ペルーリマ県の5つ星ホテル

From arriving at the hotel, my family and I felt super welcomed. The hotel is beautiful and smells delicious. You get a free voucher for a drink at the roof top bar and a lovely jasmine smelling towel. These are some small but really nice touches. We had Lyon as the welcoming staff at the lobby, he is not only handsome but also very helpful and kind haha. The hotel is REALLY well located near the malecón de miraflores, which is on the coastline. It is a nice place to jog in the morning or walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby in a very lively street. The hotel roof top bar has music and Latin nights Thursday to Saturday night, and I think it is open for adults 5-11pm. Kids can go before 5pm and enjoy the rooftop infonity pool. It is small but it has a lovely view. The room we had was enough for 4 of us. We did not try breakfast but it looked nice. The gym could be improved with some small additions. There are no yoga mats, dumbbells or kettlebells but one multi-purpose machine, and also a walking and bicycle machines. Unfortunately I did not take too many pics, I am sharing the few ones I took. I would definitely stay there again.

ホテルは最高の立地にあり、アルマス広場やサンマルティン広場まで徒歩圏内です。近くには大きなショッピングモールもあり、お食事や銀行両替も大変便利です。重要なのは、部屋が広く、夜は邪魔されることなく静かに眠れることです。朝食は非常に豊富で、ホテルのフロントデスクのスタッフは英語がとても気持ちよく話してくれ、良いサービスを提供してくれました。荷物の保管、洗面用具やミネラルウォーターの補充、レイトチェックアウトなど、あらゆる要望に素晴らしいサービスが提供されました。古いホテルのサービスは今でもとても良いです👍👍。とてもリラックスできるので、ホテルの周りを散歩するのも価値があります。

このホテルに2泊して本当にショックでした。夕方にチェックインし、シャワーを浴びたかったのですが、部屋にはお湯が出ませんでした。フロントに電話すると、サービスマンが来て部屋を変えるように言われました。しかし、フロントは電話に出てくれませんでした。 翌日、観光から帰ってきたら、部屋からいくつかのものがなくなっていました（コーヒー、クッキー、ドリンクのお誘い）。チェックアウトの際、荷物を持って車に乗るのを手伝ってくれる人もいませんでした。 しかも、部屋にはスリッパとバスローブがそれぞれ1枚ずつしかありませんでした。さすが5つ星ホテル！😅

It’s more like a 4 stars hotel but not 5 stars. It is still a very good hotel and we had a good stay. The heated rooftop swimming pool is a plus ! However, upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. We had to bring all of them up to the room by ourselves. Some amenities are missing in the room, no toothbrush, nor cottons, shower cap and etc. No glassware and neither minibar in the room. It is a nice hotel but pls don’t expect a 5 star service and amenities.

隔音差，隔壁房間聽話都能聽到。最重要的是我這兩天準備預訂希爾頓其他酒店時才發現酒店居然沒有給我積到分。當時我都已經給他看了Golden member的賬號並提供了賬號訊息。

Nice fancy hotel in the business district of Lima. Rooms are spacious and very nice. The gym is nice and relatively big for a hotel. The rooftop pool is also a nice bonus. The location / area is safe and fancy but a bit far away from the historical center and from the pacific.

ホテルの場所はとても良いです、大きなリマショッピングモールの隣、1分未満。あなたは頻繁に買い物に行くことができます。周辺には多くのコンビニや薬局などがあります。ウェイターはとても丁寧で熱心です。部屋は広くて快適です。ジャグジーもあります。通り沿いは少しうるさいですが、窓を閉めると95%遮断できます。遮音性はとても良いです。唯一の欠点は、タオルがバッチに交換されるべきであると感じることであり、それほど新しいものではありません。

This hotel is not a new hotel but it has undergone a complete facelift so it feels like a completely new hotel. The decor is very nice. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are big and are completely renovated too.

今回の出張で10日間近く滞在しましたが、部屋はまあまあで、装飾は比較的新しいですが、フロントデスクのスタッフは中国人に対してフレンドリーではありませんでしたが、ホテルは非常に安全で、電話するのは非常に便利でした。ウーバー。朝食も大満足、国内4つ星水準
