スタッフの対応、清潔さ、そして設備の全てが素晴らしかったです。たった1日でしたが、本当に素晴らしい滞在でした。改善の余地があるとすれば、部屋のシンクとバスルームの排水設備くらいでしょうか。それ以外は、朝食も含めて全てにおいて素晴らしかったです。シェラトンハッタのスタッフの皆様、ありがとうございました。

最高の 5 つ星ホテルの 1 つ、サービスとスタッフはフレンドリー、部屋の設備は充実、子供の誕生日ケーキと新鮮なフルーツは無料、ミネラルウォーターの補充も可能、レストランの食事は美味しく、もちろん子供にも優しい。次回は家族をまたここに連れて行きます....👍👍👍

Stayed: June 14–15, 2025 I recently had the pleasure of staying at DoubleTree by Hilton in the heart of Bintaro Sector 9, and I must say, everything exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. The location is fantastic—strategically situated near restaurants, cafes, and shopping spots, making it easy to explore Bintaro while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing stay. What truly made my stay exceptional, though, was the wonderful hospitality and professionalism of the staff. A very special thanks to Bella at the Front Desk, who greeted me with warmth and efficiency. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made check-in smooth and welcoming. She also provided helpful local tips that made my short stay even more enjoyable. I also want to appreciate the breakfast team, especially Anissa and Silvi, who delivered outstanding service with a smile. The breakfast selection was fresh and delicious, and they were both attentive, polite, and quick to respond to any request. It made my morning start on a perfect note. The room was clean, well-maintained, and cozy—exactly what you’d expect from a Hilton brand. I loved the comfortable bed and the thoughtful amenities provided, including the signature warm cookie at check-in! I wouldn’t hesitate to return to DoubleTree Bintaro and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It’s not just the location or the quality of the hotel—it’s the people like Bella, Anissa, and Silvi who make the experience memorable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

比較的新しいです。とてもローカルです。朝食は地元の名物料理がいっぱいで素晴らしかったです。屋台はたくさんありましたが、2晩ですべてを試す時間はなかったです。朝食時に外国人向けの案内があれば良いと思います。なぜならほとんどの人は食べ方すら知らないからです。ハハハ。地元の人からの指導が必要です。 部屋もとても広かったです。市内中心部に行くのは確かに不便ですし、ジャカルタの交通も良くありません。しかし、そのエリアの近くではそれでも非常に便利です。ホテルの隣には大きなショッピングモールがあります。食べるものはすべて揃っています。

ノバス ジヴァに泊まったのは2回目です。ここは最高です。特に今回はベア フット ビーチ クラブがすでにオープンしていました。波と砂をプライベートに感じることができます。
