イギリスドーセットの4つ星ホテル

私は最近、4月25日から26日までThe Bath Hotel Beaumontに滞在しました。そこで、窓のあるスタンダードルームを2つ予約しました。残念ながら、経験は非常に一貫性がありませんでした。 部屋の1つはとても良く、清潔で快適でした。しかし、2番目の部屋は非常に残念で、状態が悪かった。特に両方の部屋が同じカテゴリーで予約されていることを考えると、予想を大きく下回りました。品質が大きく異なるように見えるので、小さなスタンダードルームを避けることを強くお勧めします。 プラスの点で、ホテルの場所は素晴らしく、とても便利です。スパとスイミングプールの設備も良好です。ただし、これらは1人あたり追加料金で提供されますが、予約時に透明に伝達されません。 駐車場は利用可能ですが、1 日あたり約 25 ポンドかかります。残念ながら、これに関連するサービスは非常に貧弱でした。私たちの車は木の下に駐車され、鳥の糞で覆われていました。私たちがこの懸念を提起したとき、スタッフは役に立たず、掃除する人力がないと言いました。代わりに、私たちは掃除用品を与えられ、車を自分で掃除すると予想されていました。これは、請求された価格を考えると非常に非専門的です。 さらに、バレットサービスは信頼できませんでした。何度も、私たちは車のために15– 20分待たなければならず、2回待つように言われた後、自分でそれを取得しました。これは有料のバレットサービスの目的を破ります。 特にレセプションのスタッフは、特に苦情を処理するときに、失礼でプロフェッショナルではないと感じました。この標準のホテルの場合、ルームサービスや効率的なコールサービスを含む基本的なサービスの欠如は驚くべきものでした。 全体的に、場所と一部の施設は良好ですが、部屋の質の不一致と貧弱な顧客サービスが私たちの滞在に大きく影響しました。改善がない限り、このホテルはお勧めしません。

The AC in my room wasn't working, but when I reported the issue, they immediately changed my room.

Great facility and awesome staff. It could use some improvement with furniture.

サービスは良かった、部屋はきれいだったし、スタッフは親切でした。一人旅には安全でした。そして、プールは追加の利点であり、食事にはいくつかのオプションがありました。

We specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor. On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool. Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay. Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

Our stay at Harbour Heights was extremely enjoyable! . From the greeting we received from the reception staff on our arrival to the equally warm farewell when we left. Our  room was very comfortable & larger than your typical standard room. The bathroom well presented, the bed very comfortable bed and all other facilities in the room perfect (I was very impressed to find an iron and ironing board). We were very impressed by the breakfast and found the restaurant manager very lovely and helpful. He kept a very tight ship, ensured that everything was replenished the moment it ran out and the staff who worked with him were equally pleasant and very helpful. Pre-dinner drinks and dinner on the terrace was terrific, and what a view! The hotel as in great condition, everything looked newly updated, corridor carpets very clean, wall tiles, bathroom fittings etc., of good quality ., The hôtel was very clean and modern, whilst still retaining its original character. This was our first visit to Harbour Heights but will certainly not be our last. A most wonderful location for a short break,! 

ボーンマスへの静かな休暇を過ごし、温水プール、サウナ、ジャグジーを備えた素敵な小さなスパホテルに宿泊しました。ホテルから徒歩わずか5分のビーチで過ごすには最高の天気でした。朝食は素晴らしく、コンチネンタルブレックファーストに加え、温かい料理も注文しました。一日の始まりに、とても美味しいイングリッシュブレックファーストをいただきました。とても楽しく、また泊まりたいと思いました。

The hotel is quite old it’s not new and the amenities are not good at all they are no soaps some of the room heater doesn’t work we had to switch three rooms cause they were many issues going on but the service was good but not the worth the price

Great location, only 10 minutes walk from Bournemouth train station. I only stayed one night for a meeting I had the next day. All member of staff were very friendly ,courteous and polite! The property shows its age but the room are spacious when compared with other three star hotels like Travelodge. Its off the main road and very quiet in the night. I've opted in for breakfast, however, to be totally honest for the cost of £14 I expected to see more options - its very basic. However, all in all I had a good experience and will visit again!

Overall stay was nice in this apartments. The only problem I felt here that I got a room at 2nd floor and I already mentioned that I have a baby, so it was very difficult to come down and go up again on the stairs with a baby and his stroller. I requested when I got to know that I have been given a room on 2nd floor but they still didn’t change my room, I also requested if they can change after 1 day (as I had a booking of two nights). There was only one fan in the room that was dirty as well, I had to request another one as we were 3 adults and there were two beds. In the amenities it was mentioned that the apartment come with an iron but that was not there, I had to request it separately. Although a spare table fan was provided later on and iron on the next day. Overall, the flat was clean and well maintained, they just need to improve the service.
