The best hotel out of my europe trip from vienna, prague to poland. Great service from the front desk and was helpful with my passport left behind in prague. Mandatory spa facilities for the freezing cold weather was great! Feels like ive stepped into a brand new hotel. Overall, would go back just for the hotel

Hotel o pięknych wnętrzach. Bardzo smaczne śniadanie, duży wybór potraw. Jedyny minus to cena za parking (którą ciężko znaleźć na stronie hotelu-180 zł.) i opieszałość w zdjęciu blokady z karty kredytowej (400 zł) , kwota zablokowana automatycznie po zameldowaniu, na ew. korzystanie z płatnych usług, odblokowana dopiero po interwencji telefonicznej po wielu godzinach od wymeldowania.

シェラトンは素晴らしいです。 5つ星ホテルに期待するものですが、特に手入れが行き届いており、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、食事/レストランのサービスは素晴らしいです。とても快適な滞在。絶対にお勧めします。

クラクフへの旅行に絶好のロケーションと施設。 どこでも歩きやすい 朝食は午前7時から始まり、ツアーが早く始まったのでランチボックスを手に入れました。 ランチボックスには、サンドイッチ2つ、デザート(デニッシュまたはマカロン)、フルーツ、オレンジジュース、水など、さまざまな食べ物がありました。 品質もとても良いです。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切です。

ワルシャワのホテルはとても良いです、クラクフがもっと楽しいとは思っていませんでした。ホテルの入り口から立ち止まって、とても気持ちがいいです。ホテルの入り口にテキスタイルホールが見えます。場所は素晴らしいです。ホテルのインテリアはとても上品でとても高級です。部屋は広く、バスルームは平均よりもはるかに広く、部屋の設備は技術的で、中庭に面していてとても快適です。朝食も素晴らしく、このレストランはミシュランのおすすめレストランで、とても美味しいです。クラクフはとても美しく、ホテルのスパを楽しむ時間がありません。私が理解していない唯一のことは、バスルームのシャワーが仕切りがなく、水が床にこぼれるということです。

It’s a very beautiful well decorated boutique hotel, with English speak friendly staff! We did room only so cannot comment on the food but the hospitality was second to none!!! We had no issues at all! The spa small but very clean and ideal for a quick dip in the jacuzzi followed by a sweat session in the sauna. Our whole party loved the hotel and the location. It’s a small cab ride from the hotel in to the shopping center and the castle is a couple minutes walk. We all said we would come again and stay here!

Hotel Gródekは旧市街に非常にアクセスできます。スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーです。朝食は他の5つ星ホテルに比べて平均的です。カーペットは古くて汚れていて、変更が必要です。部屋は狭く、拳が到着すると怖がります。アップグレードが必要です。ベッドは硬く、目が覚めたときに背中が痛くなり、新しい枕が必要でした。エアコンが機能していないようです。 、私はそのホテルに5つ星ではなく3つ星を与えます。彼らが与える評価に驚きました。 5 スターは過大評価されています。ただ言って。公平に言えば、ホテルGrodekは滞在するのに問題ありません。

整體挺不錯的。位置很好，設計很現代，小套房面積大，休息區佈置好，送了歡迎甜品，水壓很舒服，餐廳和酒吧營業到很晚，24小時客房送餐。送東西也很快。早飯種類和味道都還可以。能挑出來的缺點：除了標準枕頭之外，其他類型枕頭種類有限而且不太舒服；免費的水衹有大玻璃瓶750ml的，不太好攜帶出門；燈光控制不智能，總控衹能關大燈，一些等必須手動去關；衞生稍有瑕疵。

We are celebrating our jubilee wedding ceremony on the date of check-in. They gave us a great surprise : room upgrading, specially decorated with balloons, chocolate, campaign and a handwriting congratulations card....Appreciated! All the staff were very friendly and helpful, including those in the restaurant. The swimming pool and spa facilities are relaxing and comfortable.
