Brilliant rooms, clean, spacious and classy. Pool n jacuzzi is very good. Breakfast very good.

The best location. Old fashioned hotel. . We visited the hotel on 24,25,26 of December and spa gym was closed. No free car park. There is big car park 5 mins away by Walk. ( Central car park) 7£ all day Big restaurant , bar and lounge. Big meetings rooms Buffet breakfast 12,5 pp Lunch or dinner 25£ pp. Full recommended

クライストチャーチのハーバーホテルに3日間滞在しました。 私たちはそこで2回夕食を食べました - 一度は「アッパーデッキ」で、一度は「ザジェティ」で。両方の食事は素晴らしかったです:私たちは素敵なテーブルを持っていました、食べ物は素晴らしかったです、そしてサービスは私たちを特別に感じさせました。朝食での経験は同じで、すべてのスタッフからの丁寧なサービスとオープンベランダで提供される素晴らしい料理がありました。 ホテルを周辺を散策する拠点として利用していましたが、手入れが行き届いていて、必要な設備がすべて揃っているスパも利用しました。 Trip.comから注文されたものと異なる割り当てられた部屋に問題がありました。レセプションチームは、Trip.comが私たちに注文したものに基づいて部屋を正確に割り当てたことを再確認しましたが、レセプションマネージャーのチェリーは、不一致を補償するために自分自身でそれを取った。 ハーバーでのサービスは最初から最後まで素晴らしかった。レセプション、バー、レストラン、スパで私たちにサービスを提供してくれたすべてのスタッフは親切で効率的でフレンドリーでした。私たちの部屋は注文したよりも小さかったが、それはよく任命され、ベッドはとても快適でした。 全体として、これは私たちが泊まった中で最も素敵なホテルの 1 つでした。これは、スタッフ チームのプロ意識と思いやりのある態度のおかげです。戻ります !

Hotel is a bit tired and beds were uncomfortable. However good location for a couple of nights and good to have access to the pools. Probably wouldn’t stay again just because of the uncomfortable beds and not good for a bad back.

The room was clean but the shower in the room wasn’t working properly

Spent a lovely 2 night break away with friend’s , we stayed in the lodge . I had a Single room which had a double bed so that made my day and it had a walk in shower. Breakfast was good with a great choice and we used the Swimming pool and jacuzzi which was wonderful . We will definitely be back , good location a short walk into Bournemouth , hilly on return but we got a taxi for £5 . Bus stop at the end of the road if needed overall a very relaxing break

ドライブでの休暇にとても適したホテルです。私の部屋は海の見える部屋ではないのが残念です。そうでなければ、身も心もリラックスできるでしょう。室内は広く、天窓も付いており、天気が良ければ青空を直接眺めることができます。ビーチに近いのですが、ビーチ近くの入り口に靴裏の砂や砂利を落とすための給水ホースやエアガンがあればさらに便利です。

Great location, only 10 minutes walk from Bournemouth train station. I only stayed one night for a meeting I had the next day. All member of staff were very friendly ,courteous and polite! The property shows its age but the room are spacious when compared with other three star hotels like Travelodge. Its off the main road and very quiet in the night. I've opted in for breakfast, however, to be totally honest for the cost of £14 I expected to see more options - its very basic. However, all in all I had a good experience and will visit again!

Our stay at Harbour Heights was extremely enjoyable! . From the greeting we received from the reception staff on our arrival to the equally warm farewell when we left. Our  room was very comfortable & larger than your typical standard room. The bathroom well presented, the bed very comfortable bed and all other facilities in the room perfect (I was very impressed to find an iron and ironing board). We were very impressed by the breakfast and found the restaurant manager very lovely and helpful. He kept a very tight ship, ensured that everything was replenished the moment it ran out and the staff who worked with him were equally pleasant and very helpful. Pre-dinner drinks and dinner on the terrace was terrific, and what a view! The hotel as in great condition, everything looked newly updated, corridor carpets very clean, wall tiles, bathroom fittings etc., of good quality ., The hôtel was very clean and modern, whilst still retaining its original character. This was our first visit to Harbour Heights but will certainly not be our last. A most wonderful location for a short break,!
