Es un hotel muy tranquilo, ya hemos estado más veces, pegado al centro comercial. Se va andando tranquilamente al centro. Para repetir. Muy silencioso y limpio

A boutique hotel close to the Dona Katalina Zubia. There are two entrances to the hotel, the main one facing the road and the other entrance facing the Urumea River. Staff were friendly and always had a smile. The hotel is quite clean and everything is within 15mins walk. The amenities are limited, but there is a 24 hour reception and bar downstairs, a nice roof top sunbathing area and a gym. Please double check the other amenities listing when booking, as I don't recall seeing the Public Bath, Foot Bath and Clothes Dryer as advertise. I would also suggest to check the batteries of the remotes before someone check ins, as I had to request it to be changed and it wasn't available until the next day, more compliment bottles of water and dental kits (given there was 3 of us and only 2 bottles and 1 kit). Overall though, I enjoyed the stay and would come back again.

最高のロケーションにある素晴らしい 4 つ星ホテル。鉄道駅とインターモーダル バス停から徒歩 12 分です。部屋は広く、ベッドは快適で、テレビ、エアコン、ケトル、冷蔵庫、金庫などの設備もすべて整っています。バスルームにはバスタブとビデがあります。少し古びた感じはしますが、問題ありません。唯一の問題は、磁気ストリップ付きのプラスチック カードのルーム キーです。イヤホン ケースと一緒にポケットに入れていたため、何度も磁化が失われました。ホテルにはバーやレストランがいくつかあり、中庭に 1 軒あります。会議用のミーティング エリアもあります。

お部屋が空いていたので早めにチェックインさせて貰えて大変助かりました。レセプションの方もコンシェルジュの方も皆さん大変親切で　食べ物屋さん　観光地　交通手段等等　日本語しか話せない私が翻訳アプリを駆使して問い合わせをしたのにも関わらず　笑顔で何度も教えてくれました。建物も雰囲気のあるホテルでしたが　お部屋はモダンな感じでした。中庭もあり　陽がさしている時は暖かく気持ち良いくらいでした。部屋が天井が高いせいか寒かったのでエアコンのスイッチを入れたのですが　いつまでも寒いままなのでフロントに行き　その旨告げると　冷房と暖房の切り替えが必要で、冷房のまま使っていたようです。シャワーもレインシャワーと普通のシャワーがあり、ボタンを押すだけでどちらか選べて便利でした。水量も十分です。

Gran hotel tanto por su ubicación como por sus servicios. El personal de la recepción super agradable y el personal de limpieza igualmente. El desayuno buffet muy variado con unos productos locales de calidad. Repetiremos seguro en nuestra próxima visita a Durango.

バスク地方を一人旅で訪れた際、「シティビュー」の部屋に泊まりましたが、とても快適で、海が見えないことをすっかり忘れてしまいました。 シティビューの部屋に泊まる場合は、裏通りの工事現場を見下ろすカフェでビーチサイドの雰囲気を味わうことをお勧めします。 ホテルは、ビーチのすぐそばにある都市間バスターミナルから、重いスーツケースを抱えて15分ほど歩くと楽でした。部屋はピカピカに清潔で、大きなバスタブもありました。ベッドはあまりにも快適で、夕日を眺めるために起き上がるのがもったいないくらいでした。スタッフも親切で、徒歩でもバスでも市内を移動するのに最高の立地です。チリダ・レク美術館へは25番バスで30分ほどで行くことができました。 強くお勧めします！
