Reception:
Friendly and very efficient and exceptionally friendly staff
Room / facilities:
Room number 208 is on floor 2
and is very clean.
We stayed 1 night
Self control air conditioning with a door that opens to the balcony, however the air con did not really cool the room sufficiently.
The room has 2 very comfortable single beds, bench and seat, hanging area, safe , hot water hug, coffee cups and glasses (but no tea or coffee), mini fridge, phone, flat screen TV, walk in shower, which when showering water goes everywhere in the bathroom.
Parking:
is available but is limited to about 10 cars in the off street open air park area.
Wifi:
Complementary and good speed. Validation or password required.
Breakfast:
Available for all guests and consists of a small buffet, with the bonus of fresh egg products being cooked to order. Refill of the food was very slow as many foods were empty when we arrived at 9.00 am
Conclusion:
Fantastic hotel for an overnighter or a few days stay.
Id recommend this Hotel.
Letdowns:
Lack of tea and coffee in the room.
Location / Nearby:
Town, the promenade, restaurants…
Recommendations:
Ask for a rear room as you will get street noise until midnight

ゲゲストSpotless clean hotel ( bravo housekeeping team !) with lots of useful amenities in the room. Good breakfast but the highlight of the trip was definitely the staff. The restaurant team was very professional and ready to go the extra mile and the young man at reception that checked me out in the morning of my departure was also super helpful. Well done to the Management for putting together a great team!

ゲゲストThis hotel is absolutely ideally located for Tirana airport and rental car pick up/drop of - a short walk from the terminal. The reception staff speak good English and are friendly and helpful. Our room (a quad) was spacious and comfortable. Very nice to have a kettle and mugs provided. We had dinner in the Italian-style restaurant and it was very nice - good pizza, pasta etc.
Out only issue was that our room was SO HOT. The aircon didn't seem to work and opening the windows meant is was noisy. We only stayed one night so didn't have a chance to see if this could be fixed easily.
Overall, this hotel is definitely rather overpriced for what you get, but nevertheless we would stay here again if needed because the location is so good.

II’m KoatchBeautiful hotel with the best service! About 2 mins walk to the beach and the best restaurant in Durres if you ask me ! The food in Xhabarka was 10/10! The hotel recommended the restaurant, taxi service and even some activities.
I wish the hotel had a pool..

AAsada127Great location, close to the beach and restaurants, and the front desk staff were very friendly. However, none of the rooms have a sea view.
The breakfast selection was very limited, more like a 2-star hotel in Europe. Indoor seating for breakfast was very limited, and when eating outside, people around us were smoking throughout breakfast, which made the experience quite unpleasant.

Service was good however the drink served with breakfast must be consistent. Had coffee free on day one but second day was told only tea is included in breakfast. We have to pay extra for coffee.
Apart from that we enjoyed our stay

ゲゲストこのホテルは空港駐車場向かいに位置し、空港周辺では間違いなく最も美しいホテルと言えるでしょう。ホテルの外観は「ARK」と表記されるべきです。設備は手入れが行き届いており、客室は広く、大型のハイセンス製テレビが備え付けられています。特にイタリアではEUの電波を受信できます。Wi-Fiは高速で、環境は非常に清潔です。フロントスタッフはとても親切で、私の部屋を無料でアップグレードしてくれました。2階には子供用の遊び場があり、1階にはレストランとバーがあります。ユーロでの支払いが可能で、現地通貨の両替もできます。
