AAdriel GohThis hotel was exceptional! The prompt response of the team through trip.com made bookings of amenities easy. The provision of in-room snacks and afternoon tea break was a kind gesture by the hotel for tired and hungry hotel guests who needed a short break from the journey.
The tub provided in our room was very nice as well.
Breakfast was a unique concept comprising of Changsha’s delicacies. Pity we don’t take stinky tofu so we didn’t try it.
Hotel is clean and located in a quiet district. Getting a Didi can be a little hard as there are 2 pickup points (one directly outside the hotel and another just down the stairs in front of the hotel. The provision of self service laundry and laundry detergent is a plus. Hotel provides most if not all amenities required for a trip.
SSara ProperziMy husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, and exceptionally clean. One of the highlights was the stunning swimming pool with a breathtaking panoramic view, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. In addition, included in the price of our room, we were offered a delightful afternoon tea with a selection of cakes, pastries, and fresh fruit, as well as an evening beer accompanied by tasty snacks. These thoughtful extras made our stay even more special.
What truly made the difference, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, professional, and always available to help. They were attentive to every detail and genuinely eager to accommodate any request, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to return in the future.
ゲゲストThe hotel was very much a resort lodge; like a ski lodge but lush greenery instead of snow. Beautifully designed and furnished. A rustic warm artisanal aboriginal wood theme. Spacious living room, balcony, & rooms. With views overlooking the misty mountains, especially from the balcony. Even laundry machines as in-room free perk. The service is impeccable; very friendly and always prompt. There is only one dining option however - the in-house restaurant that serves authentic Chinese dishes - inexpensive & foodie. Get lots of touring and sight seeing advice & tips from the staff. Immaculate, comfortable hotel.
ゲゲストOur stay at harmona resort was one of the highlights of our month long honeymoon in China. The hotel is set on beautiful grounds about a 10/15 minute drive outside of Wulingyuan, making it the perfect base to visit Zhangjiajie National Park. We were met at the airport by Mr Hu who transfered us to the resort and who offered his services to drop us off to the train station on our departure and who operates a private shuttle bus service to the key attractions. On arrival at the resort we were met by Cherry who is an absolute credit to the hotel. Cherry was on hand throughout our time staying at Harmona and greeted us every morning with enthusiasm offering some of the best hospitality I have witnessed from a hotel. Cherry and Fenfen informed us that we had been given a complimentary upgrade to the new villas to celebrate our honeymoon which was a really appreciated touch and I would highly recommend to anyone to pick these villas as they are finished to such a high standard, located across a beautiful river where you can take in the beautiful surroundings whilst walking to breakfast. Other special mentions to the hot springs after a long day of walking around the national parks! Hopefully we'll be back someday!
