朝食は本当においしいです、子供を連れてくるのに適しています。子供たちはプールが好きで、ビーチに行きます。キッズクラブは平均的で、サービスの態度は素晴らしいです。飛行機を降りたとき、私たちは荷物を待っていました。ホテルに行く

Trip.comからの支払いでチェックイン時に問題があり、同じ建物に部屋をリクエストしたにもかかわらず、部屋は別のエリアにありました。何度も尋ねると、ついに近くに部屋がありましたが、トイレが機能せず、常に遅れていた何度も助けを求めなければなりませんでした。

An absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not ***y places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits. The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby. Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

先週ハリウッドから帰ってきた 場所-これは美しい小さな粒の砂ときれいなかなりのビーチです。海には多くの地元の人がいてきれいです。ホテルのビーチには、ベッドと飲み物、テーブルのある各側に2つの小屋があります。ここからの夕日は美しいです。 ホテル:到着時に迎えられ、荷物を部屋に運びました。私たちは豪華なプールビュールームを持っていました-ベッドルームに十分なスペース、プールを見下ろす素敵なバルコニー、清潔なバスルーム。タオルは毎日交換され、よく掃除されました。あなたが何かを望むならば、スタッフは喜んで助けます。 スタッフはとても親切です-部屋にいくつかの問題がありましたが、ユーザーエラーであることが判明しました。数分以内に部屋にメンテナンスのチャプターがいました。 食べ物は絶対に神聖でした - 東洋と西洋の味覚が満たされました。シェフのベロヌスは毎日朝食時に私たちと話をしに来て、メニューにない料理も作ってくれました-本当に楽しくてとても良かったです! プールはとてもきれいでしたが、私たちに適していました。 4月は結婚式の季節で、昼と夜にはいくつかの結婚式がありましたが、これは複合施設の別の部分にあります。実際にサイドラインから要素を見るのを楽しみました。結婚式の装飾は信じられないほどでした。 私たちはこのホテルを責めることはできません、私たちはとてもよく世話をされました!

Firstly, the staff at the front desk is not friendly or welcoming. The staff from the breakfast room is much engaging, smiley and friendly in general. The front desk should take lessons from them! The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I would suggest that you have another protein option for non-veg eaters like a chicken dish. Otherwise, it very nice.  The room was not what I viewed in the photos while booking. It was dark with wood paneling and it felt as if the walls were caving in. The room could use some white painted walls to make it feel bright and fresh. The bathroom also needs an upgrade- it's a bit dingy. The towels have seen better days- the bathmat was dingy and grey- a bit gross but we survived.  The pool is very nice but all the lounge chairs are right next to one another. And, there are only 8 for all of those guests? Umbrellas should be replaced with white ones so that they don't fade in the sun- good hack. 

Beautiful hotel with incredible service. Not on the beach but great shuttle service to the beach and delicious food. Stunning infinity pool

The hotel itself is nice and clean, the room we had was 511 which if you want to walk to the beach going out the back way is a nice short cut, security guys are on point and really nice, only thing I would say the reception staff could do with some ramp up, what I mean by that is when we had checked in we was told that our passports will take 5 minutes to scan which to us was a bit alarming, scanning a document in today's day and age takes seconds, once that was done we was told ok you’ve checked in room 511 and that was it. So we asked the question ok it is our first time here are you able to point us in the right direction towards the room, to the response we got was 'oh you don't know where the room is' to which it replied 'happening to be our first time here no we do not know where the room is' Just this little issue did put us off on day one but what can you do, apart from that we didnt have any other issues.

Beautiful hotel nestled away from a 10 min walk to a stunning beach. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming. A beautiful beach shack within a ten min walk. We would have stayed longer but the hotel were unable to offer us another balcony room. We will book in advance next time.
