ホテルの滞在は大変満足でした。子供と宿泊するためにファミリールームを予約しました。ホテルのすぐ下には中央大街があり、夜はとても賑やかです。ホテルの立地は素晴らしく、交通の便も良く、聖ソフィア大聖堂や道里菜市場の紅専街早市へも歩いてすぐです。部屋はヨーロピアンアンティーク調で特徴があり、スマートホームシステムも完備されていて非常に便利です。バスルームはウェットエリアとドライエリアが分かれていてデザインも合理的で、清掃も行き届いており、死角がありませんでした。スタッフのサービスは親切丁寧で、子供へのお土産も喜んでいました。ハルビンに来る機会があれば、またここに宿泊することを検討します。大変おすすめです。

ホテルの入口に着くとすぐにスタッフが出てきて荷物を運んでくれ、チェックイン後もエレベーターまで段差がある場所で荷物を手伝ってくれました。チェックアウトの際も段差で荷物を運んでくれて助かりました。部屋は広く、バスタブ、ソファ、ラウンジチェアがあり、ベッドは快適で、シャワーの水圧も十分、シャンプーも良かったです。立地も良く、中央大街、洪水記念塔、聖ソフィア大聖堂まで歩いて観光するのにちょうど良いです。近くにはコンビニ、ロシア料理店、鉄鍋煮込み料理店などがあり、数歩で行ける距離です。少し気になったのは、バスルームのガラス扉が少し透けていることと、シャワールームが部屋から丸見えで遮蔽物がないことです。小さなお子様連れなら目を離さずにいられるので良いかもしれませんが、お子様がある程度大きい場合は少し配慮が必要です。

I booked into one of the main bedrooms at the castle and was super impressed at the ornate details in this building. The extra large bath tub was a bonus. It was great having the cable cars come across the river and into the castle. The staff went beyond their normal call of duty to make my stay there a royal one indeed. I would highly recommend at least 2 nights at this place, if not for anything but for the experience of sleeping in a castle. Kesavan from South Africa.

氷祭り・雪祭りの観光目的で上海発1泊2日の弾丸旅行を計画しました ホテル選びは立地と口コミ、コストで絞り込んで決めましたが、こちらのホテルにして大正解でした まず、立地は申し分ありません。沢山のお店が連なり観光客で溢れる賑やかな中央大街まで -20℃越えの極寒環境下でも苦にならない距離のため寒いから部屋に籠ってよという選択肢は出てきませんでした ホテルのスタッフも笑顔で親切に接して頂けるので大変心地よい時間を過ごせました 部屋も奇麗で広く、一人旅には勿体ないくらいでした 哈爾浜は夏も景色が奇麗そうなので、夏に来る機会があるときは、またこのホテルに泊まりたいと思います

旧正月の間、ハルビンの超費用対効果の高いホテルに属しています!ホテルの全体的な設備もかなり新しく、小さな黄色いアヒルの親子部屋を予約しました。部屋は広くて広としています。バスルームスペースもとても広いです。 朝食の種類は少ないですが、十分に食べても問題ありません。メンバー専用のダイニングエリアもあります。 フロントデスクのスタッフはとても親切で、部屋の1つをアップグレードするのを手伝ってくれました。ハルビンへの旅行、ケータリングの質問にも丁寧に答えました。とても満足

「ワンダ」という老舗ホテルブランドの信頼性を求めて来ましたが、期待を裏切らない滞在でした。高齢者と子供を連れていたのですが、フロントの案内からレストランまで、ホテルのスタッフ全員がとても親切で、宿泊客一人ひとりの要望にできる限り応えようとしてくれたことに大変感動しました。ホテルの立地も最高で、メインエントランスは中央大街に面しており、どこへ行くにも非常に便利です。次回もぜひここに泊まりたいです。ワンダホリデーイン、最高！👍

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had — the service here is truly exceptional. We arranged for car pickup from Yabulixi Train Station, and the hotel team was already waiting when we arrived (in -10°C weather!). 小王 and the driver (I suddenly forgot his name) helped us with our luggage and made sure we were warm and comfortable right from the start. Special praise goes to 小王 and the driver, who went above and beyond in every possible way. She recommended activities for us (ATV rides, camel rides, photo taking with the white fox, etc.), and both she and the driver personally drove us to the locations, waited for us, and sent us back to the hotel. They even drove us to Sun Mountain for skiing (even stayed to help us find an instructor first before leaving) the next day. 小王 also offered a complimentary half-day extension of the room just so we could store our luggage while skiing, and she pre-booked all our activities and ski tickets during the drive. Everything was so fuss-free — she took care of every detail for us. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and decent in size. When we mentioned feeling a bit chilly, the front desk immediately sent a heater to our room and even set it up for us. 小王 surprised us again with some complimentary breakfast dishes too. Though the breakfast buffet didn’t include coffee, when I asked the staff, they kindly provided instant coffee — another small gesture that showed their attentiveness. There’s a convenience store (closes at 10pm) connected to the hotel, and another shop next door where you can rent ski suits and helmets — very convenient. At the end of our trip, 小王 and the driver personally sent us back to the train station. The level of hospitality is truly amazing — some of the best service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Yabuli. Highly, highly recommended.

今回のハルビン旅行で、ユーフォンホテルには本当に驚かされました！ホテルのロケーションはまさに「最高」としか言いようがありません。中央大街からとても近く、徒歩数分で行けるので、買い物や食事、聖ソフィア大聖堂の見学にも非常に便利で、移動時間を大幅に節約できました。 最も感動したのはホテルのサービスです。入ってすぐにフロントのスタッフがとても親切で、チェックインも迅速、終始笑顔で対応してくれました。彼らの態度は素晴らしく、ルートの案内から細やかなアメニティの提供まで、あらゆる要望にできる限り応えようとしてくれて、心が温まるような「自宅にいるような」感覚でした。 部屋の設備も充実しており、広々として明るいだけでなく、スマートな客室制御システムやアメニティも完備されていて、細部まで配慮が行き届いています。ここに滞在すると、心配事がなく快適で、コストパフォーマンスも非常に高いです。次回ハルビンに来るときも、必ずここを選びます！

So, from the day that I booked, this, I was issued a concierge who contacted me through the application called WeChat. We communicated quite a bit he checked on me daily all the way up to the day of our trip and he actually took the bus to meet us at the gate. This gentleman took care of us the whole time we were there in the service was excellent. If I had to complain about something, it would be the language barrier.  Prepare yourself to spend some extra money because all the rides and everything inside of Snowtown cost additional money but your concierge that’s provided by the hotel can help you choose what activities you want to do.  So this hotel is located inside China Snowtown. The best way to get there from Harbin is to take the train to Yabuli and then hire a driver to the snowtown. From there you will have to buy a ticket to snowtown and get on a very short bus ride to the main area.
