty snacks. These thoughtful extras made our stay even more special. What truly made the difference, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, professional, and always available to help. They were attentive to every detail and genuinely eager to accommodate any request, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to return in the future.

Staying at Forest homestay was the best decision we could have made during our trip to China. The service was truly 5 star. The staff at the lodge are so kind, helpful and efficient. We got personalised itineraries each day that changed a lot based on the weather, which was quite mixed! I was very impressed by their efficiency and flexibility. Each day we were driven to and from the park gate (for free). Pickup was within a couple of mins of us messaging that we were ready to leave. All of the staff were wonderful, but Guo Pu was a standout from our trip. Not only did he cart us around and respond to any questions via WeChat within minutes, but he made sure we got the most out of our time there - he pulled fruit from fruit trees at the lodge for us to eat, showed us the various animals they keep onsite, and took photos of us at the sky mirror. He was really great at giving instructions for getting the best effects! (Photos attached) The room was superb - lots of great features like a heated air function in the shower that was helpful for drying off wet clothes after we got caught in a downpour. The room is a rustic style and there’s a few places that could do with a lick of paint and tidying up, but this added more to the rustic charm! The view really was incredible. The location of the lodge might first seem far from the action of the park, but trust me, this is a blessing in disguise! The park gets incredibly busy, especially around Yuanjiajie. The busyness really can ruin the natural beauty. Being close to the Westgate allows you to access the park from the most uncommon direction which is actually marvellous as it means you are less likely to get caught up in crowds and queues as you are travelling around the park in the opposite direction of the vast majority of the tourists. This really makes a difference and maximising the time that you have in the park. Because of the mixed weather, we ended up travelling most of the top sights in the park again on the single good weather day and this worked really well because of our direction of travel. The Westgate is much quieter and the surrounding area is much more peaceful than the busy area around the east gates. This allows you to really enjoy the peace and beauty of nature when you aren’t exploring the park. I would highly recommend staying here when you visit Zhangjiajie, and I’d like to thank all of the staff for such a magical and amazing time.

今回宿泊した「ウィンデムガーデンホテル」の山側ツインルームは、予約からチェックアウトまで全く不満がなく、文句なしの星5評価です！ 📍ロケーション・交通：市内中心部/観光地の隣に位置し、地下鉄駅/人気の観光スポットまで徒歩3分。周辺には飲食店やコンビニエンスストアが充実しており、移動や食事に非常に便利です。 🧹清潔さ：部屋はほこり一つなく、寝具は柔らかく異臭もありませんでした。バスルームはシャワーとトイレが分離されており、水滴もきれいに拭き取られていて、テーブルや壁の隅にもほこりがなく、清掃の細部まで完璧でした。 🛏️設備：マットレスは硬すぎず柔らかすぎず、非常に快適に眠れました。エアコンの暖房/冷房効果は抜群で、お湯はすぐに利用でき、無料Wi-Fiは高速で、仕事も動画視聴も途切れることなくスムーズでした。アメニティの品質も期待以上でした。 💁サービス：フロントでのチェックイン/チェックアウトは効率的で、地元の観光情報も丁寧に教えてくれました。ルームサービスも迅速に対応してくれ、要望はすぐに満たされ、終始笑顔で対応してくれたので、まるで自宅にいるようにくつろげました。 🍳食事：朝食の種類は豊富で、洋食も中華も楽しめました。挽きたてのコーヒーや手作りの点心はとても美味しく、一日を元気にスタートできました。 まとめ：設備、サービス、ロケーションすべてに文句なしです。この価格でこれほどの体験ができるのは非常にお得で、次回張家界市に来る際は必ず再利用します！

2泊しました。最初はダブルベッドの部屋を予約していましたが、フロントの方がツインベッドの部屋に変更してくれました。コストパフォーマンスは最高です！ロビーには無料のドリンク、冷たい飲み物、アイスクリームがあり、自由にいただけます。夜帰ってきたら無料のランドリーサービスも利用でき、スタッフの方が洗濯物を部屋まで届けてくれました！エアコンも自分で温度調節できますし、以前泊まった銅仁国賓館ではできなかったので良かったです。ホテルのすぐ近くにはたくさんの飲食店があり、李憨憨三下锅、登科黄牛肉、業華湘が徒歩3分のところにあります！また、武陵源中心バスターミナルも斜め向かいにあり、市内からのアクセスも便利です。朝食も種類が豊富で、荷物預かりサービスもあります。おすすめです！

My husband, best friend, and I spent three wonderful days at YOLO RELIAN. The airport shuttle picked us up from the airport and we were greeted at the resort with delicious welcome fruit and tea. All the staff at the resort were incredibly accommodating, kind, and welcoming and helped us with all our needs. They helped us book tickets to Seven Star Mountain and gave recommendations for how to program our days. The on-site restaurant was excellent and exceeded our expectations (both breakfast and dinner were so good!). We stayed in the treehouses which were SO cool, very cozy, bright, and scenic. The treehouses faced the river which had ducks in the morning and incredible views of the river and huge gorgeous mountains. The beds were super comfortable and we were provided two pillow options which was great. The grounds were well kept, lots of lush grass and vegetation as well as lots of flowers. We didn’t use the pool (we visited in April), but it looked really nice. We will definitely return to the resort when we come back to Zhangjiajie in the future!
