Very Disappointing Stay I booked this stay after seeing it recommended on TikTok, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype. It also wasn’t in the centre of town, which made getting around less convenient than expected. The mattress was so soft it felt like I was being swallowed by it, making it really uncomfortable to sleep. The room itself was extremely hot — even after turning off the radiator it was still warm, and the only way to cool it down was by opening the window. That would’ve been fine, except the noise from the spa pumps ran all night and made it difficult to rest. We must have been given an older room because it looked nothing like the pictures we saw on TikTok. Parking was valet-only and cost £25, which felt excessive. On a positive note, the room was clean, but it was also quite small and definitely in need of an update. Overall, not the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

間違った日付を予約したので、滞在について話すことはできません。見つけた直後、オイスターインに電話してキャンセルしましたが、Trip.comを使用したので、何もできないと言いました。 Trip.comでキャンセルし、メッセージは、FOCをキャンセルしても問題ないかどうかを確認するためにホテルに連絡したと言いました。trip.comによると、応答が来なかったので、予約がキャンセルされませんでした。それ以来、私の予約は「完了」しています。翌日ホテルに連絡して、なぜキャンセルを承認しなかったのかと尋ねたところ、trip.comはキャンセルを承認するのではなく、単に情報を求めただけだと言いました。誰が嘘をついていますか? 言うまでもなく、私はtrip.comを再び使用せず、Obanの他の場所に滞在することにしました。

We booked 2 rooms 1 night last minute booking. I got Junior suite for me & my husband. Room is very spacious for UK standard, sea view is very beautiful Seaview. The hotel has lift thats very good for travelers with many luggages.The room is a little cold so we switched on spare small heater which is warm enough. Their specialist amenities are very good. Whisky Honey. Oh.our room door isn't working, that's pretty scary.

シャワールームの変な匂いがしましたが、数時間後に消えたようです。バーは素晴らしかった。食べ物を食べませんでしたが、メニューはよさそうでした。スタッフは慰めていました。部屋の装飾は素敵でした。私がホテルの部屋から見た中で最も保管庫。町の中心部と駅からバスで行くのですが、バスは頻繁にありません。不便な散歩。景色が綺麗で、インスタグラムに投稿した写真を撮りました。自動販売機が見えませんでした。

This was our third stay at Stonefield castle. It is a beautiful building with a nice bit of history. The grounds are extensive with scenic views and wonderful walks. The staff at the hotel were courteous and friendly. There were many lounge rooms and a well stocked bar. It is a handy place for a short stay near Tarbert if you are touring the Loch Fyne area. We shall return.

Very good stay , the bedroom was a good size and comfortable. The hotel was in a superb spot with great views over the bay. The food in the restaurant was good quality but I thought rather expensive. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant service was very good with attentive staff. The place could use some modernisation but this did not detract from overall enjoyment.

Lovely resort stay with beautiful landscapes and gorgeous golf view with beach nearby. Enjoyed the calm and peaceful nature. Would love to stay there longer for my next visit. Delicious breakfast spread (made to order with various choices).

View to Loch, tidiness environment of the room, nice reception services and breakfast are all good.

ターバートの中心部にある絶好のロケーション。港の素晴らしい景色。簡単にアクセスでき、近くに駐車場があります。部屋に届けられた朝食は、ホットトーストとアイテムの選択で素敵でした。 部屋は広としていて、清潔で快適でした。シャワーは手入れが行き届いていて、水圧も良かったです。 私たちは滞在を楽しんだ。

Very clean and comfortable lodge room. Only stayed one night and didn’t use the leisure facilities although the pool and outdoor pool looked fantastic. Had an absolutely amazing meal in the restaurant. Great experience.
