The hotel is at such nice location! Just superb! We experienced great service, especially hotel being booked out they been able to move us around well and found something. Pool is so nice, outside and inside, we spend a lot of time there. Beach is walking distance, a lot of food around. 2 recommendations: I think would be nice also to consider more things for kids, in the pool and especially food. I mean breakfast ist really nice, but dinner doubt you can convince kids with such food such as seafood etc. there should be small child corner at dinner buffet, some pIzza, nuggets, frenchfries, rice, parika, gurken, etc. simple. For adults the dinner buffet is quite nice, for children, rather limited, if your kids are special with food. so dinner we had to eat always outside, which was pity.

Das Hotel ist hervorragend ausgestattet und macht den Eindruck, dass es gerade frisch renoviert wurde. Der Service ist freundlich und zuvorkommend und ich würde das Hotel in jedem Fall empfehlen. Einzig die Kommentare zum ”sehr guten Frühstück” kann ich nicht bestätigen: die Müsli-Auswahl und deren Toppings ist begrenzt, es gab Minibrötchen, die knallhart waren (nicht essbar), der Obstsalat war mässig, die Röstis haben nicht geschmeckt etc. Es gibt natürlich auch sehr positive Sachen beim Frühstück: wenig Plastik, frischer Schnittlauch beim Ei etc.

Das Hotel hat die allerbeste Lage am Platz , der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und stets da , wenn er Benötigt wird . Die Zimmer sind sauber allerdings ist das ganze Gebäude mittlerweile deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und dürfte mal saniert werden . Undichte Türen und Fenster , sowie eine Heizung im Bad , die nur eine Stellung nämlich gefühlt 35 Grad im Bad hat , werden dem restlichen nicht gerecht . Trotzdem würde ich jederzeit wieder dort buchen

The mention of private parking was very misleading, had to cut the stay short because of this, and had to park at the nearby park house that had problems all on its own. Front desk reception a tad bit rude and unaccomodating.

Nice holiday home type hotel. Good pool, sauna, steam room. Decent breakfast. On the south of the island so a bit of a drive into the main town. Basic rooms/houses. Generally helpful staff with some odd behaviour: staff member came into the sauna and added so much water it became too hot so everyone had to leave!

I love Kiel Steigenberger Hotel! All fits perfectly, parking, breakfast (by far the best in Kiel), Room and Service. Been here many times. You can reach out by walk everything. Take the bigger rooms, like them more. Was there with Kids, and the spare sofa bed was also really high quality, not some cheap stuff.

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Servicepersonal. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bietet teilweise noch Charme vergangener Jahrzehnte. Das Frühstück wird in einem sehr schönen Saal angeboten mit Blick auf den See, ein tolles Ambiente. Auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit Sicherheit zu empfehlen!

Das Hotel hat ein super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr gutes Restaurant mit gutem Essen, tollem Service und einmaliger Aussicht

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Frühstücksbuffet gebucht. Das Buffet war sehr umfangreich und für jeden Geschmak war etwas dabei, sehr lecker. Leider konnte das Personal nicht immer deutsch. Dies ist dann wohl auf den Fachkräftemangel zurück zuführen. Die Zimmer waren gut eingerichtet mit Balkon. Nachts ist ein Dämmerlich angegangen, wenn man aufgestanden ist. Das Bad war sauber. Die Größe und Einrichtung angemessen. Wir haben beschlossen das Hotel ein weiteres Mal zu buchen.
