Nice place. Very clean and people is very friendly. I recommend a lot!

We had a lovely stay at this resort. Best is to have a car to get here. The hotel was very beautiful and lots of greenery. Breakfast was awesome with lots of local cuisine to try. The service was impeccable and of a high standard. The room was large and enough for 3 of us including our teenage child. Everyone was kind and nice. The nature specialist Harish gave us a wonderful talk on kodava people (local folks) and about elephants. He was very knowledgeable and we did this over a bonfire which was lovely. The pool should be warmer during the cooler weather in the evenings especially if temperature control is available. The check in staff were nice but they tried to upsell an upgraded room when we didn’t really need one. We have stayed at countless Mariott properties worldwide and this was the first time someone tried to sell us an upgraded room which I felt was wrong considering that we fit comfortably in our booked room. If u want to upgrade u should provide it as complimentary otherwise don’t try to see something on false pretext as they said we may not be comfortable in our existing booking. Also the bed sheets need to be cleaned better as there were lots of stains. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Apart from this the stay was wonderful and we had a great time. Thanks to all the staff from check in to the buggy drivers to the valet drivers to the breakfast staff. The housekeeping also had a special welcome treat and welcome design in our room. And so kind of the restaurant staff to provide a goodbye cake.

It's a great place to stay. With complete hygiene and professional staff. I had been staying in this hotel from last 5 years. Amazing place

ホテルはコーヒーとコショウのプランテーションにあり、環境はとても静かで美しいです。中央の湖の周りにいくつかの別荘があります。ホテルには3つのレストランがあり、2つは屋外で、四方を換気し、夜は少し寒いです。夕食は20:00から始まります。プランテーションには毎日17:30に無料のガイドガーデンがあり、たくさん学びました。残念ながら、16:00以降には蚊が多く、17:30の公園では蚊においしい食事ができます。公園を訪れると、朝または午後の早い時間に蚊の問題を避けることができます。部屋のハードウェアは大丈夫ですが、バスルームとトイレのデザインは非常に不合理です。トイレに入るにはシャワールームを通過する必要があります。入浴後、トイレの床は漏れ水でいっぱいで、非常に滑りやすいです。シャワールームとトイレのドアを並べると、問題が解決します。衛生状態は大丈夫です、枕スペースコットンは比較的安く、ホテルの価格グレードと一致しません。

ITCウィンザーは、洗練された快適な滞在と、卓越したサービス、そしてコロニアル様式の魅力を兼ね備えています。空港と市内中心部の中間に位置し、空港へのアクセスは容易ですが、バンガロール中心部までは少々時間がかかります。 サービスと清潔さは素晴らしく、伝統的な建築様式がホテルに独特の雰囲気を添えています。しかし、客室はそれほど広くなく、自然光が不足しているため、一部のゲストにとってはデメリットとなるかもしれません。 朝食エリアは明るく居心地が良く、コンチネンタル、インド、アジア料理など、質の高い様々なメニューが提供されています。一方、ジムはかなり小さく、他のゲストと共有するとスペースが限られているため、少し窮屈に感じるかもしれません。 ホテル内のレストラン「ザ・ロイヤル・アフガン」にも足を運びましたが、素晴らしい体験でした。料理は濃厚で風味豊かで、上質な食材を使った本格的な北インド料理でした。料理はややボリュームがありましたが、その価値は十分にありました。全体的に、ITC ウィンザーは、ホスピタリティ、快適さ、空港へのアクセスの便利さで際立っており、ロイヤル アフガンでの楽しい食事体験も楽しめます。

高層階の部屋またはスイートを予約することを強くお勧めします。高層階から眺めるウルスール湖の美しさは格別です。景色と設備は本当に美しいです。朝食ビュッフェはボリュームたっぷりでおいしいのですが、内装は心地よく快適でありながらシックな雰囲気で、通常の朝食ビュッフェのサービスにありがちな刺激的で騒々しい雰囲気とは対照的に、くつろげます。チェックイン時に唯一残念な思いをしたのは、2日間前からフロントデスクに連絡してアーリーチェックインをお願いしていたのですが、iPhoneのメッセージ機能も使ってみたのですが、メッセージには一切返事がありませんでした。友人がようやくフロントデスクに連絡できたとき、そのようなリクエストは宿泊者や部屋のタイプによって異なると言われました。これは決して良い言い回しではありません。ようやく到着したときには驚きましたが、滞在中はフロントデスクに常に少なくとも4人の親切な係員がいたので、電話やメッセージが気付かれなかったと知って少しがっかりしました。季節柄、全員で手伝う結婚式があったのかもしれません。いずれにせよ、バンガロールへの旅行の方には、家族連れでもビジネスマンでも、コンラッドをお勧めします。

마이소르팰리스 등 주요관광지와 차로 10분 정도 거리, 마이소르 부촌(고쿨람)과 가까움. 1박 숙박에 수건을 넉넉히 주지 않은 점, 조식에 양식 메뉴는 조금 부족했다는 점, 키즈존이 열악했다는 점은 아쉬움 위치, 청결도, 서비스는 만족. 한달 전 예약했을 때보다 여행 직전 예약했을 때 숙박비가 반값으로 떨어져서 트립닷컴 무료취소 후 재예약함.

Really impressed with the front desk staff. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Great hotel.

Booked this for a friend who was travelling with us. He was very happy with the room and the service facilities. Smooth check-in and check-out. Sumptuous breakfast spread. Good value for money. No complaints whatsoever. Would not hesitate to recommend.
