私たちは最近、O by Tamaraに滞在しました。全体的に素晴らしい経験。みんなからの個人的で歓迎的なサービスとシェフのVipinへの特別な言及が大好きでした。彼はとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。チーム全体に感謝します。

Front desk service was responsive — we requested a few items like bottled water and they were delivered promptly. Breakfast was decent; the live cooking station could be a bit slow, but overall it was fine. For the price we paid, the stay was definitely good value for money.

Шикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках. Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

An unforgettable stay in a stunning location! We had the most wonderful 3 night stay at this beautiful lake resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, so friendly, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, and the whole atmosphere of the resort is peaceful and relaxing. A perfect place to unwind and relax. The rooms were lovely, spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything we needed for a perfect break. The food was another highlight, every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. A special mention to Jeeva in the restaurant, who made our dining experience even more memorable with such attentive and warm service but all of the restaurant staff were excellent and made every meal a pleasure. Also Anju who so lovely and again very attentive but I have to say every single staff member was so pleasant, which made our stay exceptional. Can’t recommend this gem of a place enough, we are already planning our next visit!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was left quite disappointed. One of the main reasons I chose this property was because it advertised a swimming pool — something I specifically filtered for when making my booking. However, upon arrival, I was told the pool was unavailable due to maintenance. There was no prior notice, no mention during check-in, and certainly no update when I made the reservation. It felt misleading and unprofessional, especially since the pool was one of the few leisure amenities offered. I understand that maintenance issues can arise, but transparency is important. A simple heads-up before arrival or a temporary note on the website would have gone a long way. The rest of the stay was fine — the room was clean and the staff were polite — but the lack of honesty regarding available facilities really put a damper on the experience. If you’re booking specifically for certain amenities, I’d recommend double-checking with the hotel directly before confirming.

Our stay at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty was truly the highlight of our Kerala trip. We stayed in the 2-bedroom villa and every part of the experience exceeded our expectations. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff were warm, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. You can genuinely feel the care and attention they give to their guests. The villa itself was spacious, luxurious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The ambience, cleanliness, facilities, and beautiful waterfront views made our stay incredibly relaxing and worthwhile. After travelling across several places in Kerala, this was the one stay that truly felt worth every penny. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable. We would definitely love to return again in the future.
