Stunning Views and Great Service, but Watch the Extras My wife and I stayed here from Friday to Sunday and had a lovely experience overall. The highlight was definitely the friendly staff—to our surprise, they upgraded us to a beautiful sea view room without us even asking! The Good: Location: Simply unbeatable. It’s a very short, walkable distance to the beach and local attractions. Service: The team was welcoming and proactive. The Not-So-Good: Extra Charges: We were disappointed to find that leisure services (pool/gym) come with a fee of £5 per person, per day. Parking: It is quite expensive. Honestly, you might be better off looking at nearby public parking lots, which are more budget-friendly. Overall, a great stay for the location and the view, just be mindful of the add-on costs.

Loved the location and being in close proximity to the beach. Staff were helpful and accommodating. However bathroom was small and just on leaving unable to flush toilet. Hotel was nice and quiet.

ヒルトン・ボーンマスでの滞在は素晴らしかったです。ホテル、スパ、そしてお部屋は本当に素晴らしかったです。唯一の欠点は朝食のサービスでした。オムレツを作るのに75分もかかり、しかも注文が間違っていました。

Room was ok, couldn’t fault it, there was an inroom kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer, sink, plates cups cutlery, for the price it’s actually decent value, breakfast available, it’s not Dubai, it’s bournemouth, not far off the beach like a 10 min walk. Room was very spacious, digital tv, ac works (very cold under the correct settings), car was parked right outside my room, smoking outside the room, it was actually a decent place to stay for £100, if you want posh standard, go pay £300 for h!ltons. Bed was comfy as my misses had to drag me out for breakfast. Pool was under construction so hopefully that gets sorted soon

部屋は値段の割に期待外れでした。ベッドは非常に寝心地が悪く、バスルームのシャワーの水圧もひどいものでした。別のホテルの屋内プールのシャワーの方が良かったです。スタッフの中にはとてもフレンドリーな人もいましたが、失礼な人もいました。それ以外は立地は完璧でした。

Good hotel. The location was great. Everything was clean. Could have had better pillows and a modern bathroom. Didnt tried the food but the garden area was looking great as well. They were also considerate of my wifes silent room request and the staff wished her happy birthday lots of times 🫶🏼

Our stay at Harbour Heights was extremely enjoyable! . From the greeting we received from the reception staff on our arrival to the equally warm farewell when we left. Our  room was very comfortable & larger than your typical standard room. The bathroom well presented, the bed very comfortable bed and all other facilities in the room perfect (I was very impressed to find an iron and ironing board). We were very impressed by the breakfast and found the restaurant manager very lovely and helpful. He kept a very tight ship, ensured that everything was replenished the moment it ran out and the staff who worked with him were equally pleasant and very helpful. Pre-dinner drinks and dinner on the terrace was terrific, and what a view! The hotel as in great condition, everything looked newly updated, corridor carpets very clean, wall tiles, bathroom fittings etc., of good quality ., The hôtel was very clean and modern, whilst still retaining its original character. This was our first visit to Harbour Heights but will certainly not be our last. A most wonderful location for a short break,! 

スタッフは素晴らしかったが、内外のプールは閉鎖された。サウナは閉鎖されました。ホテルは3つ星の評価に値しません。非常に小さなルーンのエアコンがなく、荷物を置く場所もありません。部屋はとても小さかった。寝室に電話はありません。私は障害者で、1階にあり、その階へのエレベーターはありませんでした。彼らは障害者を収容せず、多くのステップがあります。場所はぼろぼろで、どこにでも絵が必要でした。太陽の外のテーブルと椅子が取られたすべての清漆を離れる。部屋はきれいだったし、バスルームは大丈夫だった。場所は完全なオーバーホールが必要です。私は一晩だけ滞在し、85.74ユーロを費やしたため、非常にがっかりしました。それからカムボーンにある別のホテルで6泊しましたが、6ポンドしか支払わなかった夜、3つ星で、フルイングリッシュブレックファーストが含まれていました。ボーンマスイーストクリフでは、費用には朝食は含まれていませんでした。私はスタッフの何人かと話をしましたが、彼らは観光客に謝罪しなければならないのにうんざりしていると言いました。不満。明らかに、所有者は長い間聞いていないか気にしないかのどちらかです。このホテルは格下げされるべきです。

私たちは1泊のパッケージ取引を楽しんだ..それは素晴らしかった。 ホテル全体のどこでも非常にきれいで、部屋は快適で、良い夜の睡眠でした。 朝食はとても素敵なビュッフェです、ここで私の唯一のコメントは、その特定の朝食の選択のためのフルーツオプションの選択が不十分です。 お茶とケーキを用意しました。とてもいいです。 レストランでの3コースディナーは良かった。 私は外のプールを使用しましたが、暖房はありませんが、5月に実行できます...素敵な追加。 ほとんどのスタッフは効率的ですが、あまりフレンドリーではありません。 3つのホテル(すべてのグループは明らかに1つのグループ)、すべての隣にプールがあることを知って行うことができますが、私たちの滞在の時点ではサンベッドとプールスペースがたくさんありました。 小さな、少し制限された駐車場は、「先着順」の基準で自由なスペースを持っています。 すぐ近くの場所の周りで食事や飲み物を気にするものは何もありませんが、豪華な砂浜エリアに行くために急な短い散歩をします。 間違いなく再び滞在します。

The hotel is quite old it’s not new and the amenities are not good at all they are no soaps some of the room heater doesn’t work we had to switch three rooms cause they were many issues going on but the service was good but not the worth the price
