Best hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there are several supermarkets in the neighbourhood. When the sky is clear, you can even see the mountains from your room, it’s beautiful. Everything was great and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. Regarding the laundry however, we appreciate the fact that it is free and that they have someone doing it for us, but we would have preferred a self-service laundry where we can do it ourselves as they didn’t even fold or dry our clothes, they just dumped them in a bag, all wet and crumpled. We were told that the dryer was not working but they could’ve just hung the clothes on something and waited a couple hours for them to dry before returning them. Also, we were told that the phone does not work yet in the room as the hotel is still new and that we could contact them via WeChat, unfortuantely we couldn’t download WeChat with our international phone numbers so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. That being said, they were super helpful every time we needed anything. They even had a translator and a lovely man dressed as a military who kept welcoming us with a big smile and helped us whenever he was there. We also liked the Chinese breakfast, it was hearty, diverse and comforting. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is clean and spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there's always tea, coffee and water. They also brought a mini fridge to the room after I left a comment about it, this was such a nice and thoughtful gesture, thank you! I have extended our stay several times as we needed to rest and I don't regret my decision.

Hello, hotel was okay, but I arrived late at midnight and they don’t have the service of concierge, no one helped me to bring my things up when I had stroller with baby and big luggage . So was a bit disappointed with the service and expected more for this level of hotel. Breakfast was ok . Was enough things to choose and eat.

I used this hotel for a business trip and had a very positive experience. Location & Dining: The location is excellent for dining options. There are two cafes directly across the street, and additional restaurants and cafes in the neighboring block, making meal times very convenient. While the on-site restaurant was under renovation and unavailable, the hotel provided a free breakfast voucher for a nearby café, which was a great alternative. I'm excited about the future, as the renovated restaurant is expected to become NAVAT, a highly-regarded establishment in the city. I look forward to staying here again after the renovation is complete! Amenities & Comfort: I was very appreciative of the complimentary amenities in the room, including the free bottled water, electric kettle, and supplies for coffee and tea. The restroom and shower were clean and very easy to use. Service: The hotel staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. They promptly handled my sudden request for a taxi and provided very detailed and useful information about the city. Their hospitality significantly enhanced my stay. Overall: Highly recommended. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service and a convenient location.

出張で行くべき場所から比較的近かったためにこのホテルを予約しましたが、徒歩圏にショッピングモールやレストランが複数あって、周辺環境は悪くないと思います。ホテル内は宿泊した部屋も含めて清掃はしっかりとされているように感じました。ただ宿泊した部屋（805号室）だけの問題かもしれませんが、エアコンをつけると雑音がして、一度就寝中に誰かが自室のドアを開けようとしている音がすると感じて飛び起きてしまい、その後エアコンの雑音だったと気づかされるレベルでした。あとは、ビジネス目的で滞在しているとWIFIを使ってオンライン会議を行うこともあったのですが、調子が悪かったのか発言者の声が聞こえなくなるレベルではなく、オンライン会議から落ちて再ログインしなければいけなくなるくらいのネット環境でした（とはいえ、端末に表示されている電波状況は「非常に強い」レベルでしたので、ホテルのせいではない別の理由かもしれません）。

The room and service were exceptionally good, but what truly blew me away was the breakfast. There was an incredibly wide variety of options, and everything I tried was very good. Definitely one of the highlights of my stay.

This hotel's employees are all kind. And location is also good. But elevator is not so good. This is only bad point.

Хороший отель. Чистый номер. Матрасы заменили по требованию на мягкие . В номере прохладно , но стоит обогреватель. Отличные завтраки . Большой бассейн , сауна и хамам отличные. Понравилось качество массажа

ホテルはそれほど大きくなく、他のホテルと特に変わったところはないように見えますが、良い点をいくつか挙げたいと思います。朝食はウェブサイトには午前7時からと書いてありましたが、実際は午前8時からでした。朝食ボックスをお願いしたところ、その日は私たちのために特別にキッチンを開けてくれました。朝食はコーヒーとフルーツだけでしたが、早くから開いてくれたのはありがたかったです。空港までのタクシーも手配してくれました。私はずっと自分の用事のことで不安でしたが、スタッフは落ち着いて対応してくれました。また、予約後の夜も荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれました。

ロイヤルガーデンホテルを選んで本当に良かった！素晴らしい滞在でした。環境は信じられないほど快適で、部屋はシンプルながらも居心地が良く、毛布は肌触りが柔らかくふかふかで、まるで包み込まれているような安心感がありました。空港送迎サービスも嬉しいサプライズで、まるで自宅にいるような気分になれました。完璧でした！

ホテルはゴーリキー通りの中心部に位置しています。この道に沿って旧市街のほとんどを歩いて回ることができます。ラオエクルバトの中心部からはタクシーに乗る必要があります。カウンターは24時間営業しており、いつでもお客様をサポ​​ートいたします。階下のレストランでいつでもお食事いただけます。 客室の清掃は毎日正午に行われます。スタッフはフレンドリーで丁寧で、ヨーロッパよりも良かったです!私は仕事と遠足でそこにいました。喫煙は廊下のバルコニー（何階）で可能ですので、客室内では一切煙が出ません。旅行者の皆様におすすめします！
